Vorteile:

Alle Funktionen sind gut beschrieben und auffindbar. Landingpages lassen sich sehr einfach erstellen. Man kann sich gesamte Kampagnen von der KI vorschlagen lassen und erhält dann vorgefertigte Bestandteile.

Nachteile:

Ich bin auf die Schwierigkeit gestoßen, dass GetResponse verlangt hat, die Nameserver vom Domain-Hoster auf GetResponse zu übertragen. Dies hatte zur Folge, dass die eMail-Konten der Domain weg waren. Man kann dann zwar unter GetResponse die eMail-Konten wieder einrichten, allerdings gibt es kein integriertes eMail-Portal. Die eMail-Funktion ist rein auf die Kampagnen bezogen, demnach erhält man Rückantworten der eMail-Empfänger auch nur auf die eigene Kampagnen-eMail. Es gibt keine allgemeine Inbox. Das Problem konnte dadurch gelöst werden, dass nur Subdomains vom Hoster mit GetResponse verknüpft wurden. Somit verbleibt die Hauptdomain und das eMail-Hosting beim ursprünglichen Hoster.

Für mich zu unübersichtlich

Kommentare: Die Funktionalität ist sicherlich sehr groß, allerdings hat es für mich Zuviel Zeit gebraucht mich ausgiebig mit jedem Thema zu beschäftigen. Es war wenig intuitiv und die Erklärvideos meist nur bedingt hilfreich.
Für Profis die sich den ganzen Tag mit dem Tool beschäftigen ist es bestimmt super. Für mich als Einzelunternehmer braucht es zu viel zeit alle Funktionen zu ergründen und dann zu nutzen

Vorteile:

Einfache Anbindung an externe tools und einfache umsetzung der Opt in Mails

Nachteile:

Zwei völlig verschiedene Builder für Landingpages und Homepages. Warum ? Das fand ich sehr störend.

Völlig ausreichend für unsere Zwecke

Vorteile:

Mittlerweile gibt es eine gute Reporting Funktion, Vorlagen lassen sich schnell anlegen und nutzen. Große Bibliothek an MailVorlagen zur Personalisierung. Gute Kundenbetreuung

Nachteile:

Es gibt Funktionen im E-Mail Marketing, die ich als Standard für einen Provider erwarten würde. Hier und da kleine Stolpersteine.

Hat mit der Automatisierung nicht gereicht

Kommentare: Leider konnte das Tool mit der Automatisierung der Konkurrenz nicht mithalten. Im Grundsatz ein gutes Angebot, auf den ersten Blick. Mussten dann auf ein anderes Tool umstellen.
Bei der Kündigung hat man diese jedoch bei Getresponse nicht erhalten und den Folgemonat trotzdem verrechnet. Ein Mitarbeiter meinte, das sei kein Problem, man erstatte dies zurück, wegen 2 Tagen. Die Bestätigung kam dann, dass es keine Rückerstattung geben kann. Nicht gerade kundenfreundlich und daher nicht zu empfehlen.

Vorteile:

Angebot mit vielen Features, leider nicht so ausgereift wie erwartet.

Nachteile:

Kundenservice und Einschränkung bei der Nutzung

E-Mail Marketing einfach und effektiv

Vorteile:

GetResponse ist eine Software, die E-Mail-Marketing einfach macht. Es gibt auch eine kostenlose Möglichkeit, diese Software zu nutzen. GetResponse ist eine großartige Wahl für Unternehmen aller Größen, die nach einer einfachen Möglichkeit suchen, ihr E-Mail-Marketing zu verbessern.

Nachteile:

Die kostenlose Variante ist ausreichend für bis zu 2.500 Newsletter pro Monat und 500 Kontakte pro Monat. Für ein monatliches Abonnement finde ich die Kosten etwas hoch.

The thing I like most about Get response is, it's an online tool for automation & email marketing. It help my business engage with my audience.

There was not a anything I didn't like about Get response. It was user friendly and easy to use.

The advantage that I like about Get Response is that it has super complete email marketing platform features. Get Response has provided you from the start with your needs as a digital marketer, including creating landing pages, websites, email campaigns, list building databases, email campaign automation, artificial intelligence and others. The product is also very easy to use, very user friendly, looks simple and simple, so it is very easy for this software to integrate with all my business needs.

Nachteile:

the price is quite decent, tools that are still too rigid in drag and drop in making landing pages or websites

BAD EXPERIENCE AS AN AFFILIATE: COMMISSIONS NOT PAID

Kommentare: I have been their customer long ago and tried to start being their affiliate, inspired by some marketers online. I referred a friend of mine as a test, and commissions initially were paid. Then, WITHOUT any prior notice, they simply stopped paying commissions, they deleted the customer from my referral panel BUT they still charged her, and she is still their customer. So I reached out the support for an explanation: initially, after days of investigation, they replied that the customer still existed and commissions were pending, which was false. After posting screenshots of my panel which clearly displays ZERO customer and commissions, and waiting other WEEKS for an answer, they replied that there was a violation of the terms: "The Affiliate is not entitled to the Commission for the purchases of the Service through their own referral link". Which, again is COMPLETELY FALSE: the customer is a friend of mine, with her credit card, her company, her name and surname and she is a different person and entity and she has not used anything (nor mail, credit card etc) related to me. It seems a tricky way to not pay a tiny commission and respond with weeks of "investigation" delaying which at the endpoint resulted in a false accusation. UPDATE After multiple attempts, and even the customer wrote to them that she is a different person, with HER COMPANY, and using HER DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD, they refused to pay the commission, claiming that they have "other evidence" of something not specified (I hope that they understood that we are not the same person at least). It seems a hideous attempt to not pay a commission leveraging false accusations and claims. No matter what proof we bring (even if the customer has a registered company), they refuse to pay and they answer AFTER DAYS.

Nachteile:

Lack of support and lack of evidences they carry to not pay commissions

Best for monitoring messages

Kommentare: It is helpful for a business owners like me as it can be use to monitor messages and can offers multi task options. Every businesses even if its small or big can profit to this app.

Vorteile:

It is a good application. Efficient tool to use and good for monitoring messages.

Nachteile:

It is sometimes buggy and it is a little bit pricey compare to other applications.

Email Marketing made simple

Vorteile:

GetResponse helps me to create custom cold mailing templates for email lists to outsource network security tools to clients in bulk. Also, auto responder feature helps me to send custom responses seamlessly. I've been a part of its affiliate program and the best part is it's recurring commission to affiliates.

Nachteile:

It is quite expensive to start with if you have to send to bulk audience of over 5000.

GetResponse is a good option for e-mail marketing

Vorteile:

I like the functionality of their lead capture and the templates for e-mail marketing.

Nachteile:

I've mad major deliverability problems in the past and also when they make changes the "legacy" forms or e-mails you have created are hard to continue to use. Customer service is okay, but not great.

My Experience With Get Response

Kommentare: I liked the fact it has the option of paid ads creator as well as tracking everything with analytics & contact management.
Its easy to create amazing emails.
It has AI powered tools.

Vorteile:

Get Response offers a website & landing page builder. Its free to use for the first 30 days. I liked the autoresponder. Get Response has a mobile app.

Nachteile:

For me automations are very limited. Its not user friendly. More advanced features are only available for higher paid plans.

Fraudulent Company

Kommentare: Horrible. We will need to take legal action against them.

Vorteile:

Get response seemed to do the job we needed.

Nachteile:

They fraudulently charged my credit card for 30,000 contacts when there were only 5 contacts the emails could be sent to and there customer service team stopped responding.

Ok Software

Kommentare: Very average compared to other market software.

Vorteile:

Mass emailing and very visual when using the software.

Nachteile:

Very difficult to set up and use daily with ease. Better products

Easy and basic all-in-one option

Kommentare: Overall, it’s okay for someone just getting started who wants a low cost option.

Vorteile:

This is a low cost email and landing page option for micro businesses. You obviously get more plan features at higher subscriptions but the basic plan is still pretty valuable for the cost.

Nachteile:

Removed contacts should not count toward subscription limits since you pay for more subscribers.

Good for bloggers

Kommentare: Good for small bloggers and who’s building the email list, for bigger email lists, the only downside I had was the no option to downgrade my plan to free after I tested the paid one.

Vorteile:

Was really easy to use and they have a good free plan, really good for who has a small email list

Nachteile:

When I upgraded from the free plan I realized that I didn’t needed yet the upgrade and wanted to go back as my list size could still fit in the free plan, so I tried to go back and they said I couldn’t but didn’t really worth for me to stay in the next level plan when I was still building my email list. Because of that I needed to cancel my account

If you want great expericne in email marketing then use GetResponse!

The two things I loved the most about GetResponse is 1- The design and how easy to use and how highly functional.2- Their customer service around the clock is unparalleled.Whenever I needed technical help with my email automation or anything else in the system, I would get immediate help from GetResponse with the highest customer service satisfaction.

Nachteile:

The pricing! It is a bit too expensive to use email automation, especially if you're at the beginning of your online business journey. However, I still highly recommend it, especially if you are already making high profits from your business, because it's the best software for email marketing, in my opinion and experience. It makes your work so much easier.
