I love it because it saves a lot of time for me and my clients, I just have to be sure to check the appointments and that's it, we are very happy to have such an efficient software.
There is a very weak way of tracking hours that requires multiple clicks to find. The client interface is not very user friendly.

Easy to use and integrate, terrific customer support
Kommentare: We had a tremendous experience with Acuity - and our clients love it.
Vorteile:
We've used Acuity CRM now with 2 clients and have nothing to say but great things! The website integration was mainly straightforward but customer support was unparalleled. They bent over backwards to make integration work on a difficult project.
Nachteile:
They're still adding features but already have quite a few. Could use more integration as well but A+ solution.

Acuity is great for general scheduling, but cannot handle services with multiple services
Kommentare: AcuityCRM is great for scheduling, but beyond that it's not great for running a tutoring center.
Vorteile:
It's relatively easy to set-up and generally is okay to use. It sends reminders and allows clients to schedule/change appointments without the back and forth.
Nachteile:
It is not intuitive from the client side. The set-up is a huge barrier to use. As a result, my admin team has a lot of manual labor on our end. It's customizability is next to impossible. They don't do invoicing, and you cannot bulk edit appointments. Once you have clients booking multiple appointments, we have to manually go through and click on each meeting to apply the package. There is a very weak way of tracking hours that requires multiple clicks to find. The client interface is not very user friendly.
Basic but for a small business does the trick
Kommentare: Keeping track of basic sales data and some light project management.
Vorteile:
It's a great place to store a lot of data in one place, including inventory, customer data, etc.
Nachteile:
It's a little clunky for project management, and was a little difficult in tracking leads so that we could effectively generate new ones.

Good balance of price, features and simplicity
Kommentare: This was actually part of a attempt to create an online business that ultimately didn't take off. However, as we were developing what I and a partner (later) realized was a CRM system using patched-together back-end apps (e.g. spreadsheets, shared OneDrive folders, etc.), we got frustrated and started looking for professional solutions. Being a smaller opportunity, the price of AcuityCRM was particularly attractive.
Vorteile:
It really was easier to use than most other CRMs I've encountered (SalesForce being the most significant one)
Nachteile:
Integration with other solutions (e.g. Google apps) was difficult to handle, if at all possible

C'était compliqué pour un départ mais c'est super et j'aimerais bien que vous apportez quelques améliorations des outils
Great intelligent sales platform

AcuityCRM increases the efficiency of our sales team's effords with its cloud based solutions.
Nachteile:
AcuityCRM do not have desktop programs, it will be quite good if Windows and MAC programs are released.

Incredible work Acuity

It would be nice to have it as an app in the PlayStore or AppStore, so we can be better connected with our customers through a mobile device.
So far, a great CRM for my needs
Kommentare: It's helping be create a comprehensive list, which is great for future marketing!
Vorteile:
The software is very simple to use. I'm not well versed in CRMs but am setting up a database of past guests. It integrates with other software to do some marketing, which I'm in the middle of setting up. So far, so good!
Nachteile:
So far, it's been way to use and I haven't encountered any problems. It's been easy to navigate, though some of the data input can be a little cumbersome.
AcuityCRM is the best.
Kommentare: The customer service is excellent. The system itself is easy to use which saves us time and money. The sales executives absolutely love it.
