Vorteile:
Das man vieles an einen Ort erledigen kann.
Nachteile:
Es funktioniert häufig nicht. Der dialer öffnet sich nicht. Die Ladezeiten zwischen den Kontakten ist extrem lang (Habe 1000 M/Bits). Automatisierung funktioniert häufig nicht korrekt mit der Uhrzeit. Fehlermeldungen wenn man viele Mail in einer Cadence manuell schickt. Häufig rutschen auch die Kontaktdoku Felder wo anders am Bildschirm hin.
Salesloft für Salesmaschinen!
Vorteile:
Salesloft hat alles was man für den Kundenkontakt braucht. Besonders die Cadence Funktion ist perfekt und lässt eine ordentliche und sequenzierte Arbeitsweise zu.
Nachteile:
Es gibt nichts was fehlt. Keine negativen Punkte

Kommentare: Top-rated experience with onboarding the product and using the product. Anytime I reached out to support, they got back to me immediately and helped me resolve my issue.
Vorteile:
Salesloft is a great value for the money spent, it is easy to use, and my salesperson and their onboarding team did a great job getting my all set up.
Nachteile:
I wish they had more native integrations with CRMs. Salesforce is their primary integration.

Kommentare: Overall experience is GREAT, it is easy to use and really effective in sales mangement.
Vorteile:
What I mostly love about Salesloft is that is really easy to use, and that it helps me target and follow up with more customers giving automated emails a personalized approach. Which helps me get more responses. I also love that I can sink it to me gmail, Hubspot and Seamless AI.
Nachteile:
What I dont like is the dialer I think is really basic, but it does not interfere with my performance. So what happens is when I important the contact from Seamless AI, I cant dial because the number was added to the company not the contact so I have to copy the number and paste in contact to be able to Dial.
Salesloft - It is what it is - Two stars
Kommentare: has been poor. There are better solutions out there. As BDRs we rely on tools like sales loft to do our job and make our living. When they work poorly we work inefficiently and cause us, and our company, money. Although I cannot be certain if it is a Salesloft issue or an internal issue with the folks who administer the program. Because of that I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 as it may not be 100% on Salesloft. Also not ceratin if my being based overseas and calling into the US means the phone issues are only for me or also for US based employees. thing is with all other VOIP calling (Zoom, facetime, skype, teams, etc...) I have zero issues - it is only with Salesloft.
Vorteile:
It integrates well with Salesforce. It is better than using a rotary phone and yellow pages like back in the day.
Nachteile:
Phone issues. Intermittent outages. Bad experience with support.

Salesloft is a staple in our business development initiatives. The platform makes it easy to organize your outreach efforts while continuously optimizing your methods. It truly helps us optimize efficiency for thhe sales team
Nachteile:
There are very few things to dislike about the software. We had a challenge where we were unable to track the performance of custom dispositions and sentiments on calls. Although the default dispositions are sufficient for tracking.

From a sales role perspective, SalesLoft provides an easy to use platform for account management and tracking user productivity. The ability to create effective outreach cadences and having data analytics into testing email campaigns is absolutely crucial. The biggest pro for me is being able to make calls and track email open rates directly from the platform. My product team has also implemented an integration with our CRM allowing a seamless workflow for effective prospect outreach.
Nachteile:
My sales team and I are incredibly satisfied so far with SalesLoft and have not run into any system or customer support issues.

Kommentare: Overall I have not been satisfied with our experience using SalesLoft because of the lacking support for business to consumers. On top of this, the customer service is nearly non-existent. Our account manager is not easy to work with and honestly has been a massive struggle for our business due to the extra resources required to get SalesLoft running as it should with the limited support coming from the SalesLoft support team.
Vorteile:
Overrall SalesLoft provides a way for customers to interact with business to business in a fairly new way. It helps with staying in touch and maintaining relationships that they say will help build your business.
Nachteile:
SalesLoft completely fails when it comes to interacting with business to consumers. There is no good texting feature as most consumers are texting during business hours rather than talking on the phone or managing their personal emails. This is the reason I would not recommend SalesLoft to a business.

Avoid at all costs
Kommentare: These people are vultures. Holy heck they are one of the least customer friendly companies I've ever interacted with. The Comcast of sales tools... We bought SalesLoft for a year and told them we didn't want to renew. They billed us anyways. We asked for a refund, and they said one could not be provided. I had to file a chargeback with the credit card company in order to finally get a refund. We asked if we could get our data exported, and of course they said they aren't able to do that. We asked if we can trial the product (since we hired a new sales person) in order to access our data, and they said they don't offer trials. They have a minimum of 2 seats even though we only have 1 salesperson. Honestly these guys couldn't care less about their customers or doing anything friendly at all, they're basically the worst company I've interacted with in recent history.
Vorteile:
The product works for the most part, it gets the job done. Most of the problems with this company are with their extreme customer unfriendliness, not the product itself.
Nachteile:
The software was average - it's pretty lame that you have to pay a high price for something that is available for free in other platforms like HubSpot. The main negative about working with this company is the people and experience you get talking to them, and their aggressive customer-unfriendly policies, not the software itself.

The limited ability to create rules on cadence engagement (there are only 4/5 selections) would like more ability to customize according to my companies needs

The possibility to create cadences is really useful to me (and in general for any sales company)

In order to create cadences you must import all contact from another platform (Salesforce in my case) and this is a long process
Very Highly Useful for Sales Teams- Can Be Buggy or Inaccurate
Vorteile:
I loved being able to see who was engaging with my emails, as well as being able to organize my sales outreach in a meaningful way & keep myself on track with cadences.
Nachteile:
There would be glitches semi-frequently. The platform would not work for a couple of hours, the "Import from Salesloft" feature wasn't working, the email signatures got messed up for multiple days at one point. I think they still have some technical things to work on but overall pretty good. Sometimes, I also think the system couldn't detect "opens," because someone would refer to reading an email that SL said they never opened.

Kommentare: As long as I do what I need to do, I have a "regimented" daily routine. I can do what I need to with little or no supervision. It can free up a manager's time because they can see an individual's production and meet with them for exactly what they need to instead of wasting time doing a lot of discovery and then getting to their message.
Vorteile:
There are a ton of features to use for prospect and customer management. You can customize cadences to work for you and with you. The Salesforce and Orum integrations work extremely well also. Because I have a business analyst, I have never had to reach out to support, but I recently discovered that they have SalesLoft University, so now I can learn how to do more on my own.
Nachteile:
I have used SalesLoft competitors in the past, with that in mind, I cannot really call out any quirks. If I was forced to give a Con, I would say there is a LOT that you can do with SalesLoft. It could prove difficult for someone if they do not have anyone to help guide them.

I use Salesloft for tracking calls and primarily emails as well as email tracking
Kommentare: Tracking and creating emails that are sent to prospects are the biggest values to my job. The new ability to tell if a prospect is looking at our site and what pages they are visiting is also useful. Salesloft does a good job of constantly adding new features like a linkedin extension at the bottom of the screen to verify prospects. The dashboard also helps tell which emails work and which don't and making changes to templated emails is very easy.
Vorteile:
The ability to quickly load a lead from salesforce or multiple leads is very easy. The email tracking is also very helpful when deciding when to reach out to prospects. Navigating through Salesloft for the most part is very easy. The notifications on whether an email has been received or not is great. I primarily use Salesloft for email cadences and email blasts. Both allow me to send templated emails to prospect at a much faster rate than gmail. The dashboard also gives you good feedback on which emails are being opened/responded to. Being able to create your own custom templates is very easy as well which allows you to change up your messaging whenever you'd like.
Nachteile:
Salesloft at times can make it difficult to log calls. Sometimes I'll prefer to just log calls in salesforce when Salesloft isn't recording my calls properly. The email tracking while useful will sometimes give you false alerts if the prospect is opening their email with outlook or if you open the email yourself which can lead to confusion. The tool also has issues with uploading leads from salesforce from time to time which can be frustrating.
One of the best Sales Engagement Platform
Kommentare: My overall experience with Salesloft has been great. At first, my network was bad and the call quality was not great, but the support team helped me and my team and now the calls and network are perfect and everything else is perfect. We have customized most of the automatic rules to meet our needs.
Vorteile:
What I love the most about Salesloft is that it makes our Sales activities smooth, easy to manage and track, and provides great automation rules and training for me and my team. We can record all calls, all meetings, and send emails from the same platform, making it easier for me as a Sales Development Rep to focus on revenue-generating activities and automate all the other admin processes.
Nachteile:
I think Salesloft can increase its integrations to include other systems that other companies are already using.
Great for emails but keep your phone!
Kommentare: Overall it's a great product for a streamlined outbound process for your sales team. Being able to create a set list of call and email steps and see metrics like the reply, open, and click rates is very valuable. If they would accept and fix the dialer issues the product would be one of the best sales tools out there.
Vorteile:
It's a great place to keep track of all prospects and have a quick access to the company's website and the prospect's LinkedIn and Twitter.
Nachteile:
The dialer/phone is the worst thing about the platform. I would say it works about 60% of the time and if you don't have a direct line there's no point in calling since you won't be able to go through the names directory or dial EXTs. Also, seems to be a consistent call quality issue and nothing is worse than getting a prospect on the phone and they can't hear you.
Great Tool for Sales Teams
Kommentare: It allowed our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline communication with prospects and customers. Ultimately, this meant better engagement with our customers and increased retention.
Vorteile:
We mainly used SalesLoft for a variety of email cadences, and it worked great. We were able to continue engaging prospects and also streamline follow up with customers. The autodial feature worked well, but we didn't use it much. I could see this working well for a high-volume inside sales team.
Nachteile:
The email tracking is a great idea, but we found the email opens/clicks to not always be 100% accurate. It was probably closer to 50/50 which created confusion with prospects and customers. I think this is a key feature that could be improved to add more value.
Best tool to automate your email campaigns

Its the best tool for sales team, the ease its provides with the automation and tracking of email is amazing. Also, I can use analytics to review my team's performance
Nachteile:
The tool is a littlie complicated for the new users/ one need to spend good time learning this and I feel the reason is User interface and user experience they provide
Great idea but the platform is built SUPER bad
Vorteile:
The tool undeniably boosts the productivity of a sales team. You're able to touch a much higher volume of prospects per day than without it
Nachteile:
the downside is the platform was architected and built by a 5 year old. Their APIs is bad so their email integration with Outlook is constantly spotty. The logic built into the Contact sorting function is very basic so its hard to sort through a high volume of contacts at once. Worst though is that their customer service always blames user error when IT departments have gotten involved and mapped the problems back to them.
Wanna have the most efficient sales job? Use saleloft

I love how you set up cadences to do a mass call and email list which makes it way easier than before I used Salesloft and had to log each call manually. Plus it allows me to do my job remotely which was a saving grace during covid.
Nachteile:
Sometimes when a person replies to an email to say theyre not interested, it doesn’t automatically remove them from the cadence.
It's an "Okay" software
Vorteile:
It's easy and it works, albeit doesn't have the greatest interface and some features are lacking.
Nachteile:
There is no way to pause a single cadence that is not performing well - you must delete it entirely or pause all cadences.
