While giving you behaviour analytics, it allows you to identify  users by name or emails, making it easier to map out the end-to-end user process. Regardless of the platform a user logs in from, data can still be merged and a complete history of engagement will recorded.

> **Nachteile**: The only drawback is that phone support is only for customers and it's a bit price for small businesses.
