Finger weg!

Kommentare: Typisches, amerikanisches Startup. Hauptsache lärm und Investorengelder, ob das Produkt dauerhaft für ernsthaftes Projektmanagement nutzbar ist, ist den Anführern bei ClickUp absolut egal.

Vorteile:

* tolle Funktionen, wenn sie funktionieren würden

Nachteile:

* schlechte Menüführung * schlechte Suche * alle Features sind halbgar oder werden ständig ohne Ankündigung verändert, hinzugefügt, entfernt * ständige, massive Performance-Probleme * alte Bugs kommen immer wieder, aber ClickUp ist das komplett egal ** sie beheben es, nach einer Woche ist wieder alles kaputt oder es bricht an anderer Stelle erneut auseinander * Tasks, Dokumente und Updates daran verschwinden teilweise willkürlich oder werden nicht gespeichert! * Nicht DSGVO-konform und keine Möglichkeit dazu, da Server nur in den USA stehen

ClickUp lockt mit falschen Versprechungen und schert sich nicht um Kundenzufriedenheit

Kommentare: Clickup ist unseriös, Jira ist die bessere Wahl. Wir wünschten dass wir bei Jira geblieben wären. Ich kann nur vor Clickup warnen!

Vorteile:

Das mit „let’s make a deal“ in Aussicht gestellte Angebot, da wir ein startup sind. Leider hab’s das nie. Ist nur unlauteres Lockmittel bzw. betrug.

Nachteile:

Onboarding hat Wochen gedauert da sich trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keine mit dem Angebot meldete. Hat schwere Verzögerungen verursacht bei uns.

Mühelose Überblick!

Vorteile:

Ich habe einen guten Überblick über meine täglichen Aufgaben und erhalte auch Erinnerungs-E-Mails. Es war für mich sehr effektiv, dass ich alle meine Aufgaben als Liste, aber auch in einem Kalender sehen kann. Ich kann mühelos die Fortschritte meines Teams bei den Projekten verfolgen.

Nachteile:

Das Tool war anfangs verwirrend und schwer zu navigieren. Ich brauchte einige Zeit, um mich daran zu gewöhnen.

Auf der Suche nach Perfektion ;)

Vorteile:

Wir kommen von Jira, was am Ende ein zugebautes, langsames Desaster war. ClickUp ist vergleichsweise (auch generell gesehen) sehr flink und es wird ständig weiter optimiert. Wir sind fasziniert wie sehr das ClickUp-Team Tempo macht, auf Wünsche reagiert, Hilfestellung beim Import gibt. Die Struktur ist super flexibel, alles ist modern und übersichtlich gestaltet, wir arbeiten schon nach kurzer Zeit erheblich effizienter als in Jira. Zusammengefasst: Jetzt schon genial und jede Woche kommen neue fantastische Funktionen hinzu. Schwer begeistert.

Nachteile:

Die Docs in Clickup können mit Atlassians Confluence noch nicht mithalten, aber auch daran wird stetig gearbeitet.

Sehr gute All-In-One Platform für den alltäglichen Job

Kommentare: Ein sehr durchdachtes und überragendes Konzept. Ein Programm was Ich nicht missen möchte.

Vorteile:

Die einfache Erstellung von mehreren Projekten und Zuteilungen der Mitarbeiter. Die Möglichkeit Automationen zu erstellen die viel Zeit sparen.

Nachteile:

Meiner Meinung nach fehlt eine einfachere Chat Funktionen wie bei einem Messenger wo man auch mal sein Kollege anschreiben kann etc.

Alles! Eine tolle Zeitersparnis und tolles Projektmanagement ist hiermit möglich. Vorallem kann ich arbeiten wie ich es möchte. Es ist schön beim Aufbau dabei zu sein!

Nachteile:

Gerne würde ich ein Feature vorschlagen. Eine bessere Filtermethode für Listen: Liste 1 hat Filter1 (1 & 2 & 3) || (5 & 6 & 7) weiterhin wäre schön den Inhalt per E-Mail senden zu können. Zum Beispiel: "Weekly Doings"

Ideales Terminplanungstool

Kommentare: Tolles Tool, was für den Privatgebrauch und ebenso für kleinere oder mittelgroße Unternehmen ebenfalls alles Wichtige bieten kann. Man kann es sogar als Adressbuch oder zur Verwaltung von Kundenbenutzen. Ich kann es wirklich nur jedem Empfehlen. Wer auf der Suche nach einem solchen Tool ist, der sollte sich ClickUp definitiv mal näher anschauen.

Vorteile:

ClickUp ist für mich eine sehr hochwertige und intuitive Software, in der man sich sehr schnell zurechtfindet. Ich nutze es vor allem zur Planung privater Projekte und Termine. Nach kurzer Einarbeitung findet man sich schnell zurecht und dann entwickelt Clickup auch sein volles Potenzial. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was man damit nicht machen kann.

Nachteile:

Für mich als Privatnutzer ist die Preisstruktur nicht ideal, aber man muss fairerweise sagen, dass Clickup extrem gut weiterentwickelt wird und das muss natürlich auch bezahlt werden.

ClickUp enthält umfangreiche Tools und Funktionen, um die Arbeitsqualität zu verbessern und beschleunigen. Außerdem konnten wir immer den Stand von Tasks immer in Echt Zeit verfolgen.

Nachteile:

Ich habe keine Nachteile bemerkt bis auf die Preis für kleine Unternehmen finde ich es etwa hoch. Aber trotzdem ClickUp bietet also viele Funktion, die richtig gut Geld kostet. Sonst finde ich alles andere top

You can do it all (almost) with ClickUp

Kommentare: Start small and build from there. We didn't dive all the way into all the features from the start, but after 1.5 years I can say it improved our operations immensely.

Vorteile:

It's very customizable! You can turn it into anything you want it to be. Project management? Check. CRM? Check. Help desk? Done!

Nachteile:

There's a bit of a learning curve. You have to take the time to learn the features and how they can serve you best.

Kommentare: ClickUp is great, we've tried numerous other project management platforms and it's a top-tier product. Overall, it helped us increase productivity, but with some growing pains and if you're going to go all-in with ClickUp you need at least one person dedicated to making sure things keep working and team members are using it.

Vorteile:

Clickup allows you to build out processes and workflows where you can manage them from a single place while also allowing internal/external members to see "where things are at" in terms of deliverables.

Nachteile:

Clickup has an insane amount of customization and that can be overwhelming if you're coming into it cold and if you start building things as a newbie, there's a good chance down the road or when you go to scale that you made some poor organizational decisions (speaking from experience).

ClickUp is great for small project management

You can manage a few projects at a time with ClickUp.

Nachteile:

I had SO MANY issues with the templates. I would use a template for a project and it would add 2-3 of each task from the template to the project or add some but not all tasks from the template.

It's the next level of project management

Kommentare: Extremely positive, it truly is an excellent product!

Vorteile:

Coming from an Agile background, and many other methodologies before that, when we encountered ClickUp it really impressed us. It's taken the best from these worlds and implemented a "best of class" user interface to deliver a very useful product.

Nachteile:

1. Missing LINE UP from the mobile app 2. Ability to share lists/tasks between workspaces so we don't have to keep switching into the clients workspace and then back 3. Progress reports on the dashboard - things like "how many tasks were completed this week" - broken down by workspace/space/list - this would be very compelling and motivating for team members 4. Explaining how the user licenses work at the outset could be better - we almost got charged a hefty bill for people who weren't full users.

CLICKUP is the JAM!!!

Easy to use as project management apps

Kommentare: We have been using it for years and it fills our need of project and program tracking and management system.

Vorteile:

All in one project management apps. Many things can be done such as work tracking, performance, timing, project, even social media management in one apps.

Nachteile:

Not full enough feature for table/database view.

Flexible Project Management for small Consulting Companies

Kommentare: We are very pleased with ClickUp. As a small consulting agency for internationalization we need a flexible project management tool. For our purpose ClickUp works very well!

Vorteile:

ClickUp is easy to use and it pretty easy to adjust all the settings. We use it mainly as project management tool, but also track sales cases with it (not as CRM and contact db, but how the cases are proceeding).

Nachteile:

It took some time to get familiar with all the settings and how to make it all work in the way we want to have it. We could have asked for more support from ClickUp, but could figure everything out by ourselves at the end too.

ClickUp, your excellent TASK TRACKER

Kommentare: ClickUp is our go-to tool for making software updates and track every step of our journey developing, analyzing, and testing.

Vorteile:

I think the most liked thing about ClickUp is the integrations module, you can make a real powerful tool with those.

Nachteile:

I think the freemium plans had some issues when upgrading from those, we had some problems starting our journey with ClickUp

Professional working experience on clickup ay Builder.ai

Kommentare: Working with builder.ai and for an agile team, managing tickets is a daily task. You get to know about the task you have to work on, integrated with GitLab its easier to manage as well for different branches. Also I can track my daily progress using points

Vorteile:

Its UI, very interactive, manageable. Any user can fall for the way they have designed it. I also like the way it is modularised

Nachteile:

Their notifications system, slightly could have been better. Sometimes I miss important comments in my ticket

Easy, fun to use and colourful!

Kommentare: My over all experience with clickup was great for smaller projects and personal work. I havent tried it in a large scale but i assume onbording and use of the platform is similar.

Vorteile:

What i love the most about clickup is the ease of use, everything is user friendly with colour coded sections and a simple design layout, makeing it easy to organise,scan through and review content.

Nachteile:

Its hard to say what i dislike about clickup, especially because it offers so much on the free plan but perhaps more new exciting features is always nice.

Informal Project Management Software

Kommentare: Overall ClickUp is pretty good. I certainly have no outstanding negatives to mention, I simply haven't found it to be anything like indispensable, yet. I would be delighted if it turns out to be useful enough to become so, but so far ClickUp is just a slightly more sophisticated list manager.

Vorteile:

ClickUp is immediately accessible to the new user, and offers the functionality that I was looking for in what I'm calling 'informal project management software'. In my work I am regularly tasked with solo projects that often stretch out over months, solving business infrastructure challenges and forwarding long-term wants to bring the desired outcomes to fruition. I needed a tool that allowed me to record the extremely varied elements without having a structure that forced me to adapt my adaptations to the tool. ClickUp is flexible enough to use in this context. I had tried a fair amount of other solutions which didn't work for me, for whatever reason. So far so good with ClickUp

Nachteile:

I'm using the free tool, and so am lacking access to some of the more powerful tools, like Gantt Charts. I have not yet bonded sufficiently with ClickUp to take seriously the idea of paying for it; it is currently just a pretty to-do list. That's the minimum I need it to be, but if I get interested in some of the other tools who knows?

I switched to ClickUp and Never Looked Back

Kommentare: I explored so many tools related to Project Management and my team's task monitoring for years. But, it felt incomplete. There are features that other platforms has but was never rolled into one. When I came across ClickUp, i tried its free account. I fell in love immediately. It did not take me long to avail the paid account. I was surprised it did not stop there. They have been continuously evolving. All new features came from feedback they get from their customers. So, yes - i love that they listen to customers. And all features they deploy are adding value. Sorry if its all praises, ClickUp never paid me to do this *i swear*. I pay for their product and i'm soooo satisfied. Happy customer here.

Vorteile:

It continuously evolving. It never stopped progressing and all those that they have been adding are all added value. I'm truly amazed how this tool have been helping me track all projects and initiatives we have been handling the past year. It made it easy for me to check in with my team and track down our progress on each individual tasks. This tool gives us strong collaboration and connection especially now that we are all working from home.

Nachteile:

I super love this product but if there's anything i love the least is i hope they improve gantt / timeline view further as well as the Form view.

ClickUp: The Best Task Management Application I’ve Ever Used

Kommentare: It was pretty easy to get started using ClickUp, though it has many features to learn and use. I also found it pretty easy to transfer my many of project lists in Todoist over into ClickUp.

Vorteile:

I've used over eight different task management applications over the last 10 years, and finally ClickUp solves 90% of my path management needs. It seems like ClickUp offers new features and updates on a nearly weekly basis. It includes several different ways to view tasks and projects, as well as the ability to keep track of goals and milestones. I like how I can easily create templates for projects, tasks, and lists, as well as archive lists for later use. The development framework for ClickUp allows developers to keep adding features to the application, but at the same time maintain the core user interface. Though I don't use ClickUp as part of a team, it does come in handy when I invite and share projects or tasks list with guests. ClickUp may be more than what many people need, but it is one of the best applications I pay an annual subscription for.

Nachteile:

I wish ClickUp allowed for assigning reminders to individual tasks rather than assigning universal reminders to all scheduled tasks.

ClickUp really is one application to replace them all!

Kommentare: I came to ClickUp after trialing several different project management options and was genuinely surprised at how easy and practical it was to setup. There is definitely a learning curve, but I found it to be user intuitive once I had the foundations covered. I have been able to successfully replace 5 other applications and enjoy significant cost savings in addition to the many other benefits of using one tool to run my entire firm. I find myself instinctively going to ClickUp upon needing to manage tasks and projects, it's the one tool I have open in a maximised window all day whilst I work.

Vorteile:

I found ClickUp to offer every feature I needed in order to achieve my goal of replacing and consolidating several offerings into one. I can login to ClickUp and know that my entire law firm is accessible to me and I can check on one screen and have in front of me all of the tasks and information I need for the day.

Nachteile:

I originally avoided ClickUp because I found the marketing and design of the application to be too casual and amateur. It seems the company has matured over the past few years and appears suitable for use in a traditional law firm environment.

Love ClickUp

Kommentare: I've been using ClickUP for 2+ years, and am very pleased with the product, and for the features included at a very reasonable price. I look forward to some autoamtion updates, but overall I'm so glad for this tool as my business hub.

Vorteile:

ClickUp is the spot for all your business projects, project management, managing a remote team, etc. I have been able to grow and scale my business because of ClickUp.

Nachteile:

Some of the automations have been clunky recently. Could use a few improvements there, along with the mobile app.
