Simple and reliable T&A for Nursing Homes

Kommentare: Very good, its one of those applications that don't need a lot of attention when it comes to maintenance.

Vorteile:

Implementation was a breeze with resources helping and project management and user training are all included. Customer Support is very responsive and always delivers resolution quickly.

Nachteile:

not a lot except for the unavailability of the PTO approvals prior to the upgrade, we waited for it for a long time but now it's here!

Kommentare: Time saving features

Vorteile:

Fairly easy to get to where you want to go when making changes and scheduling vacations. easy to get

Nachteile:

Each month is not clearly defined on the schedule. You have to continually remember to look at the tiny box to make sure you are on the right month when scheduling specific requests and is easy to make mistakes. when scheduling a partial absence for an employee. the daily roster and the descrepency report both flip the hours when printed out and show the portion of the shift to be off rather than worked. PPD is incorrect I don't see the point in generating a schedule every month I would like to look at the schedule months ahead without generating one. Be able to have a daily print out that separated all 3 shifts AND title instead of all mixed together. Be able to print a SMALL monthly schedule that has everyones name only but separated by shift then title and an X in the box for scheduled days to work or be able to print a blank one for us schedulers to figure out a schedule. We still have to do a paper one like this when we get new employees or make changes in rotations to be able to plan who works each day, then plug it into your program. Yours is not useful visually for planning. Also daily schedules shifts and title need separated with ROOM enough to write their assignment in

Smartlinx Scheduling and Time & Attendance Software

Kommentare: Went from paper scheduling to cloud based. Employees appreciate seeing their schedules 4 weeks in advance.

Vorteile:

Fairly easy to learn how to use. In depth training provided. Very customizable to our needs. Cloud based. CMS payroll based journal reporting very helpful.

Nachteile:

When using Ad-Hoc reports. would like to be able to summarize transactions for each employee based on the time period selected. If we need to know hours worked for one employee for five pay periods, it would be helpful to have an option to see results with just the total instead of hours listed for each pay period.

Love how T&A communicates with Scheduling - LOVE the text feature

Nachteile:

Not the best at calculating PBJ for CMS - had some issues that cost money and star ratings.

Kommentare: Lots of billing issues that were not quickly managed or explained. Sales rep was pretty unresponsive in comparison to the rest of the team we interacted with.

Vorteile:

Timesheet and payroll easy to use by administrators and employees. Customer services and implementation team has been great. Full service is great that it is all thru one company.

Nachteile:

Implementation was much more complex that expected and end result still was full of errors on first payroll. Some changes can only be made on the back end.
