Ease my monthly headache, thank you PayrollPanda !

Vorteile:

Although there's some hiccup on the first time, the online operator help us to sort up.

Nachteile:

There's some mis-communication on the first time application for the new user that PayrollPanda side missing out, because for new user the company director need to go to the bank to do some verification, which they forgot to mentioned to us. Therefore, resulted some delay on the salary payment but finally it's sorted.

EASY, INEXPENSIVE AND HELPFULL

Kommentare: payrollpanda really helps my business runs smoothly regarding the HR, Payroll matters and also meeting the EPF, SOCSO and LHDN requirements. it is inexpensive, easily accessible.

I LIKE PAYROLLPANDA BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO USE, ANYTIME I NEED HELP I CAN SEEK HELP VIA CHATBOX AND USUALLY REPLIED INSTANTLY. PAYROLL AND DETAILS STAFF PAYMENT FOR STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS ARE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY, THIS HELP ME A LOT BECAUSE I AM THE OWNER OF MY SMALL PHARMACY COMPANY NEED THIS KIND OF ASSITANCE. THE FEES ARE AFFORDABLE AND EASY TO USE.

Nachteile:

one of the features that is lacking maybe due to many statutory requirements, i found the PCB tax deductions not easily understood (maybe i do not know much about this). need futher information about this, i think the option for employee to pay their own PCB. one more thing, payrollpanda, i am not sure whether provide the annual EA form for each employee.

Paypoll Panda helps in administration process of a project and generating pay slips for employees.

Vorteile:

It helps organizing the employees in its database and managing there payrolls. It saves the hastle and confusions for the administrators. Once the employee is entered in its database its automatically generates pay stubs until its edited manually. Its can accommodate special cases like bonuses, sick leaves, paid vacation and reimbursements.

Nachteile:

Much to users satisfaction, It can still improve when compared Intuit.

The interface is so modern yet minimalist. All front - line analyst have the highest customer service attitude.

Nachteile:

Nil - love everything about it...actually maybe there's one - to be able to capture different subsidiaries in 1 company.

Payroll panda have a good user interface that makes navigation so easy, cheap and reliable enough for small businesses to use

Nachteile:

They have limited support. Support team is not always available on Live chat so you need to be more technical to figure out other issues

Vorteile:

It clarifies an otherwise complex process and allows me to complete payroll sitting at my desk. Previously had to go to multiple offices monthly to make statutory payment. Take a ticket and wait in line. Often multiple visits.

Nachteile:

Would be great if all payments could be made directly from PP software. Currently I have to download lots of files and visit 4 different unintuitive, quirky government websites in order to complete payments.

Nachteile:

Lack of additional features. I have now found HR easily which is loaded with so many more features.

Easy to use app

Vorteile:

Simple dashboard. Straight to the point. Leave module integration. Easy for small business to manage.

Nachteile:

can't find one yet but am always thinking of extra features such as claim management.

Simple But Good for SME

Vorteile:

Easy to setup. Minimal investment. Short learning curve. Cloud based!

Nachteile:

At present none. They have covered what I need.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

Bank integrations are not native, and require manual upload through online banking platform of choice.

PayrollPanda is the most easy and reliable payroll software I've used so far.

Vorteile:

Great customer support, they help and guide me whenever I have a question. It's also easy to use and good value for money. Furthermore it's easy to generate the statutory files for payment and it gives peace of mind that all is statutory compliant.

Nachteile:

I would like to see an integration with Xero accounting software, this would help me save even more time.

Simple software and easy to use

This payroll software is easy to use and not time consuming. Great customer support as well!

Nachteile:

Initially i have a little issue on the leave management section, however, after consulting with the customer support, i now understand how the leave section works. Apart from that, i tried to log in to payrollpanda (as employee) using my mobile phone but it shows there as error. It would be great if payrollpanda can come out with an apps in mobile phone for employees and maybe for admin too.

Pros and cons

Kommentare: I love that my job is easier now and it eliminates any error that I might have made with manual calculations. The customer service is also effective and helpful.

Vorteile:

The automatic calculations for deductions and the complete documents for either manual payment or auto deduction.

Nachteile:

It would be easier if there’s an option for each staff to have their own work schedule as most companies have different shifts for their employees. It will be easier for us to calculate their overtimes and unpaid leaves as well.

I've received excellent support from the team and via chat support on their website.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Provision of new features. Inclusion of leave based on office location Availability of web chat help

Nachteile:

There is no room for notes (we need to capture employee information: example: if someone has received a warning letter, placed in a PiP plan, etc) Also would be great to have an option to record employee movement and change of salary (i.e. start date and end date of 1 salary bracket, the same to follow for when employees receive an increment.

Time Saver

Kommentare: We saved plenty of time during the payday week especially when we need to deal with lots of overtime payments calculation.

Vorteile:

The software is relatively easy to use, has great customer support, with a very reasonable price tag.

Nachteile:

Mobile interface needs a grave improvement, mainly to accommodate our staffs wanting to apply for leaves.

Finance Manager

Kommentare: We have bee using the software for almost one year. We like the customer service support very much due to it provide the solution and feedback to us within 24 hours.

Vorteile:

Provide Annual statutory report, leave management, current updated HR update and prompt customer service support.

Nachteile:

Payroll run date is on every 15th of the month.

to maintain fee and not raise at the same time to enhance accordingly

Kommentare: no need to have a permanent accounts person to do payroll

Vorteile:

overall adaptable to use but if possible to make it more simple if possible. if possible to have training sessions from time to time either at customers office or at Payroll Panda.

Nachteile:

the fact that there is a time to run payroll and cant amend after doing so unless asking Payroll Panda to do. encountered this when doing bonus recently as wanted to do separately.

I was confused on which date to fill in for a staff who had just joined. First joined the company as a probationer, or first joined as a confirmed staff. This confusion messes with the calculation of annual leave entitlement days. However, the issue was resolved by consulting the support team.

Perfect for Small Businesss Owners!

Vorteile:

The easiness in handling payrolls. How it does not seem complicated. I am a 24 year old, fresh graduate and an owner of a you can say new online clothing store where i graduated in Bachelor in Accountancy with Honours. I have no experience in handling administrative tasks. So payrollpanda is a great platform for young entrepreneurs and administratives to use without a headache.

Nachteile:

Their customer service only replies you on working days, too bad.

Nachteile:

UNABLE TO PRINT STANDARD EPF , SOCSO & EIS FORMS DIRECTLY FROM THE PAYROLL SYSTEMS. IT WOULD BE WONDERFUL IF PAYROLL PANDA CAN COME OUT WITH THIS FORMAT.

All in all this system enables us to perform our job easily.

Vorteile:

Function in the system make our duties easy to perform. It auto calculated and result are generated almost instantly.

Nachteile:

Ability to edit some of the information in the past payslip. The system could not edit any past info in the payslip

The simplicity of the software and that it is web based. Other than that, great customer service and help received.

Nachteile:

There is nothing as of yet, I believe the issue lies on our end. We are now calculating our OT and PH payment manually based on the time reflected on the punch card. I believe we can use the timesheet perhaps so payroll panda can calculate the OT and PH. But we are only observing certain PH and we only pay after 45 mins. Is there any way you can help us?
