Eleo is really easy to use and the customer service is amazing! And you just can't beat the price!

Nachteile:

The look is a little dated and some of the categorizing of things is not entirely intuitive.

Eleo is excellent

Kommentare: Use it for managing 600 memberships....Never a problem....best part is when you make a mistake it lets you know before you can proceed

EZ to use...EZ to update...has very cool self correcting feature that prevents me from making errors

Have not had any problems so far...sometimes there is a very short delay in processing info...but that is a rare occurrence

New to ELEO

Vorteile:

Eleo customer service is top notch. Reliable, available and easy to connect with - it is a huge help to know that my questions will always be answered with speed and confidence.

Nachteile:

As a newer user I do find that you can accomplish your goals in more than one way. This can be a bit confusing at first but with customer support it is also easily navigated.

I love Eleo Donor Management Platform

Kommentare: Any issues (and they have been related to getting used to the software mechanics) have been resolved with the patient assistance of the Eleo customer service staff. They are top notch.

Vorteile:

I work for a very small not-for-profit. I was initially attracted to the monthly cost, which fit my budget. But when I saw the demo, and started asking questions of the staff I realized, the Eleo platform was very good. It had all the right features, it was customizable, and the staff was very helpful, patient, and courteous. Then when I provided my data for them to import...OH MY GOODNESS! Everything was flawless. Its a match made in heaven!

Nachteile:

The platform I used previously for my donor portal sent me an email every time a donor made a donation. Eleo's system does not do that. I have to open Eleo to see if I have any donations. This is not a major problem. I have had to change habits. But I did like the automatic email notifications used to receive.

Best, easiest to use and least expensive of any donation tracking software I've tried

Kommentare: Eleo makes it easy to get support--both initially and long term. They work with you extensively at the beginning to help get you started, then they are there on the phone for quick questions in the future.

Vorteile:

It's very easy to use for all the basic features. As I got more familiar with it, I started using the advanced features such as adding a custom data entry field, and uploading my new donations vs manual data entry. It also integrates with Quickbooks Online if you prefer. The way I do our books made this feature not quite right for me, but I can see it being a great feature for others.

Nachteile:

When manually entering new donations, it's a little cumbersome to have to search for the donor, open the donor record, then click on gifts, then add a gift. When I have a lot to enter, it's irritating. But I decided to just upload the new deposits. All you have to do is have a routine Excel spreadsheet and enter your donations quickly there. I routinely have a current downloaded list from Eleo with all the donors account numbers. I add the account number to the donation uploads, then upload the file. So quick and easy.

Does exactly what it says and exactly what we need

Kommentare: Eleo is not only a great piece of software and capabilities but every time I call I get to talk to a live person that listens and addresses my needs. Even the ones I should have addressed myself with their awesome online help section.

Vorteile:

Everything was very simple and easy to get started including the option for historical data to be loaded in. Eleo has so much more to offer as we grow and expand the mission and we have only scratched the surface with over 10k donors in our system.

Nachteile:

Nothing truly makes me think about not liking anything in Eleo. It is an awesome product.

Eleo is a great fit for this organization. It is a simple user-friendly platform that easily captures information and provides detailed reporting, allowing us to make informed decisions.

My concerns are being addressed in the 2024 Eleo updates.

The software feels a little clunky sometimes, my main questions are always about how to download specific lists of information, but with the excellent customer service, the confusion is always solved quickly.

Changed the way we work!

Kommentare: We had been using a fundraising database management system that was tied to a computer, not easy to use or customize and cost alot more than eleo. Once we switched to Eleo, we saw an immediate benefit to our fundraising efforts. Now that multiple staff members could access and input information from any location, it increased our ability to connect with and retain donors. With the increased use of remote work, it has increased our productivity and ability to continue to work as a team. We love the easy to use reports and the different ways to access help (videos, guides and resources - there is even a glossary!) I wish we would have switched long ago!

Vorteile:

Ease of use, ability to access from any computer or phone, cost savings, ability to customize, informative dashboard, built in reports

Nachteile:

Had to call customer service to understand how to create labels for the annual appeal mailing. But they were able to answer my questions quickly and labels printed great!

Eleo Donor Software for clients new to donor management

Kommentare: The overall experience thus far has been exceptional.

Vorteile:

As someone who is new to donor management software, I have relied heavily on Eleo's internal support team (and the multitude of learning tools they provide) to guide me through the complexities of donor and fundraising management. From a pure customer service standpoint, they sit atop my list of vendors over a career that spans thirty years.

Nachteile:

I have yet to encounter an issue I would label as a "con."

Eleo is the perfect for Our Nonprofit Organization

Kommentare: We cannot say enough positive things about the product and the customer service.

Vorteile:

It was so easy implement Eleo and learning how to use it was a breeze. Between the excellent customer service and wonderful training materials, we were up and running immediately. The program is very user-friendly and intuitive and the features cover just about any situation we’ve encountered. The reporting features have helped us to improve our fundraising.

Nachteile:

There are no cons! We are very happy with all aspects of Eleo

Amazing Customer Service

Every time I call Eleo, I was get a person to speak with rather than an automated machine.

Nachteile:

Some of the features are a manual such as not being able to upload bounced email. It would be great to be able to also upload from stripe, rather than just a download or processing.

Eleo is a great resource for smaller and newer non-profits

Kommentare: Once we had our data loaded from our previous software group, it was straightforward to go in and customize reports and data. The customer service we have had to utilize has been beneficial in presenting options and solutions. As we are growing our operations, we find that we are also starting to use other functions within the program to assist us with efficiency.

Vorteile:

The transition from our previous software was quick and easy. First, I did not worry about losing information with Eleo. Second, there are not many features provided that we would never use.

Nachteile:

I have not found any part of the system that I do not think works well.

Great Quality at Reasonable Price

Kommentare: I have been extremely pleased with Eleo's functionality and the level of customer service that the company provides. Their representatives are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

Vorteile:

Eleo is easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to integrate with your communications and finance functions. It is always hard to train staff to use new software and to use it effectively, but Eleo's ease of use makes navigating through the program a piece of cake.

Nachteile:

It would be great if Eleo could integrate with additional merchant services. I'd also like to see more defined user roles- ie- for those organizations who use Eleo for grant tracking it would be great to be able to limit users to viewing only the grants they track.

Great Value Great Product

Kommentare: Nothing but positive, easy to use and support is easy and friendly.

Vorteile:

Eleo was easy to implement and use daily. Your daily tasks such as gift entry, thank you letters, reports, and list creation is complete with a few clicks.

Nachteile:

A have nothing negative to say. It works well for us!

Great affordable database for Non-Profits!

Kommentare: We are thankful to have Eleo as the price and database capabilities fit our budget for a small non-profit like us. The support team has been very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to work with us and train us at any given time. We have been able to keep better records of our donors and pull reports based on their support. This capabilities has helped the organization excel and grow!

Vorteile:

Eleo has helped the organization become more efficient. Each program campus is able to keep up-to-date records of their volunteers, participants and donors. It has also been a great tool for keeping track of the Fundraising Events (guests count, expenses and much more). Eleo's monthly price was unbeatable compared to others!

Nachteile:

Capability of customizing some of the reports. Need to create more filtering options. Several times I had to reach out to the Eleo team for assistance as the reports had to be done in their back end.

A great solution at a low cost

Kommentare: Overall, I think this is a great solution for the price. There are a great deal of user-friendly features to this platform, and they are willing to consider customer feedback for continued growth.

Vorteile:

I come from a Raiser's Edge background and that was definitely not affordable for the company I am with now. This software is easy to use, and has *most* of the features I need. The integration with online giving and event registration pages is good, though a bit awkward to process. Many of the features are great, including the functionality of sending acknowledgements, receipts, tracking donor information, and allowing for customization of campaigns. Integration of online giving with Braintree has been complicated and credit card scammers have been able to make successful transactions. Eleo is looking at building in a reCaptcha. Customer support has been fantastic, and they are very willing to hear ideas for improvement.

Nachteile:

I miss the query and reporting of Raiser's Edge. There is the ability to build customized reports, but they do not format in the nice, presentable formats of their regular reports. Mailing list-building is awkward.

More Features than Most Small to Midsize Nonprofits will Use - Great Value

Kommentare: I have been recommending ELEO to my small to midsize clients for over five years. Those who chose to sign up with ELEO are still customers. They have been happy with the features provided and the cost.

Vorteile:

Eleo's team makes the onboarding process very easy. If you take the time to clean up your data and put good information into ELEO you will be able to manage and use the information to grow your nonprofit. ELEO has modules included for free.

Nachteile:

The dashboard is not as slick looking as other software - but it does not effect the performance.

Eleo has completely changed the way we manage our donations!

Kommentare: Ease and accuracy of data collection, ease of pulling data reports, time saving!

Vorteile:

The software is intuitive and fairly easy to learn how to use. Eleo employees are incredibly helpful at training on the use of the software, responding to questions and troubleshooting issues - all in a timely manner. We were previously using an Excel spreadsheet - which was cumbersome and prone to errors. This software has improved the accuracy of our data entry and ease of pulling data reports.

Nachteile:

The main drawback is that we didn't discover the software sooner! :) We use this software for pulling weekly deposit entries, as well pulling short and long term donation reports for use internally and for our direct mail campaign, and have been extremely satisfied with the amount of time it saves us and its ease of use!

Easy and intuitive!

Kommentare: Eleo is an easy to use system that allows me to track and monitor my donors. When I have needed help, the support I have gotten through email and phone has been quick and effective. I highly recommend eleo!

Vorteile:

Eleo makes sense. I run a small non-profit, with no special fundraising staff, and the Eleo software ease-of-use makes it extremely valuable to me. I don't have the time needed to become an expert on the huge platforms, and eleo can do just about everything that I need.

Nachteile:

The only issue I have had is with combining multiple gifts from a single donor for a letter. I need to have the gifts listed separately, but I don't think eleo does that.

Quality, Affordable, and easy to use

Kommentare: Eleo is used as our donor database. Since we are a small non-profit organization the extra gimmicks and tools are not needed. Eleo has even more options than our company utilizes. The price is fair and the functionality works since we have a full-time employee who is dedicated to updating the records. Eleo has to be used by an active employee. It is not meant to be run by a passive approach. My experience with customer service has been the most beneficial part of Eleo. Since, it is a smaller company I have never had to wait for a representative to answer the phone. The representatives are stationed in the United States and are easily understandable and they're almost always available. They also offer the ability to sign up for an appointment the following day.

Vorteile:

The software is extremely user friendly. There is a navigation bar at the top of the site and there are many customizable options within each page. Furthermore, the settings allows you to control much of the database. They have integration with mail chimp and PayPal, but I have yet to explore that region.

Nachteile:

The software does have numerous customizable options, but there are limitations. The software is basic in its function and for large companies or non-profits it is too manually concentrated.
