Vorteile:

A Smart Buy!

Vorteile:

The user friendly platform is efficient and effective. Every vital piece of information we need to know about our inventory is at our fingertips and is able to be recalled almost instantly. This software reduced our quarterly and yearly inventory reporting process down from 30+ hours to just seconds!

Nachteile:

The setup and customizing took for our particular inventory took some time but was well worth the effort. I would recommend adding some financial reporting capabilities such as purchase history totals for weekly, monthly, quarterly and YTD.

Great System for what we needed!

Vorteile:

The ease of use, the user interface, and the fact that you can customize the columns allow you to track items down and manage orders and recalls when necessary.

Nachteile:

Cannot Identify who added or moved at one screen. Also, adding a new item and not being able to add inventory at the same time.

I really like being able to use this software on multiple platforms. desktop, laptop, mobile device. The simplicity of categories and digital locations

Nachteile:

Little buggy from time to time but has gotten alot less buggy throughout 2023. the inconsistancy of scheduled mobile uploads/downloads is still wonky on our end.

WASP Inventory Cloud for Medical Devices

Vorteile:

Be able to view, search inventory on the main screen, be able to open multiple pages of the system to check the location of inventory so that fileds required to be filled for "remove function" can be accessed.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to be able to customize reports and design packing slips per pick order with ease and be able to select fields from different tables to be in the reports I need.

Vorteile:

InventoryCloud is an amazing product. The implementation with the team at WASP was seamless. They helped us every step of the way. The product is very easy to use. Easy to add inventory, track parts usage, see pick orders, update inventory, and audit inventory.

Nachteile:

There should be more search options in the reports tab that allow you to see the price of the materials.

The min / max and auto email alerts. Ease of use to add new parts and cloud based so can access anywhere. Install and training was easy with great customer support when we ran into setup challenges.

Nachteile:

No negative feedback, works perfect for our application of managing 600 parts for high volume sewing operation.

I have used the remove and add options from the list view and it is very simple.

I haven't had the time to explore all the bells and whistles that is offered.

It lacks features that we wish were there. It would be beneficial for us to have more custom features. The report templates can be confusing and overwhelming. Would help to have custom reports easier to create.

Kommentare: Overall its been great. Its nice to use an ipad to look at everything and the scan readers really do save time.

Vorteile:

The ability to adapt the entire system to what you need to utilize it with.

Nachteile:

For transferring tools; you have to transfer each individual tool instead of adding multiple items at a time.

1 Year review

Kommentare: Overall happy so far, but like I said, we are just starting and have a long way to go.

Vorteile:

It does deliver what they say. We were worried it was over kill for us. Even though we are still setting everything up, once it is in place it will make finding product, on hand inventory, so much easier.

Nachteile:

Due to the size of our operation, the product is a little costly. Which they some sort of a tier program to keep the yearly cost down.
