Kommentare: The support team is great. They are constantly working on new features and are very receptive to our comments. The product is very stable and has been relied on at 10+ restaurant locations daily

Vorteile:

Very simple platform that is easy to use. Our employees have no problem using the basic functionality of the product with very minimal training.

Nachteile:

Screen real estate can be a struggle but that's the tradeoff for using on smaller iPads. We have asked for a full screen view.

Happy with Wisely!

Kommentare: We have had a great experience overall at our restaurant. Sure, there have been kinks along the way, but the support team has been very helpful in getting issues resolved quickly. We are looking forward to POS integration that should be coming soon!

Vorteile:

Easy to use, has all the necessary functions, great customer service!

Nachteile:

We would love the ability to charge a deposit for reservations, that guests can get back only when they keep their reservation.

Essential Tools for Time Management with Wisely

Kommentare: Wisely is built by folks who understand the industry and the advantages a streamlined tool can impact not only sales but day to day management of the business.

Vorteile:

Running any small business is about effective and efficient time management. With Wisely we are able to integrate reservations into our forecasting for labor and capture emails for marketing that again drives future sales.

Nachteile:

The back end programming for reservation availability is not super intuitive but it is workable.

Kommentare: I am super happy with it- they’ve been great about answering super quick, and getting us set up and running!

Vorteile:

We really love how simple and easy it is- we got it connected to our point of sale and the data that it pulls into the software helps us track every table- it’s pretty awesome.

Nachteile:

As of now- you can’t change your store hours yourself, so for example we wanted to change NYE hours- luckily support and anyone you talk to who works for them- are super quick and helpful- and the issue was fixed in less than an hour. That’s really the only down fall- and that’s not even bad if you figure how quick they are with support!

Wisely Has Greatly Improved Our Business

Kommentare: For us, Wisely is not just a software, they are a partner. They genuinely care about our business and how they can improve their product to not just make us, as a client satisfied, but to ultimately make our guests happy. The thoughtful approach and personal attention is unlike anything I've seen in my career.

Vorteile:

As a restaurant marketer + operator, it is so important for us to have a pulse on our guests' experience – what did our guests love, where can we improve, how long was the wait, how friendly was our team. And what's even more important is to be able to capture all of that data in one place, and to be able to act on it. Guests are leaving reviews across several platforms – Yelp, Facebook, Google, via email – so to have the ability to streamline that data in one place across our entire organization, and then hold our teams accountable for recovering our guests – is truly invaluable.

Nachteile:

The few difficulties we encountered with the software were all resolved and handled with great care by the Support Team.

Wisely continues to evolve with the times

Kommentare: Wisely has always been able to listen and work in partnership to continue to evolve the product to meet the current demand. Our initial discussions didn't really make sense as they were known as a waitlist service and we were a Fast Casual restaurant, there seemed to be no overlap. We kept in contact as I knew the technology and team had something to offer, just needed to figure out how to make it work for us. We continue to see more and more features and updates that only make our lives easier to manage data and working toward personalization in regards to marketing to our guest. I knew they were the right partner to grow our business with as the product is future proof because their team knows as time change so does the technology and you have to evolve with it or get left behind on legacy systems.

Vorteile:

Wisely software had been something we had been looking for to consolidate multiple solutions. We saw the vision of the company and knew that Wisely was much more than software to help gather emails and assist with marketing automations. Obtaining our customer data from multiple channels was key to drive our business analytics and build a customer profile and understand their spending habits.

Nachteile:

Nothing to dislike from the software, it was simple and easy to use. We know enhancements are coming to the customer profile and we can get that from the data ourselves for the time being.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, texting is easy and a fast way to communicate with our guests, love the data that it gathers and the reporting. Customer service is timely and effective when needed.

Nachteile:

We would like to be able to change our hours of operation, but with that said when we have had to due to Covid support has been very timely.

Top Notch Customer Service

Kommentare: We have been able to follow up with customers and reach customers directly with our customized marketing automation strategy.

Vorteile:

I love using wisely and their email server, sendgrid. Their customer service is above and beyond most. They are so attentive and knowledgeable and makes themselves available when needed. Wisely has improved our marketing department and our ability to reach and retain customers.

Nachteile:

I really don’t have any cons at this point.

Great program to track purchases, flexible with editing rewards.

Vorteile:

It tracks all the details nicely. We like that we can change the different reward levels and what those are, and it gives users this info for us. The program is super easy to use as a guest. I like that I don't actually need to do anything, it picks up the wifi and through our credit card and the points work automatically on our account.

Nachteile:

I don't have anything negative to say. Everything has been a great experience! The customer service is on point.
