Vorteile:

Ich finde das Sage 100 ein sehr gutes Programm für ERPs, und eine Benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche bietet.

Nachteile:

ich konnte keine Nachteile für meine Zwecke feststellen

Umfangreiche Lösung mit Schwächen in der Bedienung und im Einkauf

Kommentare: Komplexes System,von dem wir als kelinere Firma nur einen geringen Teil nutzen, dieser funktioniert aber einwandfrei. Leider ist die Eingabe von Daten und Text bze. die Benutzerführung dabei oft (zu) umständlich.

Vorteile:

Sehr umfangreicher Funktionsumfang, für uns als ERP-System völlig ausreichend, sehr variable und vielfältige Auskunftmöglichkeiten

Nachteile:

Bedienung/Eingabe von Daten ist oft (zu) umständlich, zu wenig Dokumentationsmöglichkeiten/keine Historie bei Einkaufsdaten

Gute Software zum guten Preis

Kommentare: Aufgrund der sehr unterschiedlichen Anforderungen unserer Kunden an die Angaben auf unseren Rechnungen ist Sage 100 hervorragend.

Vorteile:

Entscheidend für die Einführung der Vorgängerprodukte von Sage 100 und den Umstieg auf Sage 100 war die große Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten, Informationen auf den Rechnungen zu erfassen. Diese Gestaltungs-möglichkeiten waren, neben der Erfüllung der üblichen Voraussetzungen und einem angemessenen Preis, für meine Entscheidung grundlegend.

Nachteile:

Eigentlich gibt es keine Nachteile. Alles, was wir brauchen, ist bestens abgebildet.

Huge improvements over earlier Sage products

Kommentare: We've been able to greatly improve how our manufacturing processes across various locations are reflected in our budgets and accounting practices. It's saved us thousands of hours per year in terms of extracting the data, manipulating it, and putting it back into Sage for final reporting. You can now do that within Sage 100.

Vorteile:

Our organization moved from Sage 50 to Sage 100 and wow, what a difference! We thought Sage was the issue, but really the business had just outgrown the more base version of the software. Sage 100 can fully handle complex costing and processes present in a modern day manufacturing business. It can collect data at various nodes in the process and roll them up for budgeting and forecasting.

Nachteile:

We use a lot of agile software platforms on our sales and ecommerce side of the business, and Sage 100's API catalog doesn't really keep up with what's needed to move quickly in 2020.

A Must for Any Accounting Department!

Kommentare: I use Sage 100 on a daily basis. When I got this job, it was my first time working in this program and I was a little intimidated, but once I sat down and started navigating through the different modules, I could see that it was not going to be a problem to use at all!

Vorteile:

It's very simple and straight forward and easy to use. It's not convoluted with a bunch of unnecessary features. It also has a lot of useful resources and help guides right there if you need them.

Nachteile:

I'm not sure of the ease of integration with other products. I think it was attempted but not followed through on.

Software is bad, service partner is worse.

Kommentare: outdated technology, lack of transparency, psuedo subscription without meaningful updates. Poor quality of the service partner network leaves much to be desired.

Vorteile:

the name of the software. But don't be fooled by that.

Nachteile:

On paper it has all the functionalities. In reality none of them works properly. You endup with countless customizations from a Sage partner and become very dependent on their partner. They are neither good nor cheap.

Amazing ERP tool

Kommentare: It is a great ERP tool for small to medium sized organization who are looking more than just a cookie cutter system.

Vorteile:

Has more feature and functionalities than Quickbooks.

Nachteile:

The license fee is little bit on higher side as they charge for each user.

Excellent software for a small to midsize company

Kommentare: The integration to pVault, a paperless document management platform used to approve or reject A/P invoices, worked well but there would be errors for large batches. It was hard to determine where the problem lied and which platform to blame. Overall, a small sized construction or manufacturing company projecting growth to midsize in a few years.

Vorteile:

The simplicity of it. It has the capacity to do everything needed in accounting and easy to learn. Good for a small to midsize company.

Nachteile:

I wish the report parameters had more options to view data. I wish there was an option to increase the system font size.

good starting point

Kommentare: its easy enough to get through. a quick learn. it'll do the job day to day no problem.

Vorteile:

it is a very simple program to use. it really cant be dumbed downed enough. its a great starting point for a small business, as the company grows probably would want to upgrade

Nachteile:

certain options could just be better. Inventory look up, example looking up an item could be better, unless the description is spot on to find the part # the program wont broaden the search for you.

Payroll Administration/ Data Entry

Kommentare: Love to work with it, I spend the whole day inputting information.

Vorteile:

Very simple to use, from the first day I started working with it.

Nachteile:

The online help needs to be explaining a little better.

SAGE Software Review

Kommentare: It was ok, but not a fan of it for daily use.

Vorteile:

Not difficult to use, once you got used to it.

Nachteile:

The software would shut down for no reason.

Sage 100 Accounting Software is Easy to Manage!

Kommentare: I have been supporting Sage 100 for years and able to maintain and patch on our schedule to accommodate us better.

Vorteile:

I like the interface and setup of Sage 100. It makes it helpful to control the maintenance and patching of the servers locally.

Nachteile:

There are times when we would like to have more support for local resources and have not been able to find it.

There could be better ways to track changes.

straightforward program to use, and does not contain unnecessary features, and covers the basic functions

not easy to integrate with other products, prices only comparable for medium to large businesses

My experience with sage 100

Kommentare: Although i wasn't in the team when they chose Sage100, but my exprience with it was smooth and secure, never had a technical error with it

Vorteile:

The various buisness fuctions, the customization, the sacalability and the interface

Nachteile:

Mainly the cost, and somehow the limited cloud options

Great Accounting Software

Vorteile:

Accountability of employees to make correct invoices

Nachteile:

Previously we used Mas 90 and didnt have to wait 5 extra seconds for the functions

Sage review

Vorteile:

Get small businesses to achieve their goals.

Nachteile:

Poor image and aspects of the program compared with others.

Too expensive renewal

Vorteile:

as of now they still allow non cloud version.

Nachteile:

Each time to renewal a price hiking from at least 10%. We only use GL and it ways to expensive

10+ Years of Sage in a mid-size manufacturing / distro environment

Kommentare: Sage has worked well for us for almost 10 years however as the company grows we find that we are "outgrowing" Sage and it can't keep up with our workload.

Vorteile:

Sage is old and the core functionality is solid. It "just works" for most smaller companies

Nachteile:

Sage really isn't intended for large / complicated environments. Once you've gone above 50 simultaneous users and add third party integrations for taxing, credit cards, warehouse management, etc... you'll notice lag in the system regardless of the hardware resources assigned to it.

SAGE 100 is a Winner

Kommentare: Overall, Sage has helped with running our business and keeping everything straight - I would say my (our) experience with Sage has been a positive one.

Vorteile:

It is a very robust package of modules - each module is for a specific task - general ledger, AP, AR, Inventory, etc. Once you have your company setup you assign your staff to be responsible for one of the modules and they become the expert in the module. All modules are integrated with the other modules so there is no need to upload and run sync programs - it is all done for you.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the modules are not as intuitive as other modules - I can only guess different software designers designed different modules and therefore the nuances of writing logical code differ from individual to individual. This makes more a bit of discontinuity across the modules. Somethings a module will crash due to some parameter not having a specific number or letter in the database (don't even know how that would happen!) and you cannot diagnose it yourself - you have to call customer service. It will cost you money if you don't have a CS plan and chew up at least an hour of your time. However, in fairness it does not happen too often.

New Sage 100cloud software is great

Kommentare: I've been working with Sage 100cloud for the past 6 months. With my busy schedule and the number of clients I'm servicing, I don't have the time to keep track of all my business finances. Sage 100cloud is the perfect solution for me. I can track my cash in and out, see where I'm at with my payables and receivables and create reports for my accountant. I also use the supply chain module to track my suppliers and create an automated purchase order system. Sage 100cloud is a great solution for businesses that don't have time to keep up with their finances.

Vorteile:

I was looking for a new cloud-based solution to manage my accounting and finances because my old program was not able to handle my business' complicated processes, and I found Sage 100cloud. This solution helps simplify your finances by providing a single source of data for items like cash management, financial procedures and supply chain management. You can manage your entire business from anywhere on any device, so I can check my finances from my phone or tablet.

Nachteile:

I haven't really had any issues with this product so far.

Sage - Tacking your Companies costs

Kommentare: Sage is easy to install and can be used for all types of industries from small to medium sized. Easy to train and configure to your companies needs. Highly recommend this product

Vorteile:

Sage is easy to setup. The ability to customize your invoices to include Logos and what is required to be shown on your invoices is essential. The ability to setup your fonts and how you want reports to print and look makes it very personable.

Nachteile:

I would like the ability to copy a Journal entry to reuse as opposed to saving as a stored entry. Coping entries on the fly is much faster. When a credit appears you cannot back out of this (no choice to exit) can make a mess of your gl

Great Product and would suggest to anyone

portability is great with Sage. I can be on vacation in the south and still access my files if needed.

Nachteile:

there are no functions that I do not like

Sage 100 Cloud

Kommentare: Overall it's a solid product and works as it should. We are a small-medium business and came from MAS 90 to the Sage Cloud 100. Most users find it pretty easy to learn their day to day functions with very little training. Although its probably not the most popular ERP, but for most businesses you should see that it handles your accounting with ease

Vorteile:

The accounting functionality of the software is very user-friendly. The screens are modern and easy to read. We love the reporting side of the software as well. With employees working from home more now than ever before being on the cloud is huge.

Nachteile:

Wish it did more manufacturing types of transactions for work orders.

Good for small to medium business

Kommentare: It was a great overall experience and was simple enough for a smaller business to implement while still having the horsepower.

Vorteile:

Having worked with a few erps, this is one of the cleanest UIs and has been a great experience with getting data out of it. The datacubes on the backend have been really good as well. Order allocation is clean and simple and has warehousing plugins that work well too.

Nachteile:

I really wish that price breaks and price levels worked better. It was very difficult to get the accurate pricing inputted to the system.
