Kommentare: We use them as a higher education institution to contact students about our classes and services. We have used them for 8 years and recommend them regularly.

Vorteile:

The customer service is top notch. They are highly reliable and can adjust their pricing based on your needs. Platform is very easy to navigate and analytics are solid.

Nachteile:

When you clone campaigns, the analytics seem to have a glitch in there.

Good Stuff

Kommentare: Great! The scheduling was easy for onboarding via Zoom. It was informative and I was encouraged to reach out with questions at any time. The online support for billing, plans, and information is quick and convenient.

Vorteile:

Easy chat online has ALWAYS been consistent, helpful, and quick.

Nachteile:

Nothing really. I haven't had any complaints so far!

There is a function that we would find super useful, but it is still in development (the ability to send a MMS to all of our text words at one time versus having to go through every single text word to send the message

Love the dashboard. Very easy to navigate and understand.

Nachteile:

My need is annually for an event. After that, I don't need. It sucks bit that I can't pause the account in some form or fashion to retain the contacts.

Their customer experience and support are excellent. They work day and night to solve my problem.

Nachteile:

The approval for 10 digit number toll-free is so complicated. I waited for more than 1 month.

SlickText Review

Kommentare: We love SlickText, and recommend it regularly.

Vorteile:

Our initial buy-in for SlickText was the ability to reach the pocket of all employees, quickly and in a manner that fits their lifestyle. The program offers a variety of options for surveys, message delivery, etc and we use those features regularly.

Nachteile:

We are patiently waiting for some of their marketing campaigns to open up to better fit the use we intend for them. For example, we'd love to use SlickText for employees to notify us of equipment drop off and then that information be fed to employees inside of the company that are not a user/manager inside of the textword. I don't want them to have to rely on logging in to retrieve the information.

Kommentare: Slicktext is the best! It lets us send out messages and let all our followers know that our shows are coming up! We love it!

I can’t think of any negatives about Slicktext.

Learning a new system on my own. I like to learn by being shown, but in this case I had to navigate around to figure out the system on my own.

Such a game changer

Vorteile:

I send out daily affirmations to my life coaching clients. In this day and age, texting is so much more preferred by most as opposed to emails. Being able to schedule out a months’ worth of daily affirmations for all of my clients to receive at the same time every day was such a game changer for my business. It was one less thing that I needed to remember to do each day.

Nachteile:

There’s nothing that I don’t like about the platform. It’s awesome!

Every small business must-have!

We have to keep changing plan to accommodate our growing database.

Ease of use and it’s automated. Makes rescheduling appointments easier than calling.

Comes from a random number would rather it be recognized.

Great Platform for staying in contact with all employees

Kommentare: Slicktext has helped with our time management in contacting all our employees quickly. Its super easy to learn and the customer services is quick to respond when needing help.

I wish it had more private settings to allow multiple users to have a hand in it without seeing everything.

Kommentare: We have had great response from customers and the set up makes it easy to track and respond.

It was very easy to implement and use. The staff was helpful and quick to respond in the onboarding process.

Have not had any issues currently that need to be disclosed.

Not having more features and it is quite on the pricey side

I Use this consistently for my business.. since 2018!

Vorteile:

As someone who needed systems in place, this platform has been the most headache free! Easy to set up, Easy to have multiple segmented audiences and I have the links conveniently in my email lists and website links.

Nachteile:

The only thing I would improve is the text message rollovers, I have thousands of rollover texts because I do not spam my clients but I needed the upgraded version for my different lists
