Good recruiting tool

Vorteile:

I like that it gives you the ability to set bid prices for candidates on a job-level basis. This is helpful as you can make dynamic decisions on how to spend your budget.

Nachteile:

The platform is not entirely intuitive. This led to an issue where we overspent on a job posting during our 1st week of implementation. However, the team was quick to respond and help rectify the situation.

We love Appcast

Kommentare: The reps that we work with are great. They listed to our needs and are helpful at offering solutions. They have even made suggestions that we didn't think about and put in to place.

Vorteile:

Integration was super easy with our HRIS. All I did was click a button.

Nachteile:

We only give a portion of our budget to Appcast so we're not really using it to its full capability. There is nothing to dislike so far.

Northstar

Kommentare: It's been okay. Nothing SUPER exciting.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and gives opportunity for better brand exposure.

Nachteile:

Not as much traction as we would like to see.

Quality Applicants, Great Reporting and Exceptional Customer Service

Kommentare: I love working with Appcast, because they truly have an exceptional team who will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals, as well as a great product.

Vorteile:

Honestly, my favorite part is that it actually works. It can handle high volume job postings, and meet your spend needs without sacrificing quality in regards to applicants. It makes my job easier- once you are set up and have figured out the best titles etc. to use, it will perform and help you reach your recruiting goals.

Nachteile:

I have no complaints about the current software, but I would like to see some additional features as it would be helpful for my overall recruiting. For example, adding paid search for Google.

Programmatic advertising

Kommentare: Appcast has has helped our stores by delivering completed applications in to our ATS. The customer service team is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs.

Vorteile:

Advertise on multiple sites without having to individually set up each. The ability to set CPA up or down to the market needs.

Nachteile:

Need more completed candidate applies through our ATS to compete with hosted quick apply INDEED campaigns.

Great customer service and decent results

Kommentare: We have reached a wider audience by using Appcast and we have gained valuable strategy options. We are very satisfied with what Appcast has given us.

Vorteile:

Hands down best element is the customer service and support from our representatives. They take the time to explain strategy and performance. The integration works well with UKG and we have had minimal issues since implementation.

Nachteile:

With the quick apply option, there is a bit of information that does not come over, but this is common for quick apply. It is hard to hold a candle to Indeed performance.

The Delta Companies - Review

Kommentare: Appcast has brought us many wonderful candidates who we've successfully placed over these past few years. To us, Appcast is a hidden gem! We really appreciate the job ad exchanges which allows our jobs to be seen on sites that we may not typically parter with.

Vorteile:

Integration with Bullhorn, our account manager and his exceptional communication, state expansions, and reporting.

Nachteile:

Not being able to control the quality of applies that come through. These past few months we've noticed a massive spike in spam applies which ultimately has us hit budget early on in the month.

My Experience of Appcast

Kommentare: Appcast is completely in line with how I want to manage my clients advertising strategy & budget. The biggest mistake employers make is doing the same thing and hoping for different results. Using Appcast means that you and break away from 'the normal' and find new routes to your target audience

Vorteile:

I like being able to take my clients vacancies to the 'whole' market. It adds a lot of value to my service and means I can deliver quality applications at a good price.I find it very easy to use and therefore easy to explain to a client.

Nachteile:

It'd be great to see candidate applications in the system so I can check on quality

Great Customer Service

Vorteile:

Our team at Appcast is one of the best. They are attentive to our needs as a healthcare organization and are prepared with useful suggestions to help recruitment.

Nachteile:

There are no cons to Appcast. We are pleased with our partnership.

Nice tool for supplemental recruitment advertising

Vorteile:

Appcast is a good supplement to our strategy and helps with our job distribution system.

Nachteile:

The reporting and candidate management could be improved to make it easier to use.

Programmatic Recruiting is the future

Kommentare: Great tool to help us market and manage our candidate flow. Programmatic recruitment has turned traditional recruiting on its head! Best thing to happen to recruiting since the internet!

Vorteile:

Great for giving my team the time and resources to do active recruiting instead of spending their time monitoring and managing job postings. Takes away the need to manage our stats and evaluate our progress. This does it all for us while giving us the reach necessary to find candidates for our difficult to fill positions.

Nachteile:

Not sure that I have anything that I like least.

App Cast the Net

Kommentare: Good tool. Fully automated system. Good alternative to Indeed.

Vorteile:

We use Appcast to advertise on many platforms all at once. It definitely generates lots of applications quickly. Great for low level roles and volume recruiting.

Nachteile:

There is no branding. We get a lot of meaningless applications but we still have to pay for them. It is not relevant for specialist or high level roles.

Great Platform

Kommentare: The customer service team is top notch and responsive

Vorteile:

The results are great. The candidate volume is high.The account manager and team are very professional and responsive.

Nachteile:

The conversion from applicant to onboarding and having a worker work at a job site is very low. Many candidates are non-responsive and do not convert to active employees.

Over the years it has become more transparent which used to be my biggest ghing but that has gotten better.

Increased candidate flow

Kommentare: Overall it has increased candidate flow for hard to fill jobs by reaching candidates through job boards other than indeed for us.

Vorteile:

Great customer support through our account manager. They were able to piggy back off the same Indeed hashtags we're already using in our job descriptions which makes it easy to sponsor posts for hard to fill requisitions.

Nachteile:

It's hard to control spending when you have a high volume of reqs. Some jobs may take up a big portion of your budget and rack up a lot of your budgeted dollars just to one req.

Excellent support staff

Vorteile:

The strength of the account team allows this to be a "hands off" product - which is much needed, and appreciated, during our current hiring environment. Additionally, the seamless integration with our ATS allows us to capture the hires that have come in via the tool which makes reporting a dream.

Nachteile:

Haven't found a reason to complain yet. The tool is easy to navigate.

Appcast is a must!

The functionality and ease of use. I love the way Appcast integrates into our internal software.

There really isn't anything that I dislike about the software.

AppCast Review

Vorteile:

Ease of adding jobs to campaigns, ease of seeing quality metrics

Nachteile:

Deleting campaigns instead of just pausing them would be a huge bonus, as well as having the default view set to "only active" campaigns.

Good product

Kommentare: Works very well to gain traction and impressions on google searches. Cuts down on time to post and manage job boards.

Vorteile:

The monthly data and reporting options are great and easy to access.

Nachteile:

Management of jobs/postings can get messy, but the account management team is always quick to help.

Vorteile:

I really like the easy use of the software to change campaign filters and budgets - Great customer service, though with the quality of the program's UI, I rarely need assistance from our account representatives.

Nachteile:

Meeting cadence - with the ease of the software, I think we can move to monthly or quarterly meetings instead of bi-weekly

Great product

Kommentare: Appcast is a great well rounded company that provides a great software and account mgt/ customer service experience as well.

Vorteile:

easy to use, dash is very intuitive, campaign set up was a breeze, account mgt team

Nachteile:

There was nothing that comes to mind to fill in here.

App Cast Social Recruiting

Vorteile:

Easy and efficient way to get posts out across multiple sites with one source, once click. Helps you reach markets you might not on your own. Additionally, great tool to increase diverse and veteran reach.

Nachteile:

At times, had to increase budget more then planned to get reach we needed, but the ROI was there.

Appcast

Kommentare: Our rep Eileen is always sooooo friendly and helpful.

Vorteile:

Dashboard is easy to ready and locate the information I'm looking for.

Nachteile:

It can be a bit complicated to track down details.

The software seems to get the strangest applicants for positions that are not qualified.

Appcast is a Great Software

Vorteile:

Keeping track of performance metrics has never been easier.

Nachteile:

There is not an easy way (that I am familiar with) to track the specific applications we receive without using the JazzHR integration.
