Vorteile:

Designing the conjoint analysis is very easy and intuitive and while doing that conjointly provides estimates of important statistics such as sample size needed to help along. The customer service helped me out when I had specific questions about the underlying statistics

Nachteile:

I would love more control over the statistical methods used and further insights into the fractional factorial designs generated and the related d-efficiency scores. Currently the software produces high quality designs but does not tell us why we should trust this design.

Insaenely good featureset available for free!

Kommentare: Solves my endless survey tool search for free. Stellar customer service and super usable software.

Vorteile:

One of the the best survey tools out there, better than a number of paid services, available for absolutely free. Paid tools are very powerful (as I have tried them using the trial), and work/look superb. Also sensational customer service, have been helped on numerous occasions and at short notice with emergencies.

Nachteile:

Some of the skip logic is not as powerful as I'd like, and the survey also cannot evenly distribute across randomised blocks (not ideal for RCTs/ A/B testing) but still manageable.

User friendly and ease of use

Vorteile:

The software is very user friendly and easy to use. It also has simplistic rules which are easy to implement

Nachteile:

The most difficult thing is to get to know about the capabilities of the software and access to relevant case studies

The name says it all....

Vorteile:

Although there are many things Conjointly can do, the only reason we got it was to run a Conjoint analysis. We integrated it to our current survey platform, and it made doing a conjoint a breeze. It was very easy to set up and use. The one or two questions that I did have were quickly answered by the support team. I also loved that you can set up multiple language projects.

Nachteile:

If I really must find one CON of Conjointly, it probably would have to be platforms design.

Great solution

Kommentare: Overall, we've had an extremely positive experience with Conjoint.ly and consistently use them when we run conjoint studies.

Vorteile:

Conjoint.ly is an extremely easy to use solution to run quick & cost-effective conjoint studies. They have fantastic customer service -- always open to feedback and willing to help with any questions or concerns.

Nachteile:

There are somewhat limited formatting options available, and it would be great to have more opportunities to adjust the look/layout.

Web based system. User interface. Easy access from various device and platform. Good webpage design. Tutorials.

Nachteile:

Need more sample cases in tutorials. Example cases in the areas of sport, psychology, etc., would be helpful. Too many steps before getting to the right help category. Sometimes slow loading from overseas outside of U.S.A.

Discrete Choice Experiment for a research study

Nachteile:

- I think the format of the online survey could be better improved by allowing the user to add personal touches to the structure and appearance of the conjoint question.

Really useful software

Vorteile:

The customer support and the report of results and the possibility to contol the results is great. Moreover to change the languages is easy.

Nachteile:

Eveything is Ok. Maybe I do not like that sometime appear low quality of results and excluded which i think is mistake as I was present when the participants were filling the survey.

Creation of survey, levels, features is easy. Support is fast and helpful. Randomization is possible.

Nachteile:

Absence of other features and only CBC support makes it less useful for me. Please add hierarchal Bayes, and other types of conjoint and also exact tools for creating this easily for somebody who's not very familiar with research design

Vorteile:

Easy to use, Practical, Suitable with people from different backgrounds. The analysis made from website is very nice and easy to understand. The staff replies so fast that you could continue your work soon.

Nachteile:

If I have to do my own analysis, I have to convert the data into proper table manually. It would be very convenient if you focus only relative importance of each attribute. I try to do my own logit regression and I have to turn the collected data in to mine.

Intuitive design options, great and fast support through chat, immediate analysis tools display most important values

Nachteile:

Statistical test values should be included (standard errors; 95% confidence intervals of relative values; p-value; t-value; chi-square test; McFaden's pseudo R-squared; BIC; AIC; ...) to demonstrate validity of data

Easy to use for a small marketing project.

Vorteile:

Automatic PowerPoints were very conveinient . Also, the reports generated were very helpful in the analysis

Nachteile:

Web interphase was a little off to me. I also did not like how the excel files were arranged when I opened it

Quick to set up, yet rigorous analytic results

Kommentare: Quick and easy insight into what my consumers find important when selecting a product.

Vorteile:

The amount of time to setup the survey was minimal. I didn't have to spend much time crating the levels, which was nice.

Nachteile:

I did not like how I was not prompted to check out advanced features before starting the survey. Would have liked to know about them and not have to remake my survey.

We found it easy to get results

Vorteile:

Ease of use with the reporting. We were able to get actionable results quickly! They also translated well to managers! We loved that.

Nachteile:

Don't get full results with free software. Some of the results were harder to get to or parse than others. Wishes for more technical breakdown of some of the results. We used this academically so it really is needed!

I found that Conjoint.ly was easy to use when building my analysis as well as reviewing the results.

Kommentare: I was able to find out what consumers value in purchasing a laptop.

Vorteile:

It was easy to use, provided an easy analysis method and had great customer support for questions.

Nachteile:

I did not like that it was a little difficult to find non-attribute options. Once I found them it was easy enough though. Overall, a pretty user-friendly experience.

Used for marketing class

Vorteile:

Sets up a very useful conjoint analysis. Worked very well for the intended uses of the class. Easy to send respondents the link.

Nachteile:

Often a bit complicated to use, I'd say a medium to high learning curve. Also incredibly expensive without the free codes.
