Kuebix TMS Erfahrungen

So easy to use!

Kommentare: I always knew what carriers I had the best rates with but with Kuebix I have found that some carriers have really good prices and or quicker service for certain lanes, being able to see that with one click and on one screen is really helpful and time saving.

Vorteile:

Love the software, all my carriers on one screen, the interface is very easy to use.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a way to go from a rate quote into a shipment without starting over.

Kuebix TMS

Vorteile:

Easy to use, searching Hazmat items is intuitive, ability to save previous SKUs is a lifesaver

Nachteile:

Hard to track shipments, usually have to call customer service and it takes awhile

Not yet a complete TMS tool

Kommentare: The system as a whole is clunky and feels like an unfinished product.

Vorteile:

Kuebix was pretty easy to navigate and book shipments. The customer support is very responsive and willing to help if possible. It is built on the Salesforce platform, which means the reporting can be customized to fit your company's analytical needs.

Nachteile:

The shipment tracking was incredibly unreliable. Sometimes shipments would have already been processed through our facility and onto the final destination, but Kuebix still said it was waiting to be picked up from the origin. It is not very broker friendly. There was not an efficient way to set up the BOLs for 3rd party billing when tendering a shipment to a broker. If one user created a report, other users could not access it without reaching out to customer support and having them recreate the report under a shared folder. Certain fields, such as the PO field, can not be edited once booked. So if your team must update data within the shipment, certain fields that should always be accessible for edits were locked for the users.

Kuebix User

Kommentare: Good to use for for shipping, for freight quotes, and for invoicing.

Vorteile:

Ever since i started using Kuebix, my job life became flexible and a time saver. Kuebix software is very easy to use. Very accurate when obtaining quotes, freight organization, and keeping track with carriers. Everything in Kuebix is already given when shipping LTL or FTL.

Nachteile:

There are some freight accounts that cannot be input into Kuebix . I've tried to add FedEx as one of my carries but no luck.

Big help in comparing freight quotes

Kommentare: I think Keubix has been an overall win for me. It has greatly reduced the amount of time that I spend pulling and comparing freight quotes. I am generally involved in multiple projects at once so that times savings is extremely valuable. The process of generating pickups, Bills of Lading and pallet labels is also pretty seamless which is another time saver. I use the free version of Kuebix so being able to pick up so many efficiencies for not cost is a no brainer.

Vorteile:

I like that I can compare freight quotes from all of my LTL carriers by only entering the shipment details once. That has saved me countless hours of extra work.

Nachteile:

I do not care for the way the blind shipment process works or how the address book seems to be a bit on the hidden side.

Kuebix TMS

Kommentare: Bottom line, the Kuebix TMS has saved me tons of time and it's very simple and easy to understand and use. It literally took me 15 mins to be up and running on it and I had never used a TMS before this.
And.....the version I use is "FREE".

Vorteile:

The best feature for my scope of business is having everything I need in one place in order to process my daily shipments. Once you establish your database of ship to locations, it is incredibly simple to process a BOL, dispatch, and print. I do not use the Pro version as it's not necessary for my business model. I believe it offers accounting tools that I do not need.

Nachteile:

The least liked feature is not being able to update/revise a BOL once it's been processed. It's possible there is a way but I haven't taken the time to contact customer service. I simply unbook the BOL, delete and start over. It takes no time to do this.

I love Kuebix! It saves time, it's easy to use, and the free version does everything I need it to.

Vorteile:

I can compare rates across different carriers for the same shipment on one site, versus going to each carriers individual site and quoting the same shipment.

Nachteile:

Some pick up requests have to be scheduled through the carrier's site. Those shipments have to be manually removed from the Kuebix "Booked Not Picked Up" list. The disclaimer for some carriers regarding accessorial options should be visible without having to hover the mouse over "Disclaimer". There is no obvious way to delete Saved Shipments.

Gives me the quote for all the LTL company. I can print the BOL and get a pick up done all at ones. It is great for small business.

Nachteile:

where can I start. Nothing I can say about this software on the Cons side. We like the easy to use software.

Kuebix

Kommentare: I love being able to use one soft ware to get all of my quotes. It frees up a lot of time for me.

Vorteile:

I love that Kuebix is user friendly. Support gets back to you very quickly with answers to your questions. I like that there is a "free" version because the company does not want to purchase soft ware right now.

Nachteile:

I wish that I could run reports, I believe that is part of the purchase package. I would like to be able to ship to Puerto Rico and Canada from Kuebix, right now it is not set up for that.

Fast and easy TMS

Kommentare: Kuebix is an oustanding TMS. It is a time saver for anyone using multiple LTL carriers.

Vorteile:

It kept all of my pricing for LTL in one location

Nachteile:

LTL audit was tough to do. If you search by PRO it would pause to search with each number entered instead of allowing you to key the entire number

All your freight needs in one platform

Kommentare: Overall this is a great platform for any businesse that ships via freight. It allows you to have all your freight companies in one platform so you can save time on your shipments

Vorteile:

Before we started using kuebix. We had to go to each freight website to handle each freight and pick up as well as quotes but now that is over so we can focus our time in more important issues

Nachteile:

Sometimes it does not give you a pick up number so we have to go into each freight website to do pick up

TIME SAVER

Kommentare: AGAIN, THIS IS THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE WAY TO MAKE MY JOB SO MUCH EASIER.

LOGISTICS IS A RAPID GROWING, FAST PACED BUSINESS AND KUEBIX CUTS THE TIME IT TAKES SEARCHING INDIVIDUAL CARRIER SITES FOR QUOTES. KUEBIX SAVE ME HOURS OF VALUABLE TIME.

Nachteile:

I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANYTHING NEGATIVE I CAN SAY ABOUT KUEBIX. IF ANYTHING, IT CAN BE SLOW AT TIMES.

Nachteile:

if i make a mistake on the bol i need to unbook, correct it then book it again. if im comparing rates i need to put all the info again when filling the BOL out.

My job made easy with Kuebix

Kommentare: Before Kuebix, I was logging into each of my accounts with my carriers and getting my pricing that way. It was a very long and exhausting process. With Kuebix, all carriers are listed and done in one easy step. It saves me a lot of time.

Vorteile:

I LOVE that I can put in a few shipping requirements and with a click of one button I have access to all of my carriers and their pricing. Can't get any easier than that.

Nachteile:

I use the free version. The only thing I wish the free version would do is store my addresses.

The ease of using KUEBIX

Kommentare: Problems have been rare and when they have occurred the "Customer Support team" is always very responsive.

Vorteile:

KUEBIX is a very intuitive, customer friendly, and swift way to get shipping prices.

Nachteile:

Would like to be able to customize for our business.

Kuebix

Kommentare: When I want to know who's going to be the cheapest, I always go to Kuebix. It's quick and easy to see who is the cheapest.

Vorteile:

It's so easy to use. The format is simple, and I love the way it brings the carriers up cheaper to more expensive

Nachteile:

Adding dims should be easier. I don't feel like I get accurate rates by adding dims.

Kuebix saves me at least 10 minutes per shipment. Only had one problem and customer support fixed it

Vorteile:

Easy to use, reduces time checking rates. Info entered only once and both quote and shipping are available.

Nachteile:

When I check pending shipments the confirmation number is not displayed. There is no way to tell if the carrier received the pick up request.

Kuebix - One Stop Shop

Kommentare: Kuebix allows me to see rates from all on my Carriers, saving me time because I don't have to go to every carrier's website and enter all of the same information over and over to see all of my freight options.

Vorteile:

Kuebix is a comprehensive tool for getting the best possible price for shipping freight. It is easy to use and has every possible function available to help you find what you need.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything I dislike about Kuebix.

Fast and straight forward. Easy to choose carriers, and book the shipment, with booking notifications from the carrier

Nachteile:

having to dig to see if its not a direct point.. small red icon shows, but its not on the tab of the carrier prior to choosing them.

Nachteile:

Difficulty trying to third party bill my customer

It's awesome to see all quotes at the same time.

Vorteile:

Being able to compare all the rates at the same time and pick the best fit. I have been able to utilize some shipper that are generally more expensive. Previously I would not run quotes through their system.

Nachteile:

Only thing that comes to mind would be being able to store some thing into the book it page. I use a lot of the same information in all of my shipments and currently have to input it for every shipment. That would be great to have it there already.

Very Easy and a lot of savings.

Vorteile:

One log in with multiple options. We can easily choose from several different carriers and save time.

Nachteile:

Tracking, when managing shipments you have to manually enter the tracking number or you get several "booked but not picked up".

Traffic Manager

Ease of use and ease of understanding. we have had no problems using Kuebix.

Nachteile:

Nothing everything works great for us. we have had not problems using Kuebix.
