Gutes Tool mit Verbesserungspotential

Kommentare: Baustellenmanagement, Qualitätskontrolle und Nachunternehmerkontrolle sind zufriedenstellend gelöst.

Vorteile:

Essentiell ist die Nutzung als mobiles Tool. Die integration der Planablage und von 3D Modellen ist gut gelöst. Insgesamt ein sehr nützliches Tool um benötigte Unterlagen aus dem Büro mit auf die Baustelle zu nehmen.

Nachteile:

Die Anpassung von Berichten und Auswertungen ist m.E. etwas zu unflexibel und starr.

Dalux Field im Bauunternehmen

Kommentare: Dalux hat bei uns für eine Zeitersparnis auf den Baustellen gesorgt, alles ist sauber dokumentiert und abgelegt.

Vorteile:

Einfache Bearbeitung, Aufgaben und Checklisten können je nach Bedürfnis erstellt werden, , Schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen, übersichtliches Layout

Nachteile:

Beim Export bzw. archivieren werden, wenn man alle Möglichkeiten wählt Fotos und Aufgaben extra exportiert, schön wäre es wenn beide Sachen in einen gleich Ordner geschrieben werden.

Vorteile:

My experience with the Dalux solutions has been great. The dalux field has a very intuitive document management and workflow automation system. It has helped immensely in leveraging the power of BIM in construction and issue management

Nachteile:

There are very little conc with the Dalux Field. I hope the solution is better optimized to handle large file size BIM models

Kommentare: we have done almost everything with it and have adapted and changed a lot and the support has helped us very well.

Vorteile:

simple and fast definitions of workflows. Many possible applications such as commissioning, start-up or mechanical testing of, for example, installation equipment. Fast handling and easy handling. The tool is intended for everyone and everyone can understand it. The tool is virtually foolproof. This saves a lot of time and nerves on the construction site. Coordination functions are great and easy to use.

Nachteile:

Lean Construction Management, Logistic and task management on the construction site internal

Dalux is a great way to take models from the desktop into the field FOR FREE!

Vorteile:

It's easy to use and it's free! All it takes is an upload of all of the Revit models (note it HAS TO BE REVIT file format) and post to the field app. You can also upload floorplans and assign elevations that allow you to navigate easier in the model.

Nachteile:

The file formats need to be Revit. I'm a general contractor and my subs model in AutoCAD regularly so I can't post any subcontractor models in this system. The other odd thing is that all measurements are in metric as it's been developed in the EU. Not sure how to change that or if it's possible.

A decent platform for collaborating on projects

Kommentare: Overall a decent common data environemnt, ideal for small scale projects

Vorteile:

Very straight forward to upload documents & input the metadata.

Nachteile:

When downloading individual documents it would be preferable to have check box selection rather than 'Ctrl shift' to select. The only other minor gripe is that it's not intuiative that you can bulk apply metadata by dragging down selection to empty fields.

Excellent tool, that works fast, has great user interface, all needed functions and is simple to use

Kommentare: The main benefit is saving a lot of time of making pictures and registrations, putting them in reports, sending them on emails, checking, sending reminders, keeping track and records. The tool also allows you to have all your drawings and model on site in your phone or tablet, no need to carry papers around.
It improvs and simplifies communication with the contractors, where they get clear message where and what is not in order. And they also like it as it is clear what exactly needs to be fixed and where.
Furthermore records of all correspondence is kept safely in case you need it in the future.
Finally project managers can track the progress.

Vorteile:

That it is simple enough to understand and to be used by everyone, including simple workers on site. No need for special installation, setting up or learning course. That is why implementation in any project is very easy and the tool is actually being used, because people quickly understand how it works, see that it actually saves time and makes communication easier. Furthermore it always works fast on any device, when for example opening large drawings or 3D models. It also has a great customer support team, that is always ready to help. It also seems that they work hard to continuesly improve the product, as there are coming new updates and improvements, also keep up to date with latest trends, like using BIM and 3D Models. And finally the tool is being translated into many languages, recently it came in Lithuanian, which is a big advantage working in the Lithuanian market.

Nachteile:

Works great, sorry, but hard to find any cons. The only thing I could think of could maybe be the price of the software, as it is not free, but we made a little research our selfs before selecting the tool and there were no cheaper alternatives to cover our companies needs on the market.

Document control

Kommentare: Overall dxlux is a very good tool to use for quality and snagging and recording progress

Vorteile:

Ease of use and accessibility. Drawings are updated every time you sinc and dalux 360 is amazing

Nachteile:

Loss of data when out of range. I know you can update before you go out of signal but sometimes reports are lost

Nachteile:

would be great if we could create 100 similar tasks automatically and locate them on each fire damper by parameter

Dalux Field Review

Kommentare: A first-class application for implementing BIM to field in a team guarantees a maximum increase in efficiency, application easy to learn.

Vorteile:

Flexibility, possibility to map own processes, clarity, fast support, modularity.

Nachteile:

high costs, instructions for first-time users could be better documented, initial setup takes some time.

Dalux Field

Vorteile:

Integrated in Revit,...you can export properly,..., incidences, tasks, workflow,...

Nachteile:

Import incidences from Dalux to Revit in my case)

Opinion

Vorteile:

Easy to use, good user experience, operation on various devices.

Nachteile:

Dalux Viewer - limit file number, no walk mode

Perfect Tool

Vorteile:

Easy to handle and a good and fast support.

Nachteile:

1 License for 4 Projects is not really practicable. Better would be 1 License for 1 Project.
