We love UPshow and it's a lot of fun for us and our guests.

Kommentare: We run quite a bit of promotional events in our facility. This allows us to promote our events on a continuous loop to our active customers.

Vorteile:

This software is so easy to use and pretty intuitive. I love being able to share our own highlights while making it interactive for the customer.

Nachteile:

It would be great to have editing within UPshow for our spotlights. One less step I have to take to make our graphics the right size the better. I would also love to be able to customize the order and frequency of things more as well. While I love having some options now, I would love to have more options.

Game Changer!

Vorteile:

The ease of functionality. Being an IT admin i no longer have to be the main person for digital signage. Upshow's UI is so easy to navigate that anyone on my team can use it without having any technical knowledge.

Nachteile:

That we cant provision devices internally.

Up Show Review

Kommentare: Everyone loves watching the tv of course. Its great for in house promotions, event reminders and student retention. The students love seeing themselves up on that TV screen.

Vorteile:

I like that I can use this software for my basic needs. I like that I can edit my playlist, schedule and connect my Instagram content. I think the idea of upshow is great but could be executed a little better.

Nachteile:

Connecting to social media process was pain. From what I understand it was a one of situation though. I wish we could edit more and have other options for our playlist. I dont like the text tiles usually Im just looking to have the content to take over the whole screen.

Kommentare: So far, love how it works and how stable it has been. It's not perfect, but is an improvement over what I was using before. Overall, satisfied.

Vorteile:

Works well, easy enought to get it deployed. Some issues with some functionality but they work on fixes and are developing new features.

Nachteile:

We are very small business. We had to buy a 2nd account ($99 per month) for just one of our 5 digital signage TVs. This one TV is installed vertically, the rest are all installed horizontally. We pay $99 x 2. We have to have two accounts set up becuase you can't combine the differnt layouts into one account. This is problematic for us and for Upshow in retaining us long-term. For larger businesses this may not be an issue. For us, it is. We ultimately need a cheaper cost if we are going to continue with Upshow.

This is a great addition to your operation!

Kommentare: This is just a fun platform to add interest to your business presentation, viral reach, and event information. It does even more stuff, but like all software I have customized the things that are important to me. I highly recommend this software!

Vorteile:

I like how customers get immediate feedback for their efforts. We even use it to post announcements and events. This is also an amazingly effective way to create or increase viral reach for your business.

Nachteile:

The only problem we have encountered with this program is that the text you can add to an image is only in white. This is a problem for many images that also contain white. This is highly irritating- I won't lie- but this is literally the only problem I have with this service. Everything else has been awesome.

Kommentare: Overall, we are pleased with UpShow and enjoy using the product.

Vorteile:

The ability to customize the playlist and content that shows has been great. The ability to differentiate between our locations has proven useful and the playlist option has been the most recent upgrade that we have appreciated.

Nachteile:

I would appreciate the ability to limit explicit content from the playlist, while I understand that each playlist is rated even the TV 14 stations have had some inappropriate explicit content. Without the ability to oversee exactly what is playing that has proved sort of challenging, we would also love the ability to edit the trivia section. Should we specifically want to engage our patients in any particular subject, for example, breast cancer facts for October .

I like that with UP show I can customize exactly what I want our patients to see. Using Canva makes it easy and user friendly.

Nachteile:

My only issue with UPshow is that it is continuously gets kicked off our wifi nextwork and my IT has to reinstall.

Top notch experience and team

Kommentare: UPshow makes our day-to-day easier by providing a great ice breaker between guests and staff. Our guests will see something on the UPshow screens and inquire about upcoming events or other content.

Vorteile:

My favorite feature is the Promotion Manager - I always have an event to promote and keep people in the know!

Nachteile:

I don't dislike anything. If I would make a suggestion I'd add giving the main admin access to add and control user access level so I don't have to always bother the upshow team with management changes.

UPshow has been such a great addition to our music school!

Vorteile:

UPshow has been such a great addition to our music school. We have a TV in the lobby that plays a constant loop of videos, tutorials, marketing material, etc. Then we have an additional TV in our Student Lounge that has UPshow on it that also plays SoR performance videos, informational videos for our students and more! One of my favorite UPshow features is the social media connection where we'll see a picture we just recently posted up on one of the TVs. We're so thankful to have UPshow and one platform that can do everything we wanted our TVs to be able to do. Our students, staff and families all love the TVs and we love UPshow!

Nachteile:

Nothing really negative to say! Sometimes the device needs restarting to work but other than that, we love it!

Great Product, Easy to Use

Kommentare: As mentioned, it's a great product and the cost is fair. I love that you can control it from your laptop or even your phone. It's a great way to get information and announcements across our studios to our members.

Vorteile:

I like the customization capabilities. The website to structure the TV's output is so easy to use. They give you a lot of tools to create announcements and other important items for our 3 fitness studios.

Nachteile:

Had to think about this one because I love this product. Maybe more user-friendly when it comes to dragging the slides to how you want them presented and in what order.

UPgrade your patient and customer experience with ease.

Vorteile:

Being able to schedule content to show on certain days, such as weekly celebrations for patients (braces off, birthdays of the week) or running a post with a contest for the duration of a time period. It is easy to create or edit playlists with content. But most importantly, it is easy to upload own content to UPshow and share it to all devices.

Nachteile:

There needs to be more content that will easily engage the patient or customers. The playlist creator can be confusing to new users.

Social Media Feature

Kommentare: I think it's a great idea and could be a really exciting thing for our school, but I'm disappointed that it's not doing as much for us as it could. Could use some tweaking.

Vorteile:

Being able to schedule features is awesome. As a music school, with shows and important dates, it's super helpful that, amidst the pictures, we can pop in that important stuff for the kids and parents.

Nachteile:

We use our social media a ton, as do our students. We love being able to say "hey, add this hashtag to your picture and you can see it on the school TV!". However, this feature rarely works for us. I have reached out for help a couple of times and have never gotten very far. When it does work, it only stays up for a few days. We're closed Fri-Sun, so we rarely get to view anything more than once or twice. If we post more than one picture (which we often do), none of them appear. There must also be a limitation on videos, because they will show up on the UPshow Manager, but not on our television.

Overall, good way to create engagement with guests

Kommentare: Overall, we’ve enjoyed the platform and it has been a good value add to our guest experience and marketing strategy.

Vorteile:

Software is easy to use and we like that it interacts easily with social media pages of our guests. It is easy to customize and access control panel to make adjustments and support staff seems to be readily available to help us grow and maximize the platform.

Nachteile:

Hasn’t created as much engagement with guests as we had hoped. Most social media post and interactions are through our business instagram. It is visually appealing and I do believe our guests enjoy seeing content, they just don’t engage in posting content as much.

UPshow Back of House is a Game Changer!

Kommentare: It has been easy to implement, maintain, and support has always been great.

Vorteile:

I love how this software allows us to communicate rapidly across all locations, and also how easy it is to manage and track contests and keep employee engagement at a high level. UPshow team has been quick to respond to suggestions and to reach out about our opinions about what we would like to see integrated, added, or upgraded.

Nachteile:

So far, I don't have any particular negatives.

Up show increases your guest experience and sells your product

Kommentare: The social media expect with UP Show has been very rewarding while I did not see it at first. Our guest will put a picture up and sit eat and drink till it comes up on the screen, in our case every 3 slides.

Vorteile:

The best feature with up show unlike 3 others that we have tried is that the platform is stable and does not fade out or needs to be rebooted every couple of days. Adding new slides to up show is easy and anyone can do it.

Nachteile:

We would like to see more shells, rather then go to another service

Better your business

Kommentare: Customers are genuinely excited to watch UPshow. Sitting in the dining room, you will always hear conversations going on about our slideshow. It also creates engagement with our guests and encourages them to post about us, with the opportunity for their photos to appear in our restaurant. The more engagement our social media receives, the more followers we receive, and the business grows.

Vorteile:

This software is the most dynamic way to communicate to our customers. We have had a Community Board since we opened, which displayed paper marketing, photos, and other static means of communication, but upon discovering UpShow and utilizing the space for that instead, we are finding that customers have truly taken notice. It is an exciting, attention-grabbing, fun way to keep our customers in the know!

Nachteile:

The thing that I like least is that we are unable to select how often we choose to display our Spotlights. It would be awesome to be able to prioritize certain Spotlights or select how often they appear throughout the day without having to duplicate them or reorder them in the Spotlight section; it is very difficult to reorder them properly.

Customer Engagement

Vorteile:

What I love about UPshow is how it passively (yet awesomely) brings user generated content to our facility. We truly don't have do anything extra to get our guests engaged with UPshow, they do so from just seeing the TV's. User generated content has allowed us to see our facility from the angle the guest experiences it. Truthfully, out guests sometimes take better photos than we do!

Nachteile:

I wish that you could prioritize the content (tiles) that you upload on the business end and adjust how frequently they're displayed. Customer service was able to help us with some work arounds, I just wish it was a little smoother.

Overall Great Asset For Our Business

I really enjoy how customer friendly Upshow T.V. and how it helps connect our relationship with our customers. One of my favorite features is that I can upload videos from YouTube.

Nachteile:

Honestly do have to much to say that I don't like about Upshow. One thing I would hope to see change is the when a customer does a check-in through Facebook or shares there experience with us on Facebook I could be viewed on UPshow the way the shares with Instagram and twitter are.

Vorteile:

Upshow has been a huge asset to our business. One of my favorite features is the "Spotlight" feature where we can advertise our events/specials.

Nachteile:

I wish that it would take all images - sometimes the images are not compatible.

Stop Wasting Your TV Screens, GET UPSHOW!

Kommentare: When I joined the bar as a manager we had a well meaning but totally out of touch older gentleman making slideshows for our TV's. They were repetitive at best and downright boring at the worst. We could have put a slide up there saying GO TO THE BAR NOW FOR A FREE TOP SHELF DRINK and people wouldn't have gone because no one paid attention to the TV's. Now we have customers actively looking at the TV's to see whose up there and see themselves. While they are watching BAM they get one of our ads. We get eyeballs on ads for our events that we weren't getting before.

Vorteile:

It's so easy to use even our 75 year old owner can use it! He loves getting on there and posting pictures and seeing what our customers are posting. The software may seem bare bones at first, but after awhile you realize the beauty of it's simplicity.

Nachteile:

Probably for us the biggest drawback is the inability to see posts that their content moderators are blocking. Sometimes a customers posts get flagged and blocked and for our venue they really aren't inappropriate. I appreciate the moderation keeping things off the screens that would get us in trouble. But I'd like to be able to review the moderators and approve things if they get caught by them and we are fine with the post.
