Vorteile:
It is well designed for the purpose intended. That is Utilities . We use for water billings and it is well designed and it has served our purpose. I had no ms Navision skills but i managed to install and customise it for our business. Though i have not used it for other capabilities like warehouse inventory management, i believe it is a great software platform which we shall adapt for better business assurance and billing. We have been using for almost a year now but still at it
Nachteile:
It is bit technical and requires someone with good ms skills and computing

Kommentare: Using this tool helped with Billing & Invoicing as well as subscription billing which it never over charged.

It has features that are easy to customize and is easy to implement

No dislike, it was of great help to our business

The downside of being customisable is that you have to write your own manual for the customisation!

Thank you Fergal for your review. I can only agree with comment, and Cons are also right- as customization's are very specific and usually made for just one company there is lack of documentations and it has to be created additionally, We can do it or client can do it.

Very easy to use, functional design. Easy to add meters, clients. Flexible billing options based on groups of customers, meters.
Nachteile:
More customizable dashboard so i can attach frequently used function shortcuts for quick access.
