Ease of Use
Kommentare: I think FloQast is a great organizational tool for completing monthly close processes in a timely manner. It gets all team members working together to complete tasks that have been assigned.
Vorteile:
FloQast is very easy to navigate. The search selections help to narrow it down to specific companies that I may be focused on at the moment. We have the capabilities of having simple checklist items or reconciliations that need to be added.
Nachteile:
I sometimes think that items show up after I have checked all of my items of. It is possible that I did not have the correct entity selected. I prefer that the Entity or "all entities" stays the same once I have made the selection. I would be able to select all entities and my items and leave it alone.
Floqast Review
Kommentare: Major process, documentation, and communication improvements across my team. Implementation process is fairly easy, with detail spreadsheets you can upload to the system, as well as very helpful staff across the board!
Vorteile:
It makes keeping track of what you need to do and what your team needs to do so easy. Centralized tracking, documentation, etc is invaluable! We've also been using Floqast more and more to help us automate some of our more manual processes and it's been an excellent transition.
Nachteile:
There is nothing I can think of that I would call something I "like least" about Floqast.
Floqast allowed us to efficiently implement a month end close process making review easier
Kommentare: Better insight into our month end close for timeliness and accuracy.
Vorteile:
The pros are ease of use and modification. The website is intuitive to use and has good visuals. The ability to link to our existing process allowed for easy implementation and instruction to our staff. The customer support has also been great with short response times for almost any issue. The FQ team have regularly reached out regarding additional items that could be added to the platform as well.
Nachteile:
One of the cons we have run into is our use of OneDrive but some of our connectivity issues are not attributed to Floqast specifically. The biggest downside for our use of the system has been the inability to separate reviewer and preparer from having something due. If the preparer has not completed the task it is still shown as open for the reviewer. This also affects analytics as a reviewer can't control the timeliness of the preparer in some cases.
Fantastic Close Management Tool
Kommentare: My experience with Floqast has been great. Super useful tool for close and to keep the reconciliation clean. Also helped a lot managing the workload for each of the team members
Vorteile:
I like how easy is to use FloQast. The Sofware keeps all the tasks organized and everyone aligns with the due dates. I like the auto reconciliation feature. It syncs perfectly with our Netsuite system. We use Floqast every day, we also use it to monitor our tasks daily.
Nachteile:
Currently having a small detail issue with the Auto-Rec feature since it is not manually picking from our Netsuite system. I would need to download the TB and upload manually instead of FloQast picking automatically from our Netsuite connection
The Best Tool for Accountants
Kommentare: Overall outstanding experience over the last year of using FloQast. We are more consistent with our checklist sign offs and reconciliations. The insight that management is able to gain from this tool has assisted with identifying efficiencies and adding controls.
Vorteile:
The added efficiency, transparency and controls that FloQast allows for during our close process. We utilize the platform to complete reconciliations and checklist items each month.
Nachteile:
Jumping around to sign off on various reconciliations can be time consuming due to the rec's opening in a new window each time if you are selecting them from the timeline view. I would like to see this change to opening in a pop up within the window.
We Love Floqast
Kommentare: Their customer service is unmatched! We have a quarterly call with our representative in which we can discuss any improvements we may need on our software. I would highly recommend with that in mind!
Vorteile:
I love the fact we can import transactions from our general ledger into Floqast and can reconcile on a daily basis. This allows our whole team to see the reconciliations rather than just having it in an excel sheet. At first, we were a bit skeptical, but since the change we will never go back. The time saved is literally 3+ hours on the workday.
Nachteile:
We are working through any improvements with our Floqast representative. Most of the time it is only issues based on connectivity, we have yet to run into any issues.
Outstanding Month-End Closing Tool
Kommentare: Everyone we've worked with at FloQast has been professional and quick to respond to questions or issues that have come up. We've been very pleased overall!
Vorteile:
I love how we now have a dynamic tool for organizing all of our month-end tasks. No more excel checklists for us! FloQast has allowed us to cut our month-end close time from barely closing by the last day of the month to 15 business days!
Nachteile:
Really my only complaint is not being able to duplicate prepaid items in the AutoRec feature. We have several monthly invoices that are prepaid, so being able to duplicate last month's item and just change the invoice number and dates would be wonderful.

Best Accounting Software
Vorteile:
Floqast is one of the easiest implemented softwares I have ever used.
Nachteile:
There aren't many, but one feature I would like to see is being able to make templates for adding new tasks and reconciliations.

FloQAST with Ease
Kommentare: I am glad to have this platform added to our month end closing process. It is great. The staff is very receptive to our questions and concerns.
Vorteile:
It is very user friendly. The notification emails when reconciliations change is a great feature. It also is a good tracker to prioritize the month end closing.
Nachteile:
I do not have any cons right now. I have been a user for our monthly close process. I hope to use more features on FQ in the future.
Favorite Month-End Close Tool
Vorteile:
FloQast makes it easy to stay on track with our month end close. It is connected to our accounting software and makes reviewing reconciliations seamless. It it also super helpful in making sure we are on track, meeting our deadlines and when needed identify blockers or delays. Overall the interface is very user friendly and it is my favorite month-end collaboration tool ever (have tried two other ones but this is by far the most user friendly one).
Nachteile:
One thing that can definitively improve is Slack integration. Would love to see slack reminders for reconciliations that are due but have not been signed off yet, currently the feature is only available for checklist items.
An upgrade to our month end process

Effective and Efficient
Vorteile:
I love the visibility FloQast offers to our closing process. The interactive dashboard is a great snapshot with filters, making it efficient and effective for viewing progress, and navigating to specific task for review and sign off.
Nachteile:
I honestly have not encountered a con with FloQast!
Can't live without it
Kommentare: It is absolutely obvious this software was designed and built by accountants. The logic behind the product features is so refreshing. And they are continuously coming out with new, innovative features. Consistently improving the product and adding to it. FloQast is not going to rest on it's laurels, they are going to continue to innovate and move with the needs of their customers.

The cost can be prohibitive for smaller clients or non-profits.
FloQast Review
Vorteile:
The ease of use of FloQast is the best feature for me, as it allows our team to be coordinated on each of our assignments, and isn't confusing to look at.
Nachteile:
When I first started using FloQast, I wasn't checking it daily as I do now. This caused me to not realize when my boss wanted certain assignments to be in, as I wasn't checking it often enough. Maybe adding a feature where it better notifies you about upcoming assignments that are due? Although this isn't a problem for me anymore, it could be helpful for new users.
Efficient Month End

Great app-every accountant's dream
Kommentare: I am such a huge fan of FloQast, I can not imagine closing the books without FloQast. It is straight forward and simple to use, even for multi national corporation such as ours. The set up was handled extremely well and FloQast team is bunch of sweethearts, very professional and extremely fast in their responses. Being able to assign reconciliations to individuals and time stamp when they are compelte each month has taken our MEC time from 15 to 9 business days and thanks to FloQast that 9 might become 7 soon. FloQast creates accountability, enables teamwork, has great audit trail and gives one a lot more confidence when reviewing financials, not to mention saves hours and hours that you would otherwise spend re-running reports and tying up teh back up reports to account balances, it is worth every penny and is life changing for a Finance team.

It has made the managing of month-end close tasks a lot easier as everything from tasks to reconciliations can be entered as a task to complete and is easily trackable.
Nachteile:
There is not much communication between FloQast and the ERP system aside from looking up account balances.

Kommentare: Strong visibility and comfort regrading the status of the accounting close.
Vorteile:
I like the reconciliation function that allows me to see the account reconciliation status and whether the recons have been reviewed and approved. The reconciliation tool integrates with NetSuite to identify unreconciled accounts and whether all the recons have been prepared, using a completeness check.
Nachteile:
I find adding new subsidiaries, which includes a new checklist items, setting up recons and ensuring that storage provider is accurately set-up a challenge at times.
FloQast - can't imagine the monthly close without it!
Kommentare: We have been very happy with FloQast, it has helped us reduce time off of our close and not miss any reconciliations or close tasks.
Vorteile:
Helps our team stay organized and on schedule with our close deadlines. I really like the Flux Analysis as helps us dig into potential errors with coding of bills and shows variances in a clear and concise format.
Nachteile:
The weekly task feature, it doesn't seem to work like I want it to
Amazingly Efficient Tool With Outstanding Support Service!
Vorteile:
As the person who reviews most of the Balance Sheet accounts in my organization, I am very satisfied with this product. With daily uploads of the updated trial balance, FloQast lets me know at a glance, which accounts are out of balance. I am able to write comments, ask specific questions to the accountant in charge of reconciling the account directly within the software application. It is practical and user friendly. All of our reconciliations, support schedules and documents are located in one place. It is easily accessible to our accountants and managers, thus greatly improving our month and year-end processing. The FloQast support service is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and always friendly and professional.
Nachteile:
They are virtually nonexistent. This is not a stagnant program. With the willingness to take customer feedback seriously and apply new technology, I am certain FloQast will be continuously improving.
