Die Software lässt sich einfach bedienen und der Support ist schnell und freundlich!

Nachteile:

Die Videothek könnte praktikabler sein und eine Integration der Videothek auf die Website wäre toll.

As I started I was able to make most of my settings very easy.
I had few questions and get very quick support in a call with a friendly Momoyoga employee.
Overall, I do not have any trouble with Momoyoga. System is running, bookings are working, customer are not complaining and I can work with it.

Vorteile:

It was very easy to customize. Bookings working without errors (bad experience with former software) Integration to our homepage was very easy.

Nachteile:

As admin I book sometimes classes for new customers that are not registered and wisch I could add customer name to the booking. Currently I add a note with the name as workaround.

Excellent for an independent yoga teacher

Vorteile:

I am an independent yoga teacher, running my own classes at different venues in town. I didn't have any online payment method prior to using Momoyoga. I run three classes a week plus 1 or 2 workshops a month. Momoyoga easily pays for itself, despite my small numbers as students pay in advance for their classes. It is easy to use, easy integrate with my website, easy to get financial reports from, easy to keep an eye on class numbers and to add/remove classes as required. The staff are lovely and very friendly any time I have a problem and respond to issues with functionality very politely and quickly.

Nachteile:

Having an app for clients to book into class is good, but they cannot make purchases in the app and are taken to the webpage instead which people find frsutrating.

Chaos, Bugs, insufficient IT Support,

Kommentare: I am very disappointed. At first I thought its me, after having tried everything and being on other homepages using Momoyoga as well I know it is not me and the customers it is the system. What I find also very unfair is that you can´t delete the tool yourself. I have cancelled, quitted and asked for deleting all my datas, they offer me a telephone call now. After a few senseless mails trying to solve the problem for some weeks I have made my decidions and I want to get away from this time absorbing tool.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

The bugs in the system causing Chaos. Leading to the fact that prices and products can´t be implemented properly... The customers can register but not pay properly. They often don´t understand the system. The translation into German is lacking. If you have too many price categories and classes the system seems to be insufficent respectively it shows bugs, is not working properly. My husband tried it with me and also saw it not working...

Easy to use and effective

The payment system is a little clunky off the app but most students get there eventually.

Great solution for my small Pilates business

Kommentare: Momoyoga has been an ideal solution for my 3 weekly Pilates classes, it takes the manual element out of booking and reminding clients, for a fraction of the pri e of mindbody. I am hopeful that some more interactive and customising features are in the works.

Vorteile:

Price, ease of use, access to customer support

Nachteile:

It would be great to be able to add promotional banners in my studio's home page. I do have to explain the booking process to some clients , some find it a bit complicated

Vorteile:

I love that it is easy to navigate and set up my classes, memberships and sessions. I find their customer service for helpful and always prepared to answer my questions and even went so far to schedule a time for us to connect and review the platform together. I would recommend any yoga teacher looking to find an online scheduler with lots of support and easy to use.

Nachteile:

It would be nice if I could personalize my page to include my logo and colours BUT not a deal breaker as I was able to add a note at the top of the schedule.

Vorteile:

I love that there is an easy to use app and affordable for a yoga teacher looking to simplify student and group organization and administration. With Momoyoga I felt motivated to make some new changes in order to grow and make some advances as a teacher.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to see how many credits or classes are left for each student under their name when attendance is taken or when they book a class.

Nachteile:

The only thing missing for is the ability to add an alert for yogis who have injuries or other limitations the teacher may need to know about during yoga class

Nachteile:

Will be good when clients can use the app to buy another card. At the moment they need to go to the website to purchase a new product/ class concession card. Not a major drawback though.

The Business assistant I didn’t know I needed!

Kommentare: As soon as I signed up for the app. An appointment was set up or I would speak to one of the representatives who answered all my questions and help me figure out how to navigate the site. It was so wonderful I had a list of questions prior to our call and my representative was able to help me get the best of the app. I love that one on one time with her. And then if you have questions later you can write an email and they will respond. The customer service has been superb in my eyes.

Vorteile:

From the first day I discovered Momoyoga, it has really opened my eyes. Before using the app I was just frustrated with signing people up before they came to class paper everywhere, then where do I do with it then I have to file the papers, then I have to store the papers after a year and then every time they purchased I had to staple a receipt to that one paper that eventually turned into a phonebook. What a nightmare. But Momoyoga has made everything digital and easy for me and keeps everything tightly placed where it needs to be all I have to do is click on the client and I see when they registered how many classes they attended what they’re purchasing history is I’m telling you it just makes life so much easier. My counter is cleared off the clients just come right in we check them off on the computer. And now they have a new feature where they can come in and check off themselves. I love that they are constantly changing for the needs of their clients.

Nachteile:

The only thing I could say is when you get the option of how the client paid and it’s not negative at all but perhaps you can add an insurance button. Because several insurance companies allow their clients to get yoga, or gym training etc. So we have been taking on this feature and it would be nice to have an insurance line available.

Great value and easy to use

Vorteile:

Momo is a simple software solution for my mid sized yoga studio. I can easy record class attendance, link with PayPal and bank for quick payments, view simple reports on classes and teachers and the phone optimisation is fantastic

Nachteile:

There is nothing I dislike about this software, I would like to see the ability to add workshops and events into the software and it would be nice if teachers didn’t have to have separate accounts to also be a student at the studio

Avoid this company at all costs

Kommentare: Poor response time, they don’t listen/ actually respond to questions, waste a lot of time saying irrelevant things while ignoring the actual issue, and don’t take responsibility for their failures.

Vorteile:

Easy, that’s what got me at first, don’t let them fool you - simple is not better, and makes it almost impossible to leave since they won’t let you export attendance history, etc.

Nachteile:

The terrible customer service - would have stayed but EVERY time I need something it’s like pulling teeth.

Using momo yoga as my on-demand and booking platform

Kommentare: Overall good, but my clients have problems with figure out the difference between the app and the web-version. So many confused support-minutes about that.

Vorteile:

The pricing is great, the site is easy to work with even if you're not used to working with websites.

Nachteile:

My customers find it hard to register and log in. I would like to be able to customize the page with colors and logo. I would like to have a better view over the videos, like three videos in a row (like a classic "library-overview") I would like a page where I could write free text, such as announcements and offers (sort of like a bulletin board or blog). Be able to access the videos from the app. Be able to sell courses.

My Momoyoga

Kommentare: I now have great insight in the number of students, which classes are popular, my sales, I can reach my students all at once if, for example I have to cancel a class. It saves a lot of time!

Vorteile:

It is easy to manage and love the layout. Nice and simple. The way the website is set up, already gave me a positive vibe.

Nachteile:

A student cannot buy a classcard in the app, but has to go online to do so.

A must have for Yoga Teachers!

Vorteile:

I'm an independent Yoga Teacher and I'd be lost without my Momoyoga account. I'm just entering my second year of business and having this system makes it so easy to keep track of payments, bookings and student info. Whenever I've needed to chat to customer support they've been super helpful and reply very fast. They're also very open to suggestions on how to improve the platform which is nice. There have already been lots of improvements in the past year alone.

Nachteile:

No complaints - it fulfils all of my current needs perfectly.

Great for Yoga Studios!

Vorteile:

I own a Kids Yoga Studio and was searching for a kn affordable software that could keep track of classes. This exceeded my expectations. I love how user friendly it is, how it sends emails to members and you can customize them. The price is great and the customer service has been great with returning emails.

Nachteile:

A phone number would be helpful to get an answer when you need one but the wait time isn’t bad. I’d like to be able to have siblings under one account.

Great Software for Yoga Studio

Kommentare: Easy set up and great for my studio and clients. The app is a nice nice that my yogis enjoy using.

Vorteile:

I love the ease of use for both set up and maintaining classes & schedules for my small studio. We offer 2-3 classes a day typically. I haven’t had glitches at all while using.

Nachteile:

There are a couple things that I have run across that are not deal breakers but I have either had to make so without a feature or modify so it worked for me. I think each studio’s needs are different so like I said, not deal breakers but you may come across things that make trouble shoot or modify to suit your needs.

Clarity and usability are the words that describe this tool.

Kommentare: This tool is the perfect answer to the overcomplicated tool MindBody. Easy to use for both operator and customer. Ideal payments and clear overviews per teacher. This is what you want as a yogaschool or gym or massage parlor or whatever. Love it!

I can’t imagine how I could have my studio without this software. So happy and thankful I found Momoyoga. It just makes my job and life so much easier, so I can concentrate on what I love - teaching.

Everything works perfect, super easy to use for me as a teacher, but also for the students. Great overview, booking, yogis profiles, statistic and administrator tools are just easy and useful.

Nachteile:

Cancelling time for Greenland just does’t work.

Less admin. More Yoga.

Kommentare: Overall momoyoga has played a huge part in increasing revenue for my business while cutting my admin time to less than half.

I’d love to see an option to create a special class pass just for a certain group of people.

Set up in no-time and really easy to work with

Kommentare: We've been with Momoyoga for over a year now. Support has always been great and it's really nice to see how the services are expanded based on user requests.

Vorteile:

It's simple, intuitive to use. Straightforward, both frontend as backend.

Nachteile:

Layout may be tweaked a bit more for a smooth look.

Kommentare: It takes a lot of administrative burden away from me in reserving free spots for yogi's, managing cancellations, etc... I combine yoga classes with other professional activities, so the fact that I can "delegate" these registration/cancellation/prepping invoices/keeping payments/... to momoyoga is really wonderful.

Vorteile:

It's ease of use, that it incorporates a lot of functionalities

Nachteile:

the two-step registration for new yogi's (if this could be done in one step, that would be lovely)
