Exceptional Texting Program
Kommentare: Excellent program with many features we do not use, but the ones we do are exceptional and make the office run smoothly with regard to appointments and reminders. I would strongly recommend this program due to ease of use, functionality and cost.
Vorteile:
This program has made appointments for the office much more efficient. We are able to notify, remind and edit appointments with ease. Today's reliance on cell phones makes this program fundamental to any office who runs by appointment.
Nachteile:
I would like the ability to add an option to change the language for each text sent.

Customizable reminders are a win
Kommentare: Overall, I have really enjoyed it. It does what we need.
Vorteile:
I love the customizable reminders. I am able to put a link in the reminder to make donating to my ministry easy for my clients.
Nachteile:
they’re a bit more expensive than other calendar and reminder apps. Also, there is a limit on how many of my customers I can message at one time.

Good but needs work
Kommentare: Besides not being able to book both parties at once I think $60 is too much. You can get a full solution that does everything through vagaro

Very Satisfied Customer
Kommentare: Couldn't be happier with GoReminders. Since we've been a user, GoReminders has implemented numerous useful features, which shows me they are listening to their users' needs and growing and adding to their platform responsibily.

Ease of implementation. Was up and running with sending reminders almost immediately.

This is very minor... would like to be able to schedule time a reminder is emailed/texted to our clients.

perfect appointment scheduling software
Kommentare: overall i am extremely satisfied with all aspects of GoReminder
Vorteile:
so far i have absolutely no complaints with GoReminders. The text / email reminders are pefect as is the online scheduling. Patient no shows have decreased dramatically since they have the option to reschedule an appointment through online booking and the two way messaging is a great feature
Nachteile:
I literally have no complaints, the software is very easy to set up and there are always new features being added to enhance the ease of use. customer service is excellent and quick to respond to any questions you have

The Great Reminder
Kommentare: I really enjoy this app, as do my clients. My clients state that they would probably miss most of their appointments if it weren't for GoReminders.
Vorteile:
I like the fact that I can schedule my clients for weeks or months at a time and GoReminders will send a reminder each week without me having to enter the appointment in every week.
Nachteile:
I don't like the fact that I have to have a number to put a clients name in. Not all of my clients have phone numbers and I end up forgetting to put them on my other calendar therefore, I have I forget I have a client coming at a certain time. I wish there was a place holder for those who do not have phones so at least I will be reminded I have a client coming.

Kommentare: i have had a great experience using go reminders, when i didnt know how to use the google review feature i just called and Jocelle helped me step by step to get comfortable with using it and she was so helpful she even checked up on me afterwards to make sure i was using it correctly without any issues
Vorteile:
I love all the features they have, i use it mostly for scheduling clients doctors appointments, once i put the clients name and contact info in, it is stored so i dont have to keep entering it. I also use it to send clients a request to leave us a google review and go reminders had made it easy with their prompts, that way we can weed out the negative reviews if we were ever given one.

I wish that i could skip ahead and cancel an appt. Im only able to cancel the following appt. Not a future appt.

Pays for itself!
Kommentare: I’ve been a very happy customer for several years! The service pays for itself by eliminating no show appointments. I will happily continue to use GoReminders! Very affordable and does exactly what I need with ease.
Vorteile:
It reminds my customers of their upcoming appointment which eliminates no shows and saves me money!
Nachteile:
Once in awhile a customer won’t receive their reminder which is most likely due to the cell service carrier.

Some of our consumers don't like getting two reminders. It would be nice if we could choose how many reminders each of the consumers get.

Great Product, Easy to Use
Kommentare: We started using GoReminders in an attempt to cut down on the number of clients who did not show up for their appointments. We have not seen a huge improvement in those numbers but everyone likes the convenience of it.

It is very user friendly, and it is very easy to set up.

The templates were a little tricky to master at first. But overall no complaints.

Vorteile:
I use this both for my corporation and my personal life. To be honest, we could NOT do without it.... There are no more missed appointments, no more no shows, and no more getting busy and missing MD and dentist appointments for our family. I could NOT do without this program....

There is nothing that we don't like. It is easy to use and on the cell, the scheduler is always available...

Excellent resource for our business
Vorteile:
We struggled for years to have an effective way to remind clients of appointments. GoReminders does this for us on 3 different occasions. This has cut down on our number of no shows for appointments or customer's calling and saying they didn't remember the meeting.

No issues with GoReminders at this time. It has been a great fit for us.

Good appt reminder program for small business
Kommentare: This program has reduced our no-show rate and has decreased the laborious task of calling customers to remind them of their appointment
Vorteile:
I like being able to customize the message sent out to customers, customize when I want them to get their reminder text and that they can text back a cancel/confirm response.

I wish there was an easy way to import names/numbers from a database

Great Reminder Software
Vorteile:
GoReminders is an excellent software to use for reminding your clients. You can set the reminder for sending messages through text, email or both. Great way to help them not forget their appointments. You can set date, length of appointment and you can also set it to repeat within time intervals. There is a main template that is sent to let the client know what information is needed. If you do not want to use the main template you can customize your own words to say and send it through text, mail or both. How great is that. Best software to remind your clients not to be late. Helps everyone in the long run.

GoReminders is a reasonably priced software. It's ease of functions allows you to schedule reminders
