Kommentare: I have been a long-term user at now 3 different organizations. The customer service is excellent and the simplicity of the system - while still being able to be robust and complex - is key to my dependent departments.

Vorteile:

- ease of document organization- search functionality- financial schedules

Nachteile:

I have no complaints, but have to type something into this box!

Excellent for novice users

Vorteile:

The most important feature to me is the customer support. If there is an issue, it gets resolved very quickly.

Nachteile:

Honestly, I can not think of anything that I don't like. Every item that has been an issue has been addressed and corrected by our rep.

The database pages and look but easy to get used to.

I like that Spacebase is very self sufficient. I am able to make an update without reaching to the representative.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a how to page incase of any questions

the repository functionality to store contracts on it and serve like a self service central location

Nachteile:

At times when a contract is renewed it can be difficult to know which is the latest version.

Amazing tool to our team

Vorteile:

Fairly easy to use and teach to new people. We rarely ever have any issues, and when we do have issues tech support is fast to fix it.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it can run a little slow, which is not necessarily a huge deal because we can always call tech support
