Kommentare: It is very useful, but workers might not take it that way, in my case there were some problems in the workplace because of the privacy issue. That is why it is essential to talk to them about the advantages of using it.

Vorteile:

The most useful thing I find is to be able to measure the time employees spend each day. This way you do not generate non-compliance in their payments and avoid a bad working environment. It also makes it possible to manage simple activities performed by employees.

Nachteile:

It is a software to be able to control the times to people with high positions or in small companies, since it cannot be applied in a large group of people because of the costs. It would be good to have a subscription plan for a group of 10 or 20 people.

Money saver, - Time maker

Kommentare: Love it , it’s become a normal, comfortable routine with employees…everyone knows it and feels like they have control over their own timecards

Timeclock, auto transfer & compatibility, & the ability to know the status of crews without calls or physical presence

Nachteile:

At first, mapping everything to existing books, but on autopilot now

ClockShark Easiest for Payroll Beginners

Kommentare: ClockShark is one of the best apps I have ever used for time-keeping. I love that I was able to navigate the software on my own but when I did have questions, their help desk had easy & quick communication.

Vorteile:

ClockShark is extremely user friendly! As a HR Manager/Payroll Specialist it makes my daily & weekly job a piece of cake!

Nachteile:

I did not have any cons using ClockShark for the 2 years that I did use it.

30 Minute Break, or not?

Kommentare: Best program for both schedule and time clock. That's basically all I use it for, and time off of course

I feel its a bit expensive per year.The break time calculator is tough for my business. I'd like to see it individualized, per employee. So I can have the option of how to give the 30 min paid break

Is Clock Shark for you?

Kommentare: It is very user friendly and worth the money.

Vorteile:

The time clock function is user friendly for the admin and the users. The adding projects, employees and modifying anything is a mistake happens (an employee doesn't clock in or out) is very user friendly. I have enjoyed implementing this for my team.

Nachteile:

I would like access to job lists, employee lists, currently you have to contact Clock Shark to get those reports. I would like to be able to list sick time as a zero hour item. Just to have my payroll records match my reports

Project Friendly Time Tracking

Kommentare: Pretty good. The team is helpful to walk you through or help problem solve.

Vorteile:

It was very useful to be able to have employees clock in at specific jobs to be able to properly cost a job.

Nachteile:

Only the certain people can add just which is beneficial but hard when it is. Last minute job for employees to clock into.

Kommentare: Overall ClockShark is a great starter time management application. Allows us to know how many hours, what project, geo-location, etc. for a great price.

Clockshark is great for tracking employees' time and location. It allows us to understand how much our employees will be paid bi-weekly. The app is great for our employees who are in remote locations frequently.

Nachteile:

The app was very clunky at moments. Constant glitches, refreshes, and time not being recorded even though you clocked in.

Professional manager for work hours

Easy to use, saves times and money. Also, the customer service is there all the way.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it bugs. Also, there is a room for other improvements, such as reports for changed shifts.

Decent

Kommentare: Pretty decent.

Vorteile:

The original person we spoke to, [sensitive content hidden], was extremely responsive in setting up up initially and it took a 15 min call to get it all up. To get it synced with ADP took only another 15 mins. The chat times are the quickest I've seen and the responses have been very helpful.

Nachteile:

I wish this was part of ADP and not a third party software. More of a dig at ADP to not have a function to clock in and clock out for such a large company.
