Excellent Software for the Vehicle Rentals

Kommentare: With the business problems we had, we were looking for a solution that would allow us to manage internal and external fleet use. The Support team at HQ is outstanding and they really are "solution Mode" Folks.

Vorteile:

- Ease of rate setup - Ease to embed on website template - good pricing structure -flexible workflow

Nachteile:

- poor on Parking fines management. - Poor on Checkout and Checking procedures.

Hq support via rep

Kommentare: I like the system very much. I have had great support from Marco as he has helped me navigate through many issues we were having and took his time and had patience explaining all to me, even if it was repeating himself again to me so I understood.

Vorteile:

I like the way it tracks everything for your company. You out have to make sure all information is entered properly an hq will do the rest.

Nachteile:

I haven't worked with it long enough to find any real bad cons about it yet.

Decent Software: Reactive Instead of Proactive Setup/Support

Kommentare: So-so experience. Not excellent, but not terrible.

Vorteile:

Overall, I'm happy with the software itself, but the support has been really reactive instead of proactive. They ask me for things they already have or could figure out themselves; if more proactive, it would speed things up and save me time.

Nachteile:

It will take much more of your time than you realize as you sort through all the things you find out later that HQ could've advised you of ahead of time. Either poor training or lack of care from the support team.

Professional, smart software and integrations

Kommentare: Excellent system and support team with many options for integrations.

Vorteile:

Initially unsure about using the software as I had local options however am now confident I made the right choice. I still have a few minor items to work through but am becoming more confident with the system. The support system is great. We started renting straight away with a professional integration and system with our website. I was given a mentor for setting up - [sensitive content hidden] - who has answered many questions and provided detailed training. He is very knowledgeable and will go our of his way to assist. I needed assistance on many items initially which wasn't an issue for the team. I was given multiple options to assist me learn the system including zoom meetings, step by step videos and handbook. They consistently follow up and check in which was helpful.

Nachteile:

- GST options for Au - but team have worked around as far as possible - Would like to integrate with Verizon -24/7 support via phone would make it 10/10 but have been able to work around most times - would be happy to pay for this option - Still integrating some payments but this is being updated

Beyond satisfied!!!

Kommentare: Beyond satisfied!! The software what does exactly what they say it will, but more importantly the support team is there after the onboarding process and that is priceless!

Vorteile:

The support both during and after the onboarding process. You have support 24/7 and your questions get answered…every time!! That’s a rarity in todays business world.

Nachteile:

I don’t really have a con to list. If anything, the only thing that was a bother was Square wasn’t an integrated payment option but this was also overcome very easily.

Wheels 4A While Rental Cars

Kommentare: My overall experience with HQ Rental Software is has been great. [sensitive content hidden] is my onbroad representative and he has been exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the system inside and out. I have not had an issue or concern that he didn't have a solution for. I apprecite his support.
I would be remissed if I didn't mention how thankful and appreciative of others like [sensitive content hidden] and the software intregration team. They are a very special group of people. My hat is off to them as well.

Vorteile:

I like most that software is very user friendly, the number of other critical components that can be intregrated into it but, what I "LIKE THE MOST" is its price.

Nachteile:

The softeware lack of functionality in regards to some sections of the rental agreement and portions of Quickbooks. HQ Rental Software is unable to mapp in customer's deposit.

Kommentare: The HQ Software is very easy to use and I love the way the software can be integrated with your website and I recommend anyone with a car rental business to use this software. The bookings are quick and easy offline and online. The instructors are really helpful and they walk you threw so that you understand how to use the software.

There’s nobody to call when you have a problem with the software because you can only email someone and have to wait for someone to reach out. Also I don’t like that the software doesn’t verify if someone who’s booking identity is real or fake.

Their solution is the most user-friendly I've seen in the industry, plus it's powerful enough for large deployments. Once the software is up and running they are available to help you in real time with questions, concerns, special requests and modifications, integrations, and overall anything you might need and they could help with.

Nachteile:

Creating a rental agreement can be challenging. Still, the HQ team will implement a rental agreement without extra cost so you don't have to deal with coding.

Kommentare: Overall experience is great. I believe the opportunity to have someone always willing to help and available to work with my and be able to answer any questions. I think is the best experience, I work with a lot of other companies and they do not have that excellent interaction with their partners. Once I buy the product they just tend to forget and move on. When you ask a question to other companies they look at you as I am a stranger. HQ Rental Software, and Benjamin Carril had made an outstanding experience for my company.

Vorteile:

First, it was the connection with the sales manager. Then, i received the training and still the attention to answer all my questions. [sensitive content hidden] stays on top of the training and he is very helpful, and always replies to my emails and also he is on top of our meetings to review any questions and to continue to help me to use all the tools that i have available so my business is success. The software is very friendly user. One of the things that my customer's like is the steps when booking their vehicle. From step 1 to Step 7 when picking up their vehicle. The email they receive once booked. Also, the different language available to provide better understanding when booking,.

Nachteile:

I think when integrating additional insurance and the rental charge. Two different transactions, and the confusion that creates when customer gets charged, and also the money not being sent to the correct account.

HQ is one of the most powerfull tools to succesfully run your business.

Once you adapt your self to the software you start to get the most of it. It becomes very helpful and let you add any time more options and integrations

Nachteile:

The merchant partnership is good. However in this business when you process security deposits you must be able to capture higher amounts than authorized because of damages, fines, penalties, etc. Stripe does not give you that option so it's kind of frustrating and you might have to go with another merchant brand.

Kommentare: We now have a seamless online booking platform. No more manually emailing quotes, and manually creating bookings! Customers can now book online, pay online, and upload their documents too.

Vorteile:

The migration team was excellent, made the move from previous software to HQ as easy as possible. Always responded in a timely manner. Software is easy to use and so customizable.

Nachteile:

Integrating our Payment Gateway was difficult and took weeks. We could have used more support, information, and assistance to get connected with the correct Payment Gateway. Authorize.net ended up being the one that worked in the USVI.

So far, so good

Vorteile:

We've only been on the system for a few weeks now, but the initial thoughts are great. The software is very powerful and has a lot of flexibility built in. We now have access to features that we never even knew existed. The support team also seems to be quick to respond and able to resolve issues in a timely manner. The onboarding process with [sensitive content hidden] went smoothly and we were able to tailor the system to our specific needs.

Nachteile:

So far the hardest part for us has just been getting accustomed to the new system and the work flow. The software is highly customizable so it allows us to make the transition as seamless as possible.

Learning curve!!! Well worth all the growing pains. I have used software where you were given a product and had to make it work. Meaning, complete overkill or not enough. With HQ you custom design it to your needs.

Reinventing AmeriDrive

Kommentare: We found HQ during a very difficult time for our company. Due to the COVID-19 effect, we had to reinvent ourselves, and thanks to HQ we were able to integrate new process as well to cut costs (beyond the software costs) by using their reporting and integration tools. Their software allowed us to optimize our resources and to identify problems faster than any other software that we ha used in the past. Without them, I am not sure that we could have gone through 2020, and all of it at a very reasonable price. I recommend everyone to try them, you will not regret it.

Vorteile:

Very strong back end that has helped us to get a much better grip/control/view and understanding of our fleet performance and effectiveness. Very easy to use and implement. Their team is always open to adapt to our needs and not the other way around. All of this at a very reasonable price. We feel lucky that we found them.

Nachteile:

Some it takes a little long to get an answer with problems, however, I see this as an easy fix.

Since our laws are very strict and require a lot of details, the invoice module is insufficient for us and we have to work a lot on it.

Kommentare: We started to operate with paper contracts and this was generating many errors in operations, and we had to have a separate fleet management on excell...
now With HQ rental all our business is becoming digital, all informations are integrated, informations more reliable and always available; our management is more consistent. Our team is proud to use more technology on the daily basis and accepted very well the change. We also count a lot on the system for our next step: on line sales and OTA integration.

Customizations possibilities are amazing, the databases are very well thought and constructed, showing a deep understanding of all the specificities of the the rental business. it's also really user friendly, intuitive, great to use, with good responsivity on all our devices. The support team is amazing, very professional, always available and acurate. Time response is very short and friendly!

Nachteile:

A lot of translation work to pass to portuguese, and so many possible settings that it get sometimes confusing ...but the support team is always available acurate and fast to answer and solve

The software helps me extend rentals without renters having to travel all the way to the branch, which was what they used to do. The manifest page helps me keep a pulse on which vehicles are due back, overdue or require maintenance.

Nachteile:

I've just started using the system, whenever I have an issue [sensitive content hidden] is always available to assist, I haven't come across an issue worth mentioning.
