Vorteile:

We use SlickText to communicate announcements and emergency messages to our employees throughout the USA. We have also started using SlickText to perform employee appreciation contests to give away cash and sports tickets to our employees. We love SlickText's interface and instructional videos. It is the perfect solution for real time communications to our employees.

Nachteile:

There isn't much not to like about SlickText, but it is hard for us to manage our employee contact management system within both our HR platform and SlickText. We get it done manually. Thankfully, we have less than 200 employees and turnover is minimal.

Great value!

Vorteile:

I liked scheduling out texts for a campaign over the course of 4 weeks which saved so much time.

Nachteile:

Not too many down sides. I will cpntineu to use this service.

Uploading the lists is a little tedious, but with some practice you'll have it down in no time!

My need is annually for an event. After that, I don't need. It sucks bit that I can't pause the account in some form or fashion to retain the contacts.

Vorteile:

The customer service is top notch. They are highly reliable and can adjust their pricing based on your needs. Platform is very easy to navigate and analytics are solid.

Nachteile:

When you clone campaigns, the analytics seem to have a glitch in there.

Efficient and Effective

Vorteile:

I've been using Slick Text for my campaigns recently, and I've been really impressed with their service. An Assistant in my Pocket!!

Kommentare: My overall experience with SlickText has been GREAT!!! 1-10, I'd definitely give it a 10. The product is great and the customer service is top teir!!

Vorteile:

What I LOVE most about SlickText is the ability to schedule the texts to go out when I want them to. This gives me the leverage that I need to reach people at prime times as opposed to being stuck to having to send the message 'right then'.

Nachteile:

The only thing that I like least about this software is the fact that sending a picture takes up double the amount of texts. I really dont understand why this is, but I just roll with it and manage my texts accordingly. I DO however, love the rollover feature where unused texts carry over to the next month. That helps.

Tried 5 Companies - SlickText was an easy choice!

Easy Affordable way to get your message out!

Kommentare: I've been completely happy. So affordable that I have stepped up my plan as our followers grow. Money well spent!

Vorteile:

I love that it is so easy to send a message and watch your followers grow. Great and efficient way to raise public awareness, with notifications and a way for our followers to take action. The Support staff make themselves available, are knowledgable and patient.

Nachteile:

I wish it was easier to attack photos and links.

An Event Planner's Dream!

Kommentare: Nice, intuitive platform with outgoing, helpful team members (when you need it)!

Vorteile:

SlickText is super easy and intuitive to use. I am the type who likes to get under the hood and poke around first, so I did just that with the trial, and then I was able to chat with the SlickText team about any outstanding questions I had. I am SO grateful to those who helped me spearhead my first event with a new company, and we seriously got so many compliments on how communicative we were through texts. I made a joke about how we're getting the kudos for something I pre-planned a week before the event and basically forgot about.

Nachteile:

I think there's some room for growth in the segmenting/text group experience, but it really wasn't a make or break at all, and I figured out a solution for my specific use case by reaching out through chat, and it was super easy from there!

Slick Text has provided me

Kommentare: Easy to use for the marketing and communicating in an effective way that's affordable and easy to use.

Vorteile:

The open rates of text message marketing make it a no-brainer for me. Additionally, I've got to say that it's really fantastic to be at a speaking engagement and have the room text a word into their phones all at once. It's as close to automated as you can get while you're standing right there in the room. I love it! And the attendees love it because they get whatever they're texting to receive right away. We live in a "right now" world and to deliver in that way is impressive to the attendees. They love it!

Nachteile:

Slick Text has been a wonderful provider for my company. However, I don't like it when a text word is already taken. It has only happened once but it's just part of how text message marketing works.

Such a game changer

Vorteile:

I send out daily affirmations to my life coaching clients. In this day and age, texting is so much more preferred by most as opposed to emails. Being able to schedule out a months’ worth of daily affirmations for all of my clients to receive at the same time every day was such a game changer for my business. It was one less thing that I needed to remember to do each day.

Nachteile:

There’s nothing that I don’t like about the platform. It’s awesome!

Easy to use and a great investment for your company

Kommentare: Very happy and satisfied with the investment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to grow their business or to keep customers in the know on upcoming specials or information.

Vorteile:

I love being able to send texts and track how many customers they reach. We really like having the chat feature when customers respond to the text. I like being able to personalize our campaign to meet to add that personal touch.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything that I do not like about SlickText.

Better than the competition

I like how reliable it is compared to other softwares I have used. The delivered rate is better and when carriers block numbers, the customer support is there to help.

Nachteile:

The functionality of incoming messages isnt the best. Could be a little more organized.

Vorteile:

Easy to setup and get people to signup with opt-in form and a barcode form which we printed out and posted on our entrance.

Nachteile:

The texts you earn why on more expensive plans got deleted when you downgrade the plan which we think is not fair. We earned those text numbers do even if we downgrade, those earned text numbers should stay so we can use them.

Makes Communication with Staff Easy

Kommentare: I've been using this software for the last couple years to communicate with our staff about events, policy changes, etc and its awesome! It's relatively inexpensive and easy to use and any time I have noticed any bugs or issues, they address my concerns immediately! I highly recommend them!

Vorteile:

The simplicity is my favorite thing about this software! It really is easy to use and now that they offer an app, it's even more easy and convenient.

Nachteile:

I wish I could send emojis in messages. I also wish that when sending pictures or gifs, it would automatically resize them to an appropriate size to send out...now I have to go out and do it on my own which can be difficult.

Kommentare: we had a low closing rate for our leads, but since we used slicktext, our closing rate improve a lot. it can lower our ROI for advertising.

Vorteile:

it has an amazing customer service experience, lots of youtube videos to instruct us how to utilize, it also has a very easy and simple interface to operate.

Nachteile:

we cannot use our own form which built by wordpress to collect the leads and directly send them to slicktext and mailchimp, the leads cannot be automatically sent to slicktext from mailchimp instantly, need sync, which is not good
