One App for Texting

Vorteile:

the capability to mass SMS candidates, employees, and other groups with invites to visit our offices and chat with a recruiter in person as well as messages thanking them for their online applications.

Nachteile:

It's the amount of Text Messages you can send per day. I hope they get to increase it and make it an exception.

For Business SMS Marketing - TextUs is The Real Deal

Vorteile:

We have used TextUs for marketing and it is super great. It is easy to use and makes sms marketing easy. We have an easy time sending mass messages to our customers both for marketing and notifications.

Nachteile:

Considering the quality features of TextUs, no malfunctioning to report.

TextUs Review

Vorteile:

You can create custom templates and send mass messages easily. It is good for large organizations because you can assign multiple people to a conversation.

Nachteile:

Text Us is extremely buggy with notifications. It goes offline fairly frequently and their customer service is not responsive.

Kommentare: Makes the job fun to talk with people fast

Vorteile:

Easy to use and send messages back we get many message this way less time On the phone

Nachteile:

Not sure as of now I see it to be fun works for me

TextUs right from some, not all

Kommentare: I think it’s an easy platform to use but it is not something I would use for my day to day mass messaging.

Vorteile:

I like that TextUs integrates with our ATS easily and that it is fairly simply.

Nachteile:

TextUs is a separate text only line and a lot content recipients view the messages as spam.

Good App to use

Kommentare: Overall, it was a good experience when I needed a quick number to use when connecting with people I didn't know.

Vorteile:

I like that I had the same texting and calling capabilities as I do with my regular phone.

Nachteile:

I didn't like that I couldn't send long form video or that sometimes on wifi, I couldn't get great reception.

Great Way To Reach Customers

Kommentare: We found this by chance, and we have been pleased with it. Even when we have to resend a text. This is very important because sometimes people prefer to be contacted via text rather than a call for whatever reason and this allows us to do so.

Vorteile:

This is the newest texting outlet that we use to contact some of our customers. For some reason unknown to me, this actually reaches some customers that our other text software doesn't. This has made it very easy for us in this tech world that we live in.

Nachteile:

There were a couple of times that a text had to be sent out a couple of times before a customer actually received it.

Good for uploading lists but functionality is limited

Kommentare: This was okay for my first texting company but I think there are better options out there.

Vorteile:

TextUs was great on the initial set up. I was able to upload my contacts to create our lists.

Nachteile:

When I went to renew, the cost was a substantial increase and I found different services that offered more options for cheaper.

Effective & easy product for recruiting in the staffing industry & Tech Support is ALWAYS helpful

Vorteile:

The text blasts - Accessing so many people at 1 time. Customer Service - They are always available really quickly through a chat feature and guide me on how to fix an issue OR answer a simple question. They're also really friendly. Features - scheduling texts for the future, personalizing messages in blasts to include first name of contact, analytics to review it's effectiveness. Just awesome.

Nachteile:

I can't write more than 140 characters in a text blast and the personalized first name feature takes up 22 of those characters. Sending too many blasts in 1 day or at a time delays our messages from being received immediately, but that may have to do more with the cell phone providers than textus.

TextUs is a fabulous tool!

Kommentare: TextUs was able to quickly adapt to the way my teammates and I reach out to people, and mesh their system with our existing database. The customer service is top notch - responses are immediate to any concern, and generally they have a solution to problems within moments.

Vorteile:

I love the convenience of being able to text using my computer keyboard and having that connect directly with our database. I don't have to waste time copying and pasting my communication notes - TextUs auto-populates my communication in database notes whenever I use it!

Nachteile:

I'd love it if there were a way to combine individual texts into a single "conversation note" in my database.

Game Changer

Kommentare: Identifying text-able numbers and engaging with candidates in their preferred method has increased our candidate satisfaction and retention. The ease of the platform's use has also made training efficient with tutorials and examples abundant for end-users to educate themselves on best practice, tips and tools to help them reach their sales goals.

Vorteile:

The support team is, by far and away, one of the best I've encountered when developing our tech stack. They are always prompt and communicative, no matter which representative you get! We've been working with the new TextUs Next platform since January and could not be happier with our results. Our scalability and volume have never been greater and TextUs has been an integral part in facilitating more responsive, customer-centric communication. The ease of deployment for one or several users is just a quick support chat away. Could not be happier with the product and what is has done for our business.

Nachteile:

The development of 'groups' could stand a bit more attention to facilitate an easier end-user experience. However, this is a VERY minute detail for a newer development of the platform. Like everything else with TextUs, it will only get better with time!

Just scratching the surface

Kommentare: It has been great. We truly are happy.

Vorteile:

The integration with our ATS is crucial. We use JobDiva and it seems to be working better than other services we have used.

Nachteile:

We have occasionally texts that are sent by one employee, but tracked under another employee.

TextUs is a game changer

Kommentare: Phone tag - everyone hates it - with TextUs, it's great to be able to send someone a text to coordinate a good time to chat. We use a text in combination with your standard voicemail and find that people reach back out via text so much more quickly.

Vorteile:

Textus is a great way to get a hold of people so much faster, nowadays people prefer to text for quick items that can easily be addressed in a text. I like that you are able to use your business line instead of personal cell phone. The ease of being able to create templates is great for messages that you send often. The app is great as well to be able to keep texting consistent with your business line. It syncs with our software and automatically documents the text exchange in our system.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app is a little bit glitchy, and I wish there were a way to put an away message on from the app, but overall a very positive experience.

Great Product, Great Service

Vorteile:

TextUs is extremely user friendly. Their customer support is one of the best I have ever seen. I love that you can create templates. My job has a lot of similar responses coming from the people I text so it is super convenient to have the templates to save me time when needed.

Nachteile:

They are constantly improving their product, which occasionally will create bugs and slow down loading times, but they are always aware and have a link that displays if there are any known system issues they are having and will update you on the status of the issues.

TextUs a better way to connect

Vorteile:

Very helpful in connecting to candidates. Another method to connect outside of calling and emails.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it takes time to load and send message to candidates.

Effective and great Customer Service

Kommentare: Great experience. Anytime we had any issues a team was always there to help out as well.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, great results, and very helpful staff all around.

Nachteile:

The intigration for our software plateform was a little rough at first but all the kinks were worked out.

I love TextUs!

Kommentare: Using Textus has made it a lot easier to communicate with our associates, especially younger generations that cherish texting rather than calling.

Vorteile:

I love that it is easy to use and opens up communication in a way that many other offices don't have access too.

Nachteile:

My least favorite thing about textus is the app. It could use a little work to make it more functional. I frequently have to open textus in my phone's browser to do things I need to do because I can't do them on the app.

So effective because you can be sure the message is getting through immediately!

Kommentare: Immediate notifications to whomever you are trying to reach that INCLUDE a date/timestamp with delivery notification.

Vorteile:

I love the fact that you do not have to wait until a contact checks their voicemail or email to get the information and/or inquiry and they can respond at their leisure. Love it!!

Nachteile:

Only thing that would make it even better is if they could attach a document but it is still the most valuable tool provided to do my job!

Great platform to text from

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, great way to talk through texting from my PC.

Nachteile:

Finicky on getting text in a timely manner. didnt work well with group messages.

Game changer

Easy to use, increases productivity. This allows you to reach out to others without the hassle of trying to just do it by your phone.

Nachteile:

I find no cons with this product and it's software

It's so easy!

Kommentare: We had about 70 job openings and we were able to reach out to a few hundred people at one time by using the text 'em all. This is a very effective way to reach out.

Vorteile:

I like how easy and efficient it is to use. I can also reach out to just one person or 100s of my associates about job openings.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything I do not like about TextUs at this time.

Great Customer Support

Vorteile:

I'm not an every day user but I support those who do and they always have good feedback about using the product. Since I'm an admin, I mostly deal with their customer support team which has been nothing short of stellar.

Nachteile:

Nothing comes to mind in the time we've been using this product.

TextUS

Kommentare: It's a cool feature we are able to use on our PC for work.

Vorteile:

I like that you can use this program just like a normal cell phone and text out mass group texts, or individuals at a time.

Nachteile:

Multiple branches in our company use this program and unfortunately we are only able to login for one branch at a time. It'd be cool to have multiple accounts up at the same time so we don't have to login/logout/log back in to see if we missed any messages.

User Friendly Platform

Vorteile:

TextUs such an easy to use platform that allows us to efficiently communicate with our our team and potential prospects.

Nachteile:

Wish TextUs could integrate with other platforms (eRSP - our operations system)

TextUs is simple to learn, and easy to use.

Vorteile:

I enjoy being able to use the app, or a web browser to access my messages. This allows multiple users to respond to messages at the same time.

Nachteile:

There is no ability to create multiple inboxes or folders in which to organize messages. This makes it difficult to keep track of messages.
