Vorteile:

I love how easy it was to integrate a team and communicate instantly The all-in-one concept is really helpful and time saving

Nachteile:

Some integrated functionality apps aren't easy to grasp or setup, some tutorials might be needed as an admin to fully understand the extent of what talkspirit can do

A very good productivity and collaborative tool

Kommentare: Gain on email volume, relevant notifications and involvment per activitie

Vorteile:

We use talkspirit for more than two years. This Saas tool is an email killer and a great way to organize the teams around projects, dédicated circles and topics.

Nachteile:

The software could have a partner network for vertical custom integrations

Excellent management assistant

Kommentare: The team works in different places and with different schedules.
Talkspirit enables everyone to remain informed in a social nice way of what is happening in all premises.
We also have invited guests to take part in project groups, it is very user friendly.

Vorteile:

Made our everyday life much easier : notices are read and implemented immediatly. No more delay or mis-information. Ease of use, everyone - external project guest or member, connects easily, wherever he is and whatever equipment he has at hand. interactive - team rooms, chats, project groups, it has a wide range of uses and responsive : everyone using it can comment instantly

Nachteile:

It still requires one to connect himself to the software - as all mail or other media. Although on the phone I receive notices when others publish (sometimes I'd like to not receive the notices ie during vacation - need to look into that).

Nachteile:

It would be fine to distinguish current affairs from daily LinkedIn posts posts or tweets (different colored backgrounds?)

Easy to use, great addition to our tools

I like Talk spirit beacause it i easy to use and similar to other sharing platforms like facebook and Likedin

Nachteile:

At this point there is no big issues or cons for the use of talk spirit, we would need a little more trainning to have this more integrated into or needs

Kommentare: We are using Talkspirit solution to offer our employees a collaborative and social experience within their work.

Vorteile:

- user friendly interface - document sharing within space - video and tchat integration - customer support is reactive and express with courtesy

Nachteile:

a few editing features are weirdly presented in the UI, so I had to learn how to use it. But it concerns only one or two features, nothing wrong about it.

Instant messaging - TalkSpirit, a very good application !

Vorteile:

A complete app, running perfectly, clearly more efficient than Slack!

Nachteile:

The design could be a bit more modern! It's still too much an old school design, looking for Skype for business.

Un produit opérationnel efficace

Kommentare: Talspirit est un formidable outil qui me permet de travailler en asynchrone avec les équipes, de capitaliser l'information, de limiter les échanges de mails tout en permettant une bonne tracabilité. Je peux créer des groupes et en limiter l'accès très simplement.Sa prise en main est simple et intuitive.J'ai une très bonne expérience de ce produit, que je recommande.

Vorteile:

J'utilise également d'autres solutions comme Slack. Talkspirit est nettement supérieur dans les fonctionnalités. La gestion des droits est très pertinente. C'est un outil central dans le travail que je fais avec les équipes, simple à mettre en œuvre et intuitif.De plus, l'équipe technique est très à l'écoute de ses clients.

Nachteile:

On veut toujours plus d'un produit déjà bien né. La dernière remarque que je leur ai remontée est de pouvoir choisir le son de notification, car je trouve celle de base un peu agressive à mon oreille.

Talkspirit, un logiciel qui a de l'esprit

Le tchat pour les conversations en multisite, le drive comme lieu de stockage de documents (supports de formation, guide de l'animateur, quiz de fin de formation.....), le fil d'actualités des différents sites de notre société, les notifications visibles rapidement

Nachteile:

La mise en visibilité des événements qui demande selon moi de l'amélioration

L'efficacité à la française !

Kommentare: Talkspirit est un véritable réseau social d'entreprise. A ce titre, il nous permet d'être plus efficaces et réactifs dans la gestion de nos projets.

Vorteile:

- Un logiciel 100% français. Les données sont hébergées en France. - La simplicité d'utilisation. L'interface est intuitive et permet une rapide prise en main. - Regroupe les fonctionnalités essentielles de collaboration et de suivi de projets tels que le calendrier partagé, la visioconférence intégrée, l'assignation et la gestion des tâches ainsi qu'une suite bureautique. - Permet une gestion simple et efficace des fichiers (drives).

Nachteile:

Le manque de personnalisation dans la gestion des notifications et des alertes. Cependant, les équipes sont à l'écoute, réactives et tiennent compte des remarques des utilisateurs.

Un excellent outil à tout point de vue.

Vorteile:

L'efficacité, la fiabilité, la valeur ajoutée.

Nachteile:

l'ergonomie des drives au démarrage est perfectible

Intuitive product that honors collaboration by facilitating information sharing.

Kommentare: A better collaboration, adapted tools for each shared element.

Vorteile:

The central timeline seems to me to be the most interesting tool of this product. It allows sharing various elements (files, links, events, questionnaires ..) and visible to all.

Nachteile:

Too many notifications for my taste, especially on mobile, but the latest updates have helped mitigate and better manage them.

Kommentare: very good internal communication & friendly relationship with colleagues even from other offices in other towns.

Vorteile:

chat & posts the functionality we use the most in our company possibility to add pictures & links in the posts

Nachteile:

new features are often useless, and may slow down the software For the way we use this software, that's all

Communicating, sharing documents and having an overal overview has never been easier before!

Kommentare: This software replaces the old-fashioned way of communicating with all of the people both internally and externally. Thanks to talkspirit, there is no more need to use dropbox, sending emails, sharing files etc etc.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and the amount of features including the numerous integration possibilities with other tools are extraordinary!

Nachteile:

Perhaps one tiny thing I could mention is the possibility to delete a chat bar on the right side.

Simplified Collaboration

Vorteile:

We use talkSpirit to replace an intranet realized with google site. It is easy to use, it has made it possible to make actions more interactive, also our communication as well as feedbacks on the projects and obviously the daily life of our company.

Nachteile:

No possibility of tagging the people in the photos (as on facebook) We must add the persons in a comment

Vorteile:

talkspirit team is really connected with the needs of customer. They are really proactive and interested on improving the product

Nachteile:

It's sometimes hard to find information in specific subject in a newfeed

Use to communicate and socialize

Vorteile:

The discussions, the event planning, I receive communication and it gets filtered as long as I am subscribed to the correct groups.

Nachteile:

The color codes could be improved, also it is not so easy to write long article and make reference to some.
