At some point there were interruptions due to the network. Also sometimes cut the voice due to the connection.

Fast implementation, great support team

Kommentare: Painless, easy onboarding. Support is easy to get hold of and they even configured a few lines and integrations that weren't part of the normal set-up. The software works great - both inbound and outbound calls, but the thing that really sets the company apart is the support. I've thrown some next level problems at them, expecting them to say "sorry, but no" - I always get "sure, no problem". Well done.

Vorteile:

It's so simple to set up. From purchasing the number, through to setting up complex redirects, configuring end user devices and support is outstanding.

Nachteile:

Not much, maybe they could have a few more integrations, but maybe I should also ask them if they could make them!

A variety of features

Kommentare: It's not perfect but good enough to handle our daily operation.

Vorteile:

I don't know how hard to customize features but the management has been working on update/customize features over the course and I think JustCall has provided suitable features that our organization needs. I think the integration with our existing program has been smooth, too. We use Hubspot and Google.

Nachteile:

Personally, I found the call back feature is really annoying. Even if a client receive assistance from us, because of the call-back, we keep getting calls which increase the overall volume we have to deal with.

A Versatile Service

Kommentare: JustCall's wide range of functionality has been invaluable to our team's productivity, and the flexibility they provide for modifying existing features and building new ones has been impressive. The interface could use an update.

Vorteile:

JustCall has a wide range of functionality. Their name is a misnomer because they do so much more than "just call". The features we use the most are calling, call transferring, texting, and texting campaigns. JustCall integrates so nicely with Hubspot, which is a literal lifesaver for our team. You can also create saved text templates so you don't have to type out the same message if you're sending it multiple times a day. JustCall's support team is relatively responsive (chatbot on site) and can usually accommodate special requests for new features or modifications of current ones. This has been really nice for our team.

Nachteile:

JustCall's support team is based in India, and the language barrier can occasionally become an issue. Sometimes calls drop, the interface isn't super appealing, and the Chrome extension that allows you to easily text or call often has issues. Using the same account with more than one user is difficult at times, as notifications will only go to one user, and the notifications don't always update automatically so you have to refresh manually a lot.

Convenience and Ease-of-Use

Kommentare: It's so much better than the previous competitor product that I used in my past 2 roles. JustCall is better in user interface, ease of use, and accessibility.

Very convenient, easy to use, and has applications for mobile and desktop as well as web

Nachteile:

The dialer keeps refreshing once in a while. While at work, it's a bit annoying

Efficient and Reliable Communication Solution for Our Academy

Vorteile:

JustCall has significantly improved our communication processes. The SMS and mass texting features are particularly beneficial, allowing us to efficiently reach out to parents and students with important updates. The platform's user-friendly interface and excellent customer support are also standout features.

Nachteile:

There is little to dislike about JustCall. However, it would be great to see more advanced message personalization features in future updates.

Vorteile:

I like justcall because anyone on our team can login to the browser and see which team member is on the line and see who they are on the line with. We also utilize the fax feature which is convenient to have all on one login. We also use the texting feature a lot with our clients which makes it easier to communicate with certain clients and it is through the business number and anyone on our team can reply/ see the messages which is helpful. It also records the calls that way you or a coworker can go back and listen to conversation. It also links to HubSpot and tracks any communications which we also utilize and is convenient to have all communications in one spot. There are a few things I have asked on customer support normally answers fast if you have any issues and follow up always. We use this app Everday as our main source of communication besides emails. We also are able to schedule the lines to be ring only during our office hours which is also very convenient.

Nachteile:

A few downsides to just call I think we have is not being able to transfer a call directly to a voicemail. This would be a nice feature for when someone is on the line already or just can't take the call at that moment instead of it ringing to their line. Another thing I think with the faxes is that it doesn't send you a confirmation of the fax once sent.

Kommentare: It is a good telephony solution, it comes with integration to different CRMs, making it easier to record information and maintain control over the number of contacts. You have the ability to listen to your calls and view data such as the number of calls per day

Vorteile:

Whenever I need assistance with an error or bug within the platform, they try to resolve it in the best way possible. It is easy to use, practical, and very intuitive I have used their AI integration a few times since it is part of a more expensive plan, but it offers several advantages and conveniences for call summaries and note-taking, as well as various interesting data points.

Nachteile:

The support team is from another country, and it is only possible to communicate with them in English. Despite this, communication is often complicated because none of them are native English speakers, so I sometimes feel that they don't understand what I mean or that they respond with things unrelated to my request

Kommentare: I worked as the front desk receptionist for an oncologist. I spent a lot of time scheduling and rescheduling our patients, which was crucial for treatment appointments and tests. The appointment management aspect of the program was highly successful!

Vorteile:

Simple setup and an easy-to-use UI are two things that users like about JustCall. It's a pretty basic program.

Nachteile:

Occasionally dropped calls or poor quality. It's not frequent, but sometimes happens

Vorteile:

The team immediately noticed the high call quality, we didn't have any more dropped calls or weird connections with people, which is a big win when dealing with possible clients.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it freezes or asks me to stop calling so fast in a row, let it breathe. I think that could be fixed.

Wonderful VOIP calling solution to pair with Pipedrive

Kommentare: Works amazing for the most part. Very little issues and super glad we found them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Vorteile:

Tracking all of the phone calls made, received, text messages per client deal etc. Just all around makes it super easy to see the progression of dialog with a client and also listen back to past phone calls if needed. Also creates deals for new leads who call in so we are off to the races and the reduction in manual data entry.

Nachteile:

The only real issue we have had is on the integration with Pipedrive and JustCall through Zapier for automated texting clients. Just cannot get the issue figured out why it will send the same text over and over while the deal is sitting idle in the texting pipeline stage. Should only go out once, if we ever get that fixed and I can move to automated texts this will be the perfect software solution for us.

Best Customer Service Out There

Kommentare: Good but not great on product. Great every time on customer service.

Vorteile:

Software is fairly easy to use, but I went with these guys for customer service. Period. They respond so quickly, no matter how small the problem. I love that and need that with my team.

Nachteile:

The interface is a little clunky (like the IVR), and we have had some glitches here and there. It would also be very nice for administrators to be able to edit their user's settings.

Vorteile:

Love the ability to do conference calls and call recordings. Really useful for training and monitoring.

Nachteile:

Mobile notification could be improved. Sometimes phone notifications are delayed. I get notified on my phone for SMS messages that may have already been dealt with on the PC app.

Kommentare: Working with the folks at JustCall has been really positive. Their customer care team are extremely responsive and you don't find yourself hanging around on chats - they get back to you really quickly. I also like how positive the experience has been working their product team. We had a integration we wanted to another sales tool we were using and their team went out of their way to see if there was a work around and built out a solution over the weekend.

Vorteile:

JustCall is easy to make calls with. You have the choice of the dialler on your browser, app or via a desk phone. It also works out from a number what the dialling code should be which when you have alot of calls to make is great for speed and ease of use. The voicemail drop is a nice feature - not the most intuitive feature to use and took a bit of reading to get set up but works nicely.

Nachteile:

Some of the layouts and functionality feel a bit clunky and hard to read. There have been some improvements recently but feels a bit old fashioned. I really struggle getting the data I need from the analytics page it would be better to have a stronger managed package to CRMS to be able to read that data straight in those systems

Kommentare: Pretty okay, for the price if you really are looking for SMS I think it would make sense just don't expect an A+ product

We mostly got JustCall for the SMS features which worked as intended. The Hubspot integration into the workflows was great.

Nachteile:

Call quality, calls occasionally would drop and it wasn't the easiest to setup. A lot of complaints from reps on ease of use.

Powerful and Flexible

A high level of customization for team organization and call routing. Many add-on features constantly enhance the experience. Support staff that are responsive and reliable.

Nachteile:

Some of the add-on feature pricing was unexpected at times. There are also features that I would only want to apply to parts of my team, but I often did not have the ability to apply them to a given group.

Great alternative to landline and other VOIP services

Kommentare: It was a simple change from my business landline phone to JustCall. They helped get the number ported and everything went well. They keep making great updates to the software and it is easy to setup and use.

Vorteile:

It is a feature-rich calling and texting platform with lots of bells and whistles. Integrates with our CRM software seamlessly.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything as of yet. It has met my expectations and then some.

JustCall helps scale your business

Kommentare: IT's decent, we can stand the hiccups for the advantages the overall system brings. JustCall Customer Service and support is exceptional. Live chat, follow ups and sometimes even phone call to discuss in detail has been a factor for us to remain with JC. Other companies didn't provide live support across 3 continents and JC assist us 24/7.

Vorteile:

JustCall allowed us to grow into other countries while maintaining a centralised control of the numbers, billing, recordings, training while syncing all our contacts from our CRM across 3 countries into our call centers for our customer success team. If we didn't have this tool, it would be a massive headache to have local numbers, coordinate people with onboarding/offboarding who join or left the company, etc.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the quality of the calls drops and there's a lag. 2 out of 10 calls we have an issue with.

Not the Service You are Looking for

Vorteile:

Was excited to do a free trial and integrate with Pipedrive. They have a integration built in the marketplace of pipedrive and felt like it was going to be a great solution for our communication needs

Nachteile:

Support is terrible. Once you sign up for say a free trial, You have to verify email.....ok, Then you get 3 questions to answer via email. Answered those. Then the account needs to be reviewed by them before you can access. I am actually still waiting. Asked questions on the web chat.....no response. Sent Emails to the support email listed several times.....no response. So an absolute waste of my time. We are not talking hours, we are talking days. So with that said, I am still on a trial I cannot access. Also you cannot use Gmail or icloud email addresses when signing up. Absolutely absurd

JustCall Review

Kommentare: In my position, I am using JustCall to broadcast texts, send out individual text and answer/make phone calls. I would like for there to be more compatibility with other software so I am not needing to make CSV files every time I schedule a bulk text out. Overall, JustCall really helps connect with our customers.

Vorteile:

I like how many things you can do on justcall. The range of options is great within one software platform.

Nachteile:

It is SO glitchy. I have issues with incoming/outgoing calls all the time. I use the app on my phone and also on the computer, but either way customers tell me I sound spotty on the phone (noise goes in and out) when I am connected to wifi. I have to disconnect from my wifi and use my data in order for the calls to sound clear (no matter what wifi I am connected to). If you have more than one tab of JustCall open on your computer.... good luck to you.

My Honest Experience With JC

Vorteile:

I love the ease of use, customer support and also templates. The system is easy to onboard and easier to develop with.

Nachteile:

Subcategorizing of templates would be preferred. Rarely there are issues which prevent us from calling but usually corrected within 30 minutes.

Good call system

Kommentare: Mostly it's good, but the problem with dropped calls and reception is frustrating.

Vorteile:

I really like being able to just click a button and be able to call someone without dialing manually, but it's good that it has both options.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the software drops calls or has very bad reception.

Regarding call quality, as it is a function of numerous factors ranging from bandwidth availability, bandwidth consistency, microphone settings, local device environment & so on, it will be great if you can report some phone calls from the call logs section so that we can pull out the carrier level and device level insights and figure out the root cause. Usually high jitter, low mos and incorrect microphone settings are the 3 main reasons that are responsible for degrading call quality in any VoIP solution. Just two days back we started providing support for Opus codec which ensures better call quality even at lower speeds. I'm sure you will notice an improvement in your call quality going forward. Kommentare: I found communication with customer service challenging at times. Sometimes they'd make requested changes and not inform us when they went live. We'd find out something had changed through callers or staff commenting on it.

Vorteile:

- Integrates with our CRM software for admissions - Easy to use interface for both desktop and mobile

Nachteile:

- Has fewer features than other VoIP systems we've used before or have in place for other phone lines
