Kommentare: Overall this is a really good product and it's really easy to use.

Vorteile:

The really cool feature I found is, it can accept numbers with decimals like (10.25, 6.5), If you are building forms to accept payments or some measuring values this is a really cool function and you can even add videos also to the form. And this gives you a full-featured application trial version without a credit card.

Nachteile:

There is nothing to say about Paperform, but if you can extend the trial period that is better to get a good understanding before purchasing the product.

Paperform SLAMS the competition

Vorteile:

I have used Jotform for years and made the switch to Paperform in the last year, and I'm SO glad I did! Customer service is amazing! - They always have an answer and a solution quickly no matter my issue, and the form functionality is better than any other I've seen. Use them and you won't ever be disappointed!!

Nachteile:

There is not a single thing I don't like about Paperform so far. I doubt I'll find something.

Slightly better than Google Forms

Vorteile:

It works as a very basic form builder. It doesn't have a ton of selection for question types or flow logic, but you can insert images, so that makes it a little prettier than Google forms.

Nachteile:

Their support team is often confused about the product's features. They do have a chat, but you're better off figuring things out on your own.

Best solution for building mobile forms for our field technicians

Kommentare: I'm very happy with Paperform as our mobile forms solution. Thanks to it, we've been able to collect, manage, and archive job-related information a lot better from our field personnel. We're also beginning to explor eits uses for internal stuff like inventory, HR forms, etc. All in all, it's been a great addition to our toolstack.

Vorteile:

The responsive mobile design and offline access have been its best features for us. Most of our forms are for our technicians to fill out on the job site, like audits, proof-of-work, etc., so it's been very helpful to be able to collect data easier and more systematically with Paperform.

Nachteile:

There are sometimes issues with embedded forms taking too long to load, but it hasn't been that big of a problem for us.

Paperform is a wonderful form builder with lots of useful automations

Kommentare: I've used Paperform for years, with various members of my team, across numerous different purposes and it always holds up. I have not found a limitation around my use cases yet!

Vorteile:

Paperform is flexible enough for me to use for a lot of different purposes. We currently use it for all our job applications and I've used it to collect information when I was the sponsor chair for WordCamp Denver. One of the things I love most about it is various built-in automation, as well as a world of possibilities when you connect it with Zapier. We use Paperform + Zapier to connect with other tools we frequently use. We use their Airtable and Slack integrations to keep the team in the loop as we get new applicants, organizing the information in a way that's easy to act on it. I also love that you can sell digital products using Paperform, which is helpful since it's not a big enough part of my business to seek a separate solution for — and I don't have to because Paperform is so straightforward to use for this purpose.

Nachteile:

The one issue my team has reported is that if you change a form that has historic data, it doesn't update backwards. So when you go to export past forms, the prompt and answer are jumbled and difficult to parse. This issue could be mitigated by making a new copy of forms and sunsetting the old version from public access, although that's pretty clunky (luckily though, all of Paperform's plans include unlimited forms).

Paperform - Professional forms without the hassle

Kommentare: Paperform is particularly useful when creating forms for clients. You don't need access to their systems which can alleviate a number of security concerns. You can design great looking forms that are a million miles from the freebies we've all seen. The back end stuff is clever too. If you do run into problems, there are real people to get you sorted.

Vorteile:

Paperform is a step up from the free forms apps you typically see with their vendor branding, response limits and simplistic layouts. Paperform lets you create forms as easy as creating a document, but it is easy to make it look great and present it with your desired branding on a web page. And you don't have to get IT involved.

Nachteile:

There were a few branding/design issues in the early days and not many integrations, but that is far from the case today. With direct integrations, Zapier and Integromat, Paperform is probably the most integrated forms application around.

Simple and easy to use

Kommentare: The platform is easy to use and allows your to simply build forms with the help of the automation feature. Would be great to see a PDF scanning feature in the near future

Very simple and effective form management solution

Kommentare: I'm very happy with Paperform for my organization. With minimal work, it's enabled us to bring form data into a lot of our departments. With it, we can collect data on the go, easily chart our data, and keep it on the cloud for when we need to go back and look at it again. Paperform can be a wonderful addition if you're currently managing forms offline

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to set up and implement, even across half a dozen departments. It requires pretty much no work to set it up, you can log in and have your forms ready in under a week

Nachteile:

The PDF features are pretty lacking. It would be great to be able to easily scan our PDF docs onto the system rather than having to design forms from scratch

Kommentare: Overall, my company is very happy with Paperform and will only move off of it once we build data collection into our platform.

Vorteile:

By far the thing that stands out most about Paperform, is their customer support. I know it's not directly related to the product, but their support team is exceptional (among all SaaS tools) and they're always able to deliver a solution within minutes. The form building is simple intuitive and they have a powerful suite of features and integrations that make it highly practical.

Nachteile:

Design customization is a bit limited and they don't have any third-party plug-ins as far as I can tell, which definitely isn't something I would use all the time, but it is nice to have in case they're ever needed.

Intuitive interface. Easy to create forms it's as easy as in Microsoft word, with added features Ms Word doesn't provide. Cheaper than Jotform and including free plan which will satisfy most start up projects. Paper form lacks some features such as retention, access controls It's web based but no desktop version and no phone support

Paperform is an excellent form tool

Kommentare: Our overall experience has been a good one. We have integrated paperform into our flagship product that is offered to many clients. Paperform allow users of our software to book appointments and register their personal details.

Vorteile:

Paperform is packed with many features to get the job done ! What I like most is the way it renders perfectly on mobile phones, tablets and desktop screens. It offers a wide variety of components used to collect information. The signature component is very precise and responsive whether you use a stylus or your finger. I use it to collect information from customers that is then read by our software product. We use it to allow customers to register themselves and to book appointments. The support staff are impressive as they are quick to respond to questions or suggestions. I have no regrets and wish I had this product years ago.

Nachteile:

There are few features that are being worked on that will improve the product. Not many issues that come to mind.

The best online form & surveying software I've used in recent years.

Vorteile:

Paperform is, imo, the best online form software of the moment. I know another solution is all the rage, but I've found Paperform easier to create custom forms and manage them. I managed to get this at a steal with the AppSumo offer they set up, and I'm so glad I jumped in. It's so quick and easy to get new forms created - I can have a full survey set up and embedded on my site within 10 minutes, if I have the Qs planned in advance. For general forms it works really well and I've had comments on how much people enjoyed using the system.

Nachteile:

The only thing that could be improved for me isn't necessarily something wrong with Paperform - but it's the way that we view submissions to the forms. Unless I'm conducting a survey, it's actually more beneficial for me to view submissions one-by-one, like in the email confirmations I receive. I think Paperform do this really well compared to other platforms as even in the table view it's really easy to look at the submissions in Paperform. I think it's more of an issue with dealing with data in large volumes. I would love an extra option to view the data in a different way (for example - not just in a long table, but viewing entries one-by-one, out of the table view.

Does it all and keeps growing!

I love the growing flexibility with Paperform. It seems the team at Paperform is always looking at how they can get Paperform to do more, adding huge value to an already amazing product!

Nachteile:

This is hard to answer, as many of the limitations we had with Paperform initially are being removed as the app is updated and improved. Just remember, to get the full automated power of the app, you will need to integrate, which might require an extra cost via Zapier depending on what you are looking to do.

Best in Class form app + Mini Ecommerce

Vorteile:

It's not fair to classify Paperform only as a form application. You can certainly create simple and complex forms with Paperform, but, is so much more. You can even build an ecommerce with it. You just need to be creative, because they provide all the tools needed to do it! We have been using Paperform to: - onboard clients, - Charge customer (we use both PayPal & Stripe) - Gather reviews and any way you want it. I highly recommend Paperform, it's an essential app on our workflow.

Nachteile:

Can't think about anything negative about it. They just updated the system and it's even better now. With the new system, you can easily select which kind of field you want for your form.

- The beauty of the forms. To look so lightweight, simple and inviting. I simply love to fill out Paperform forms myself. - Simple and comprehensive user interface, but comprehensive functionality like logic, scoring, payment, dynamic pricing etc. - The team keeps improving the platform like crazy. It just makes fun to work with it!

Nachteile:

At the moment nothing comes to mind when I think about what I dislike of Paperform. I love it wholeheartedly...!

I love the software, the development team is very responsive and forward-thinking with the implementation of this software. Highly recommended. Interesting enough, historically when I've asked if something was available, it's either been on the roadmap or added without my even asking.
It doesn't make my coffee in the morning. Honestly,
It does a lot for the tool in the survey category. It's much more and I don't have too many things that I can point to and say I don't like this

I love the flexibility of how many different ways I can use the software. I keep pushing the boundaries, and It keeps getting better. I use it for sales pages, contact forms, and payment processing. Oh, and yes surveys. Don't forget the ability to collect information from your community, clients, and prospects. I like the potential to use it for new customer onboarding. I have the capacity to collect all the critical data that will help me focus my attention on the most important tasks for each client.

Kommentare: Its interface is as simple and intuitive as that of an online text editor, so that any user, even if they have no experience in this field, can quickly learn to use it and create their projects without the need for computer help.

Once the data is uploaded, it can be analyzed directly from Paperform and integrated with other applications to manage it. Paperform has a wide collection of predesigned templates Possibility of introducing online payment gateways such as PayPal directly on the page and for free.

Nachteile:

I still have no criticism of the product, maybe the price but it's worth it

Makes everything so easy

I like how everything is customizable and just presets super well to the user.

Nachteile:

I wish the scheduling option was more robust. We use Paperform as a way to get initial information and then lead the user into a specific scheduling form (on another platform) based on what they selected and built in logic options. If the scheduling functionality had more to it, then this would be the holy grail for us.

The Best Product I ever got!

I was luck enough to buy Paperform , and I can say that this among the best investment I ever made. The product keep developing and the developers are very responsive. Don't think twice and go for it, worth EVERY penny!!!

Very easy to use and great custom features

Ease of use and awesome features such as custom colours of text, use any image as a background, and custom urls

Nachteile:

Some larger forms I created, ie with 500 + questions/variations are slow to load when editing, so you have to wait up to 20 secs to add or change questions on really large forms (only in edit mkde). The issue is not there for the non-edit mode

Vorteile:

It's very slick and fun to use. And I like the impression it gives to users ... makes my business look professional. It's also very easy to use and it's sophisticated so that you can easily accomplish what a programmer could do for you. But it's all in the interface.

Nachteile:

Nothing really --- but to force myself --- they could add some more templates. They have nice ones in there, so if they could do more, that'd be great. Also maybe add more features to the polling feature.

Vorteile:

The ease of creating a form is one of the best features. Other similar products are very complicated, but not paperform! It’s like creating a document in Word and the process is so easy and intuitive. You can create a beautiful form with conditional logic with ease!

Nachteile:

Lacking integration with Microsoft office 365 for its appointment feature.
