Qualia is a Quality product

Kommentare: Great once the software was integrated and all the staff was trained.

Vorteile:

This software is a one stop shop for closing, accounting, and documentation management. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable.

Nachteile:

There is a bit of a learning curve but they have a large quantity of learning materials and support to assist.

Qualia meets all our needs easily and economically

Kommentare: The Qualia experience is intuitive. The sequencing for data entry matches our normal procedures and thought processes. Changes are easy to make in data.

Vorteile:

The interface is easy to use. Customer service is prompt and awesome. Custom documents are easy to code. Accounting is simple.

Nachteile:

We have found nothing lacking in this software.

Worst Experience in my 21 year career in Real Estate. NIGHTMARE!

Kommentare: It was a DISASTER from the get go. The onboarding they require focuses more on trying to sell you additional services that Qualia offers for even more money instead of training. My staff is very software friendly and we used this daily for over 6 months only to be told that our numerous concerns were based on our inexperience and inability to learn a new software.

Vorteile:

NOTHING! The software is not user friendly and customer service is horrible!

Nachteile:

We were promised before I switched legal software that they ALWAYS have the most recent title forms on Qualia. This was an OUTRIGHT LIE, and after using for more than 6 months they still do not have the updated forms. We were told that merging documents would be "easy" and "fast" and it absolutely was not. Accounting in the system is terrible, as you cannot overwrite checks and deposits in Qualia if something changes at the table.

Game Changer!

Kommentare: Our organization is constantly evaluating ways to improve our efficiency. Qualia Connect has been a big part of why we are the market leader in technology in the State of Oklahoma.

Vorteile:

Qualia Connect features provide our organization with the automation and digital closing experience that is expected from today's buyers, sellers, agents and lenders.

Nachteile:

The commitment, CD's, settlement statements, CPL, etc are automatically shared with the appropriate parties. Please add the capability to automatically share additional documents. We recently implemented RON through a third-party vendor until RON is implemented through Qualia in the State of Oklahoma. We're looking forward to the roll out of RON in Oklahoma.

nothing at all, everything seems to be working just fine

AN OPINION

Kommentare: If I had to rate between 1 and 10, I give it a solid 6.

Vorteile:

Once set up, not hard to use, easy to follow screens to input your data.

Nachteile:

Customer service. They are quick to send you a job aid for everything. That would be helpful to have once you have gotten through your issues but they send it before checking to see if your issue has been resolved. I have been working on a issue for 3 weeks now with no resolve. They are very helpful when yo ask to add on additional service however, after this we will stick with the basics.

Poor Customer Service

Kommentare: The reps dont know who to call and i have emailed 2 times. no response and there isnt a direct number to call nor online help.
terrible experience and was considering them for future title company access.

Vorteile:

Not applicable I only used it on the recieving end when title provied docs

Nachteile:

For 2 months I have been trying to obtain access as a notary in the market place to renew my notary as now I have RON cert. I have spent money waiting for a response and I am waiting to renew my stamp but i still havent heard if i will get access to the system.

Qualia is very easy to navigate, easy to get the proper things that you are looking for.

Nachteile:

I like qualia, there's nothing that I would change.

Nothing negative to say about the system. I am sure it can do much more than what i have learned so far.

Some of the repetitive issues. Alerts notifications and or document generation.

A Key Component in Our Real Estate Practice

Kommentare: Very positive. Good integration. Learning time to get comfortable with the program was between three and four weeks, but still learning features that improve our product and workflow. I would recommend it to any firm who practices Real Estate, or title company.

Vorteile:

Once you get past the learning curve, Qualia's speed, reporting capabilities and tracking features make it an essential tool in our practice. Not only the ability to have multiple users working the same file at the same time, but having the ability to open two instances of the same file, lets the work progress faster. The customizable Tracking feature lets us assign tasks and determine what needs prioritization. I haven't experienced any delays when requesting Customer Service by phone, and they always are helpful.

Nachteile:

Qualia's price is in the higher range for this type of software, but we're not regretting it. The biggest negative that I have is the lack of written supporting materials. I'm old school, I want to read how it's done, not watch a video which may or may not have what I need.

The most user friendly!

Kommentare: All and all Qualia is the best conveyancing software I've used. All software has its quirks but Qualia seems to be the least "quirky". Extremely user friendly and a really appealing modern look to it.

Vorteile:

Qualia is so user friendly. Most features can be figured out without any resources. If you do need some help, the tutorials are also extremely user friendly! win win!

Nachteile:

We like learning new ways to integrate Qualia into our workflow, but find that oftentimes the features we start to look into using, turns into needing to pay another arm and a leg and would include a lot of things we wouldn't use. Would be nice if we could pick and choose a bit more- a la carte.

This product is user friendly and I like the documents feature better than our last software.

Nachteile:

I had very little training on the Admin and Reconciliation side.

Very glad we switched

Kommentare: We are extremely happy with Qualia overall. the fact that it interfaces easily with Word is one of the biggest benefits we see. As a law firm, we often tweak standard documents to meet the needs of our clients, and it is as simple as possible using Qualia. We also like the fact that they listen to us and try to integrate ideas that we have into the program.

Vorteile:

We immediately saved at least 20 minutes per file in opening files. Getting around the various parts of the program is simple. Our office is substantially more productive since we started using Qualia.

Nachteile:

My only real gripe is that because it is cloud based, they are constantly updating it. However, sometimes, an update to one part affects another part in unanticipated ways.

All of my files are in one place and its easy to search.

Nachteile:

Still working on integrating things with my program. But I have recommended this program to other offices and they said the initial set up was difficult but now that it is done they like the product.

Enhanced closing experience

Vorteile:

Qualia allows us to fully manage all steps of the closing process in one place. It’s great to be able to do everything from one spot. The integrations with title vendors, banks, and shipping services is key to enhancing our firm’s productivity. The document creation and sharing features also help us save time and a lot of headaches. I can’t imagine doing closings without Qualia!

Nachteile:

Getting everything set up can be pretty time consuming and complicated.

Thorough and easy to use!

Kommentare: Support folks are incredibly helpful, and the most recent update allowing users to customize their order dashboards has been extremely helpful for everyone in all departments for at-a-glance reporting and decision making.

Vorteile:

Qualia is easy to use and integrate with third party platforms like Gmail, making communications and document management easy. It's encrypted, so our clients feel comfortable sharing their information, which is huge.

Nachteile:

At times, sending documents will fail if file is large. Simplifile will occasionally give a county not found error. The reports tab is restrictive in not allowing a custom date range

Great Product

Kommentare: The time we save with ordering title work in the program and generating our closing docs with the click of a button has saved us so much time.

Vorteile:

I love how interactive Qualia is. It makes generating documents so easy and their customer service is the best!

Nachteile:

It's a little difficult to use with non-traditional transactions.

The ease of use of this program is amazing compared to the alternatives. It makes it easy to produce a quality product in an efficient amount of time.

Makes my life easier

Kommentare: This product is AMAZING, and makes my life so much easier. I get praised on the speedy and accurate work I always do; and a big part of it is the awesome resources I have within Qualia.

Vorteile:

It has everything you need in one hub... I use Qualia daily to open files, order title, record documents, post-closing tasks, and so much more. It is truly great.

Nachteile:

Modern technology always has its ups and downs, the only thing I can think of is the lag time for refreshing policy rates and/or documents and issuing final title policies. Sometimes it takes longer than it should or just doesn't work at all, so I'll have to refresh the internet page I'm in or restart the whole computer.

Qualia Improved Production & Speed

Vorteile:

The automated request for information is just one of the perks of this software. When I go to inquire about an item I needed answered from a client, the client has already plugged in the answer by means of the auto request.

Nachteile:

It seems there are technical issues if a user happens to change their telephone number during the escrow process. They are unable to have the password redirected.

Great Software!

Kommentare: It has definitely changed the game in software for our business! There is nothing out there that can currently compare to its level of service and competence.

Vorteile:

It's extremely user friendly. You have the ability to learn the system on your own without the need of a formal teaching setting.

Nachteile:

There are several state-specific needs and guidelines for our business that are not included or already built into the software. But that being said, the Qualia team has worked with us to make sure that we have all the necessary state required items.

Time Saver

Kommentare: There are so many benefits I have realized since I started using Qualia. I highly recommend at least trialing the program.

Vorteile:

Qualia Connect is a great feature that I use several times a day. The program is well integrated and although it takes some time to set up, you will save a significant amount of time on the back end.

Nachteile:

Retroactive capability for modifications to workflow, task management, etc. would be very helpful.
