Vorteile:

Prozesse automatisieren per Drag&Drop. Wenig manuelles Eingreifen in den Code. Gute Möglichkeiten, Daten, Connections, etc. weiterzuverwenden.

Nachteile:

Die vielen Möglichkeiten sind manchmal ein wenig verwirrend. Die grafische Oberfläche ist manchmal etwas verwirrend.

One of the best Marketing automation hubs

Vorteile:

Tools usually don't have native integrations with each other.Make.com is your best friend in these cases. You can easily set up conections between tools and do all kinds of workflow management stuff (Branches, routers, filters, transform data etc).Usually tools have an integration with make but, if you don't have it, you can always use the API.

Nachteile:

It can become expensive because you pay per each operation that runs

Make: it sped up my development significantly. It's a user-friendly tool offering endless opportunities for automation and data processing

Kommentare: I started using Make recently to get data from a client's server through webhook, and then automate all the data processing, saving, and connection with other apps. I did in 2 hours what I imagined would have taken me 1 month. It's crazy easy to setup

Vorteile:

I love the fact that you can connect to any other tool to get data, and the webhooks setup is extremely simple. There is an almost endless amount of compatible apps that you can connect to and the workflows are easy to setup. Also, the benefit for startups makes it a really attractive deal for founders who are starting on a budget

Nachteile:

Make is a great connector and automation tool, but it's just that. It's just a tool in your quiver, and you have to have active accounts on all the other platforms. it'd be great to not having to deal with it, maybe with an Oauth or similiar.

Good value in case of simple flows.

Kommentare: Overall, integrating this with a custom developed platform was a painful process.
It is an excellent tool for small to medium businesses that need to automate light processes (like requesting feedback after an order was placed, or autoreplying); but it falls short when it is needed for integrating with other custom APIs; as an example: a JSON schema cannot be defined upfront, it can only be inferred from an actual endpoint call - meaning that the model that Make suggest, may not reflect the actual response that will be received in various scenarios.
The model definitions, are stored in a data store (which is also part of the platform), but the data store is extremely limited in terms of what it can store vs cost; so for custom solutions the costs will increase rapidly.

Vorteile:

It provides a friendly and easy-to-use interface for defining and maintaining simple flows - these are called scenarios and they are comprised of tasks. It has connectivity with a wide range of services (pretty much all mainstream social apps, chat apps and email apps) The interface also allows you to see the general status of the execution, along with stats like number of running instances and an overview of completed/ failed scenarios. Also, the fact that this is provided as a SaaS solution made it appealing from a setup & configuration point of view.

Nachteile:

It is lightweight, meaning that anything above defining a simple flow that sends messages to a number of persons is extremely hard to implement. Although it has support for JSON or for calling web APIs, this is cumbersome, even for a technical user. In a similar fasion, it comes with the ability to define webhooks, but these are generally focused on mainstream social media platforms. Additionally, the active scenarios overview is extremely light, it does not give information about the actual tasks, only about the scenario itself - at times, this made it hard for the business users to determine what had gone wrong.

Since I’m Bootstrapping My Businesses To Success, I Was Quickly Looking For An Alternative Tool To Zapier, Make Was My Choice. However I Soon Realized, Make Is NOT AN ALTERNATIVE TO ZAPIER. Make Should Go Hand in Hand W/ Zapier. Using Both Tools Can Automate Your Workflows & Get Your Objectives Done, Leaving The Most Valuable & Priceless Thing That You’ve Been Wanting : Time That You Can’t Buy Back. I Least Liked The Limit on Make Of The Free Tier! Only Because I Think If Other People Were Able To Experience More of What Make Can Do Without Being Pushed To Buy Access To The Product, That It Would Sell Itself.

Great API management and connection platform

Kommentare: Overall extremely satisfied. It is one of the cheapest options for our company. It is also very versatile, as it allows to build custom apps, which is made easy by good building interface.

Vorteile:

It has a lot of preset applications ready for use such as Shopify, FreeAgent, Excel, Google Sheets, etc. Once you understand the layout it's very easy to work with.

Nachteile:

It requires a weekly authentication for google accounts, which must be done manually. Also, the google connection setup is more complicated compared to the alternative platforms like Zapier.

Great tool to start and grow

Kommentare: I am very grateful for Makes existence.

Vorteile:

No-code are great when it is easy to start with them but you can learn and grow with them without hitting a ceiling too early. Make fulfills this.

Nachteile:

To be honest, nothing really comes to mind right now.

If you think in terms of business integration, then Make is unavoidable

Kommentare: Great, we have around 40+ scenarios running that make sure our data is on all the correct places at all time.

Vorteile:

Easy to create your flows, connect the different apps and handle errors.

Nachteile:

Support has been slow in replying when something is not working or I'm not really sure if I'm doing it correctly.

Automations MADE easy with Make

Kommentare: Essential piece of kit for our Ai Automations Agency that just works. Connecting things that fire upon triggers is a life saver and increases productivity

Vorteile:

The automation of set and leave for a lot of our daily processes and the ability to connect so many APIs

Nachteile:

Not a lot to complain about but maybe advanced pricing options for different levels of usage than already exist

Beautiful workflows but beware of pricing

Kommentare: I'm constantly on the lookout for another tool that can replace make due to the cons listed, but try as I may there are none that can do all the things that Make can do.

Vorteile:

Love the ability to route multiple inputs to multiple outputs. Has a very intuitive visual flow which I wish more products would adopt.

Nachteile:

Billing, apples to apples more expensive than other products in the space. Charges for all operations.Custom code not well documented. Even the most basic things take some research.Navigation not exactly great with data tables being located in the main menu and you'd want to have them in flows. Also seems very stingy with storage allocations.

Upgrade you data integration

Kommentare: For us, this integration with google docs or Microsoft Word Templates is one of the most powerfull tools that we found in MAKE

Vorteile:

We work with airtable, using it as a CRM and as a ERP. IT saves as a lot of time. Whe I discover MAKE it was another upgrade, now we are implementing solution to autogenerate monthly and annual reports for each departament of our business. For

Nachteile:

It would be amazing integration with wetransfer. We need, many times to send very big size files. With that integration we can save another bunch of manual time

I Miss Integromat

Kommentare: Integromat was an awesome company, a very usable platform with great customer support and documentation. Once it became Make, they lost the great customer support and documentation. The API is still very user friendly, but if anything goes wrong, don't expect to get any answers any time soon.

Vorteile:

This platform is super user friendly for those that aren't familiar with coding, and has a ton of features available.

Nachteile:

The customer support is terrible. Prior to becoming "Make", when you submitted a ticket with them, they got back to you in a few hours, a day or two at most. Make customer support takes days to get back to you, and in my experience, rarely is any help at all. Additionally, the name is terrible. It's impossible to search the internet for help topics when the company's name is Make, it just delivers how to's on creating things, not help with the issue at hand. Just absolutely terrible naming decision.

Is Integromat 'the glue on the internet' as they claim to be?

Kommentare: This is by far the best program in the market in my experience. I usually start with HTTP Requests, or Webhooks and the result is magic. I can root scenarios, putting conditions, it's math funtions, text functions and more in a very relaxing UI. And, Relaxing UI, means hard to get asleep, more time to work, more efficient results, time saving.

Vorteile:

Their friendly visual interface is the first thing that will attract your attention, and much easier than any other program in the market (to my knowledge). Many important features, that may seem unimportant at first sight, but critically useful in practice. Error handling, filters, and more, really working with Integromat is like playing a mind game, rather relaxing you. I often do scenarios for my self, just to test functionalities etc. Many apps covering and growing really very fast, as Integromat team takes their business very seriously. There's a 'semi interactive' page with customers requests, and they really implementing what customers ask. WEBHOOKS, XML/JSON PARSE, GET, POST, HTTP, SOAP... Smart Scheduling, and a flexible plan with reasonable prices, generally all the package is really attractive. Once their site was down due to a DDoS attack, but the Bots were running unaffected. The very plus that I want to highlight is that, it's a very able team caring very much about their application and that's obvious in many details.

Nachteile:

There is no LINK to the applications they work with. For example, I browse through apps and see "BulkGate". By name, it looks like an app perhaps useful to me but where's their website? Nowhere they give their link. There is no Javascript Cloud, and that's a really major problem. Minor bugs in functionality, for example in WordPress posting but they're usually solving very fast. The organisational platform need improvement as it's limited only in folders. You start a new scenario, first you have to save it in 'bulk' then to find it and then to move it to the folder you want. Anyway these are minor problems and I believe they're going to fix, the Java Cloud would be a very big improvement if they will include it, as several projects need to run Java in the middle of the scenario. Some other times, after XML or JSON parsing, is giving output but that is not passed to the next module.

The most powerful automation tool you can find, with a user-friendly interface

Kommentare: Make has become a vital tool for our fast-growing company. I would advise anyone to give it a try if you have any manual tasks you want to automate.

Vorteile:

I have been using Integromat / Make for over 2 years and I can't get enough of it. It was a game-changer when I joined an early-stage startup as it allowed us to automate all the manual workflows (involving lots of copy-pasting, file organizing and API calls) and therefore achieve more with our limited resources. I work in Customer Success and Make allows us to provide more and better services to our customer base, without relying on the Tech team. The community is amazing, you'll always find someone to help you.

Nachteile:

The support is really bad, you have to rely 100% on user communities. The documentation is also bad, you have to guess how some modules work and/or find user-made documentation. Therefore the learning curve is a bit steep. I am not a fan of their communication overall, I hated the migration process from Integromat to Make although they try to sell it to you as an awesome experience. From a user perspective, Make is not that much better than Integromat. To sum it up : I love the product but customer service has room for improvement :)

Powerful automation app

Kommentare: I started using integromat for more complicated things that I couldn't automate easily with zapier. I've now moved all my automations to integromat as it is far superior to anything else on the market.

Vorteile:

Integromat packs a punch when it comes to automating your business or personal tasks. The scenario builder, which allows you to visually build multiple routes with filters, is top notch. I use the app daily for me and my clients. Whenever I get stuck, I reach out to their support and they always amaze me with their fast responses and helpful advice. Their support makes this app, which can be a little confusing, very user friendly and easy to use.

Nachteile:

Integromat is not designed for the everyday user. It is an advanced level automation app that does take some getting used to, and requires coding knowledge. I really wish they had more 'human shorthand' to simplify some things such as formatting dates, times etc, such as appending '+2h' to a time to add two hours, like zapier does. This would speed up and simplify making some scenarios. I've also found a few of their help docs are a little sparse and I wish there was more detailed documentation available. The trade off of needing to code certain data is that you truly can manipulate it anyway you want - if you know how to write the code to do it. And the shortfall in documentation is made up with their stellar support. Testing is another issue, as you cannot easily test scenarios, or re-run data through them. This is a known issue and I'm sure integromat are working on it already.

Automation made easy and cheap

Vorteile:

Ease of use and Learning curve. Is so easy to learn, understand and implement. Price. Perfect for testing ideas and after implemented.

Nachteile:

Maybe need more documentation or use cases as examples, but this will be covered day by day because will be more users.

Critical for our recruiting

Kommentare: We use it for connecting our recruiting tools with our HRIS, and each other.

Vorteile:

It bridges the gap between our ATS and our HRIS. It also connects our other recruiting tools including texting and assessments.

Nachteile:

It's not the easiest to understand if you are not in it constantly.

Quickly gets you into high pricing range

Kommentare: While implementing a new process structure and integrating automations in our work flow management we worked with a specialized consultancy that recommended us using make for the workflow management. While the solution is a great add on for surely a huge amount of use cases it wasn't the right one for ours as it increased the complexity and especially the monthly pricing. Working with SmartSuite we actually now prefer using the integrated features.

Vorteile:

- creating processes with different Automations and integrations - nice user interface (clear process overview in a easy to read graphical manner that allows also non-technical users to understand the workflows happening)

Nachteile:

- high risk of expensive monthly fee structure

Good & flexible platform

Kommentare: I was looking for a platform that would connect to AirCall. There aren’t so many out there, at least not so many that would mean the quick solution I was looking for (needed raw data of the calls for customised reporting).

Vorteile:

Definitely the pro is the pricing. You have the possibility to select a plan based on the operations you estimate to use monthly. And there are a lot of options (eg. 10k, 20k, 40k etc.) - not jumping from 10k to 50k and then to 200k as I’ve seen on other platforms.

Nachteile:

I recall the setup was not the easiest, took me a bit of time. It was not rocket science looking back, but I have seen more intuitive.

Useable

Kommentare: This will be a great product if used as it was developed, we used it as band aid and whilst it worked it was never going to be a permanent fitting.

Vorteile:

We used MAKE to integrate an old PHP site to a Merchant site and needed web hooks etc. The product is relatively easy to work with considering we do not have an in house tech/dev team.

Nachteile:

MAKE did what we wanted it to do in the short term but it has since been removed as it was just another layer to support.

Powerful and visually pleasing automation tool

Kommentare: This is a versatile platform for automating simple or complex workflows in a secure, elegant and uncomplicated way.

Vorteile:

The visualization it provides of the creation of workflows is very nice. I really like the drag and drop tool that makes it easy to connect applications. It greatly minimizes data loss and avoids errors. The no-code automation it offers, allows the construction of workflows in a simple way. With this platform, repetitive tasks are automated with great simplicity and efficiency.

Nachteile:

I found nothing to dislike, it has a very useful and versatile set of capabilities.

Quite complicated to set up and sometimes super confusing as things do not match upFor example when connecting Asana the names of various tasks are different than in Asana, etc
