Sometimes, there are delays on the sender’s end showing that the form has been completed. It’s usually not long - a few minutes, at most, but it can be annoying when we’re on the spot.

Works good for making surveys

Die Umsetzung unserer kleinen Projekte war innerhalb weniger Stunden umgesetzt. Durch die intuitive Bedienung ein Kinderspiel.
Nachteile:
Preisgestaltung: Die Preisstaffelung ist zu grob. Für kleinere bis mittlere Projekte fehlt meiner Meinung nach zwischen Starter und Bronze ein Paket.

Empfehlenswertes Tool
Vorteile:
Formulare sind schnell und einfach zu erstellen. Benachrichtigungen per Mail funktionieren hervorragend. Wir nutzen nur einen Bruchteil der umfangreichen Funktionen und werden uns zukünftig noch intensiver mit den Möglichkeiten auseinandersetzen.
Nachteile:
Der Javascript Code verändert sich mit jeder Änderung und muss somit immer wieder auf der Website ausgetauscht werde. Das wurde schon das ein oder andere Mal vergessen. Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell dran.

Vorteile:
Echt super und eine tolle Erleichterung für den Berufsalltag. Spart Zeit und Mühe und die Website bietet einem wirklich viele Möglichkeiten und Angebote. So viele dass ich noch nicht Mal alle kenne. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall Mal reinzuschauen!

Nichts aufgefallen - gibt's ne App ? Das wäre super.

Jotform is superb for building forms.
Kommentare: The experience with Jotform is one worth every single second and penny we spend using it. It has really made our form building job very easy and simple. We no longer need to hire professionals to create forms for us now that we have Jotform.
Vorteile:
What makes Jotform unique in form building is it gives to our disposal every form styling tool that is needed to build very professionally branded and stylish forms. Another helpful feature in Jotform is the e-signatures which makes it easy to sign documents online. We also use it to create and deploy survey forms and it allows us to analyze the feedback we collect, create insightful reports to demonstrate how customers are saying regarding our services.
Nachteile:
Jotform has been giving us all that we need from it and it is doing remarkable job. No cons at all for Jotform.

Easy way to collect data from our field personnel
Kommentare: I'm very happy with Jotform for managing our department's forms. Thanks to it, we can now not only collect data from our field personnel when they don't have access to a desktop, but above that, the data is validated, archived securely, and charted automatically with our Power BI integration. It helped us solve a big issue on our data side and brought an extra level of insight into our efforts.
Vorteile:
I think the best thing about it is probably all the templates they have available. There are hundreds of templates for most common form types. Thanks to that, we've never had to design a form from scratch. We just pick a template, add a couple custom questions or fields, and voila.
Nachteile:
Nothing sticks out that much. It would be good to have live support though.

NOT for research surveys
Kommentare: This review is specific to using JotForms as a substitute for other platforms that may be used for creating surveys. We use JF at my agency for other purposes and its fine but I'm really shocked at how poorly it is set up for creating surveys and for data visualization. For example, if you want to convert a survey that uses Likert sliders into a PDF, JF just deletes those questions instead of converting them to a standard Likert format. The form building is not intuitive. There is incorrect (or outdated) information on use in their self-help library and customer support is very hard to get.
Vorteile:
For the purpose of research, even Google forms (which I hate) is better.
Nachteile:
It's like they built this capability and never spoke with anyone who does actual real research. The form building options are not good. Data visualization is terrible. Customer support is terrible. I kind of wonder why they even offer a survey capability if it's going to be the worst on the market.

Very decent solution for forms & e-sign docs
Kommentare: Jotform is a wonderful tool to have at hand when working remotely. With it, you can just whip up a few forms and documents without spending too much time on it, and for something so simple, the amount of data it uncovers is fantastic. We've definitely seen concrete results of it across our operations.
Vorteile:
I love how there are hundreds and thousands of ready-made form and document templates for pretty much whatever you can think of. It saves you tons of time from having to make something from scratch, and it also gives you good form field ideas that you probably wouldn't have added if you did it from scratch.
Nachteile:
We see performance issues every now and then. Mostly form submissions coming through multiple times and sign fields not working properly, especially for multi party agreements.

Jotform for our business
Kommentare: So far, Jotform has been a great platform to easily get a lot of problems solved when it comes to feedbacks and polls.
Vorteile:
JotForm offers a wide range of features, not limited to file uploads, and signature alone, and also offers a wide range of customizable templates that can be used to create forms for any purpose easily and fast
Nachteile:
There is a very wide range between the free plan and premium plan of jotform, and I feel at least it would be helpful to be able to generate reports on form submissions by date range or by specific field on the free version.

The Best Software For My Business!!!

Jotform has been the best software for my business. I have tried four other softwares before Jotform. Jotform is the best because it is the most affordable, convenient, flexible and customizable, and it offers encryption and signature signing features as well!!

Working together with coworkers is easy using it.
Kommentare: No coding or CSS expertise is needed thanks to JotForm's extremely user-friendly drag-and-drop editor, which makes customization a breeze.
Vorteile:
I can now provide our teammates with alternatives that I was not before able to, thanks to the password protection feature added to forms. Data generation can be accomplished rapidly by pulling reports from these forms. Sophisticated connectors abound, including popular payment gateways. I have continued to utilize the platform because of its great usability. With its help, I have been able to quickly and simply design forms that are customized to our unique needs and gather information to produce insightful results.
Nachteile:
It is not possible to immediately preview numerous pages on a form. It must fill out the preview form with data before moving on to the next page. From time to time, the export to CSV format fails. I'm not sure if the export CSV capabilities or the Mac is to blame for that.

There was a time i was lookinh for a scholarship application form i dont know where it will be categorize under the categories available, I searched "scholarship Application" using the search box and it showed 58 results as at then. That's is just superb

Great Product For a Small Company
Kommentare: Our experience with Jot Form has been amazing and has changed the way that we are able to operate as a company. We no longer need to rely on pen and paper to help manage our team out in the field. With the help of the forms, we are able to accurately track times and gather information from our caregivers as well as our clients.
Vorteile:
We really like to use the forms to keep track of our caregivers times. We mostly don't use paper timesheets anymore, and we now have a hard paper trail not subject to the potential loss of any physical sheets of paper.
Nachteile:
Occasionally can't download PDF submissions. We depend on these to keep good records of our team mates times on particular shifts.

Jotform is the best (if you don't mind the price)
Vorteile:
Jotform is realy the best tool about survey and appointment purposes. They have tons of automations features and it has easy of use charachter. Also customer support is very fast and kindly.
Nachteile:
Prices! To be honest jotform is very expensive. Thats why althought it was my favorite tool, ı dont use it because of price. Especially country like Turkey which is inflation rate is more than %150, this price is not normal. I think they should define different price point for different country. Or should serve some discount coupon.

Warum Jotform gewählt wurde: There is just one reason; Price. You can make free survey via Zoho and you dont have any limit. That s amazing. Also Bookafy can serve many features with free version. I started to use these tools free version and after a while convert my freemium plan to paid plan. Also ı have thousands of students which have to use that kind of tools, and ı suggest these tools to all of them. Because their free versions are very powerfull.

Buyer beware: JotForm API breaks and support is awful
Kommentare: Support is terrible and a deal breaker. We are moving to Gravity Form as a result.
Vorteile:
The UI is pleasant for both the user and the integration. Setting it up was easy and getting it integrated with ActiveCampaign over the API wasn't difficult.
Nachteile:
The support is a HUGE problem. We work in mental health and having client inquiries transmist can be a matter of life and death if someone is in crisis. We noticed we were not having contacts transfer some times and other times, parts of data which was mapped, wasn't transmitting and deals weren't being generated due to missing tags and data. This alarmed us and we reset the integration to no avail. We contacted support multiple times to find responses that regularly took 4-7 days and sometimes no response at all. It was infuriating and irresponsible on their side.

Kommentare: It's been great. It streamlines so much of my business. It's become a vital part of my processes and workflows.
Vorteile:
I like the ease of use and the conditional formatting. I love the API features and the fact it interconnects with the other products that make my business work.
Nachteile:
That I can't have an additional user (one other one) unless I get five other users. I don't love the fact that the data isn't stored in Australia or that I don't have the option of doing that. I hate the fact they upsell HIPAA Compliance to health practitioners outside of the US as HIPAA isn't designed for anyone outside of the US.

Best online form platform I've used
Kommentare: The experience has been WONDERFUL! Their support team has always been able to help me navigate any issues, especially in the beginning when I was learning the features that aren;t common in other systems. Now, I can get what I need from their support documents.
Vorteile:
I like jotform for its simplicity. I have used many other platforms to build online forms and Jotform BY FAR outshines them all. It is super easy to use and very user friendly. I like that they have make the user experience so easy to build, implement and tabulate results.
Nachteile:
I haven't really ran into anything that I don't like about the software honestly. Anything I have ever wanted it to do is built into it already or they have an integration already in place to assist.

Great for our organization
Vorteile:
Great for registration forms; lots of customizability, and once you figure out the calculation widget, it's easily reproducible for future forms. I also like the flexibility of knowing we can pay for a year, or we can downgrade and upgrade our plan on a monthly basis based on our usage. I also love that you pay a flat fee; they don't charge a percentage based on registrations or transactions, which helps for budgeting purposes.
Nachteile:
It has glitched unexpectedly in the past, where users cannot submit forms and get error messages (in error). I've also had issues with the autosave function, where the builder will randomly freeze and when I reload, it pulls up an old version. Using Chrome instead of Safari helped with this. The customer service could also be improved - it's frustrating that you can't call and talk to someone (but on the plus side, you can google just about any issue and find several suggestions from Jotform staff).

Great customizable solution for various forms
Kommentare: Great experience overall. The software itself is so user friendly. Drag and drop elements is the way to go.
Vorteile:
All the form elements available make creating forms super customizable. Love the widgets. Automated email confirmations and conditional logic features are huge pluses, too. Google sheets is a favorite integration of ours so we can have form submission answers fed into reports. The help pages and forums are a great resource.
Nachteile:
When looking for a very specific solution, you may have to search the forums a bit, but customized solutions necessarily take a bit more legwork.

Quick and easy form builder and data collection platform
Kommentare: We use Jotform for collecting internal and external user data in response to fast changing needs (e.g. requesting the health status of those returning from areas that have just come out of Covid lockdowns). The API means we can directly add responses to databases, while Zapier integration allows us to add response to spreadsheets for further analysis.
Vorteile:
Jotform are always releasing new features to meet customer needs. The cost is relatively low compared to other offerings
Nachteile:
The default form controls are somewhat limited, and there is an overall reliance on 'market'/3rd party widgets.

Awesome tool for small business
Kommentare: I have been using this since 2019 at several different organisations and I keep recommending it. It is so simple to use and can be applied to various industries. I used it to digitalised customer journey for hotels, create super simple booking system to a free lance yoga teacher and now using it for invoicing purpose for another small business.
Vorteile:
- Loved the fact that they had the initial free 5 forms (unlimited timeframe) This means I can take my time to set it up and test out in real life to see how it can help my processes. - Love the custom forms and nowadays, it has alot of integration and you can do alot more things- Love the PDF builder. Now I am using this heavily to generate invoice. First I create fields for the invoice input then it automatically populates into PDF format based on my customised settings. Saves so much time!
Nachteile:
- Sometimes the submission loading is laggy. For example, I submit an answer via form then I change the answer in submission sheet (on backend) but it doesnt save this new update. - Also I have the emailing function turn on after each submission or edit. it is not immediate and can take up to 10 minutes

Powerful Online Form Automation System
Kommentare: As of Today, We are using JotForm over 4+ years continuously. We did not face any kind of system issues or troubles so far. We use it daily to collect our customers data and responses via 25 Jot Forms. Currently we are using Google Sheet and Google Drive integration which is really helpful for us to archive our daily targets. Their massive Template collection, Integrations and Widgets were very supportive to our business everyday. Finally i should say, as a system admin, JotForm is a Very Powerful Form Builder that can archive anyone's business requirements with a grate value by using only few simple clicks.

First of all, The user interface is brilliant. Very easy to understand. Easy Drag and Drop form builder saves lots of time in our corporate life. JotForm design process is very straight forward and gives ability to customize out forms according to our requirements. It allows our team to collaborate simultaneously which is a grate feature that i did not see from other competitors before. Another Plus point is that JotForm has lots or integration options with 3rd party systems like Paypal, Stripe, Skrill & etc. They provide few different pricing plans with a very attractive Free Plan which includes 5 Free Forms. Of course JotForm has a reasonable price when compare to its competitors. It has a grate library with over 10,000 Templates. E Signature is a another grate feature to mention.
Nachteile:
Sometimes, Its confusing to find the right template for us. But eventually we do. I would appreciate if they can improve their customer service center. sometime it is harder to get a help instantly form their side. Better if they can implement more Tutorials and Guides us to follow.
