Small price for main feature

Kommentare: We started our jobs with confidenced that all routs are under control. And this sofware hellped us to grow. So now we need more functions and switched to orher product.

Vorteile:

The price is very low if you need only the planning, tracking and optimizing the routes. Very good snd easy app for driver. They love to see the excact time window to artive.

Nachteile:

Very few functions and no possible to customize.

It's so easy dispatch and track the work in the field.
Allows dynamic planning!

Simple and effective dispatch solution

Kommentare: I am satisfied with the overall performance of this product. It's a great value for the price and although it has its shortcomings I can always work around those, or adapt. Either way, it's a great fit for my business but as my business grows, I feel that I will soon outgrow this product.

Vorteile:

I enjoy its simplicity and ease of use, very easy to implement.

Nachteile:

I find it lacking on more powerful features such as customer information retention, online billing and geofencing.

I love being able to set up a route for my portable Toilets... app is User friendly for drivers

Nachteile:

Wish app would let me as admin change route as far as deleting stop or adding stop or moving stops...

Great software

Kommentare: Great experience. We depend heavily on this service when needed. It has made tasks much simpler. We are planning to expand our use of service to other departments.

Vorteile:

Being able to dispatch field techs jobs without interrupting current work.

Nachteile:

Would be useful to see which techs are close to job when creating new jobs.

Good for tracking employees in the field and uploading jobs

Vorteile:

GPS tracking of employees in the field allows you to know where they are and track their progress. Also good for uploading jobs to field employees so they get the info right to their phone.

Nachteile:

Can be slow and needs to refresh often in order to stay current.

Perfect for logistics control

Kommentare: Hellotracks changed the way we control our fleet for deliveries of goods and services. The system as a whole offers all the resource we need to get in control of the jobs and people working on them.

Vorteile:

Good functionalities for small companies and non expert staff.

Nachteile:

Not offering new functionalities lately. It doesn't offer an estimate time of arrival the right way.

Kommentare: I am using Hellotracks to track physician liaisons. We have had problems with the software not working. Liaisons have had to delete and reinstall the app. I wish the communication and assistance when there is an issue was better. It would be nice to be able to contact someone by phone if there is a problem with the app. Since I am a new user, I'm not 100% sold on this product but hopefully it will get better.

The cost of product and it's easy to use.

Nachteile:

Unaware of all the product has to offer.
