Most complete MMP solution in the app market

Kommentare: Appsflyer is one of the most complete MMP, with a wide range of features and sub-products that all mobile app need (or will need some time). With the conversion tracking capabilities comes a suite of reports and data ready to be analyzed to make decisions. On the fraud protection side, they have P360, with many scenarios for blocking and alerting.

Vorteile:

Besides all data analysis capabilities, the integration for partners is something crucial, since it permits us to receive online data from all our clients directly to our platform, where we make decisions, optimizations, and much more.

Nachteile:

Some kind of reports and data are not shared with partners (such as integrated adnetworks or agency), which causes the advertiser to share important data apart from the platform.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Appsflyer is fine I've used Appsflyer more then any tracking platform.

Vorteile:

I like it's realtime analytics reports with smoothest tracking system. Which allow us to track all users behaviour and further in-app events.

Nachteile:

Honestly, not much to say here but a bit time taking while integrating to new media source partners specially with that handshake update : ( But it is also + point as if the POV is advt. here.

We love the OneLinks that can bring customers directly to the correct store to download our apps, or bring them to a fallback link of our choosing. Very easy to set them up.

Nachteile:

Some of the reporting is difficult to process.

A must have platform for marketer who wants to track and optimize campaign on multiple marketing channels

Nachteile:

Some features need to be purchased separately as an add-on (e.g. Protect360) - which on many competitors are provided for free.

Appsflyer: the backbone of marketing strategies

Vorteile:

The User Interface is so easy to understand and very smooth, you can be logging in for the very first time to appsflyer but you'd still feel like you know most of the things about the portal, loved how easy to use it was!

Nachteile:

The marketing analytics sometimes take more than 24 hours to be reflected in the campaign level, that's the only slight weak point that one can consider!

Nachteile:

Difficult to fault it so far. It was a bit confusing at the start but our rep gave me a fantastic onboarding and there's tonnes of education and training on the Appsflyer site. I proactively asked for onboarding training but maybe add some more tips or links to docs during the onboarding process?

Kommentare: I've been working with Mobile Marketing for over two years and I use Appsflyer every day in my work. I understand the accelerated growth of companies becoming mobile first, and that mobile ads are gaining more space in the market as a legitimate medium, but we often need to prove that we won't channelize or steal attributions from other channels, and I know how important a platform like Appsflyer is during this process. The level of detail about traffic gives us the opportunity to make more strategic decisions, as well as the Protect 360 feature which is a great anti-fraud ally.

Vorteile:

There are many features for measuring results, but the one I think is the most brilliant is Protect 360.

Nachteile:

I think the price ends up being unaffordable for many companies.

Using Appsflyer for eCommerce Tracking

Vorteile:

- Very detailed tracking. Helps us to track the complete sales funnel and drop offs. - Helps us in understanding what campaigns work best as attribution is associated till the campaign level.

Nachteile:

- No combined dashboard: The division between Android and iOS tracking is persistent. You're only able to view either of the dashboards at a time. If you need combined reports, you need to create one. - Inconsistency in some reports when it comes to fields - you can only view certain metrics in certain reports.

Kommentare: So far Its good and I like it very much. Out of all MMPs, Appsflyer gives me more clarity and easier access to manage my campaigns.

Vorteile:

The Dashboard and data is handy and convenient to understand the important data and Its very good for optimization. I also like the fraud prevention tool and the way it describe the data. Reports are very detailed. User experience is very good.

Nachteile:

when Appsflyer does any update or changes its algo, Usually we do not know about this. so If Appsflyer will mention its reason also. It would be easier for us to take action accordingly.

Essential platform for mobile marketing attribution

Kommentare: In general terms, it is the most complete platform on the market. It offers all marketing solutions for mobile measurement of apps and games.

Nachteile:

SKAN metrics cannot be added to the custom dashboard. You cannot measure the performance of custom product pages in Apple Search Ads.

Low cost and great documentation

Kommentare: Generally positive - easy to use, easy to set up, and great value for money. I don't rely on it 100% for my analytics though

- great help docs and tutorials - anything you want to set up, you can find docs for - free plan is great to get started if you're a startup! very scalable pricing - basic marketing attribution and analytics are super simple

Nachteile:

- more advanced reporting functions are a bit challenging (e.g. cross-device tracking) - in-app event tracking is a bit cumbersome - reporting dashboards on lower tiers are not very customizable - still have some data gaps
