Vorteile:
the repository functionality to store contracts on it and serve like a self service central location
Nachteile:
At times when a contract is renewed it can be difficult to know which is the latest version.
Breakthrough T1D Lease management
Kommentare: Working with SpaceBase has been a very positive experience starting with implementation, training and launch, as well as continued support.
Vorteile:
I find it to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. The functionality is great.
Nachteile:
I would like to see a little more flexibility in the reporting. We are on a fiscal year of July 1 to June 30th and I would like to be able to tailor reports such as rent forecast to our fiscal year calendar.

The software's integration capabilities, like with Workday, allowed us to streamline workflows across platforms. Spacebase has greatly enhanced both our lease accounting and lease administration processes, making it an essential tool for our organization.

Good product
Kommentare: It is my go-to platform for leases and rent admin. It is quite straightforward to use, but it could have more functionalities and personalisation to improve the experience.

Graphic, it is very basic. Plus functionalities are not the best. there could be improvements for the final user, giving a chance to personalise the platform more.

The menus can be confusing at time. When you are editing a lease, it is easy to get lost in the menus

Kommentare: I have been a long-term user at now 3 different organizations. The customer service is excellent and the simplicity of the system - while still being able to be robust and complex - is key to my dependent departments.

The most important feature to me is the customer support. If there is an issue, it gets resolved very quickly.

Honestly, I can not think of anything that I don't like. Every item that has been an issue has been addressed and corrected by our rep.
