Vorteile:

Simple, straightforward, effective contract management without all the unnecessary bells and whistles that only confuse users and deter them from using it. It's exactly what we needed and the implementation was effortless.

Nachteile:

I have not experienced a single con with ContractSafe.

Account Support

Kommentare: For the time being its average at best but to be fair, it was not until recently that we are "up and running".

Vorteile:

The software has not overwhelmed us yet. However, the support we have received from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], our account rep, has been outstanding so for now, I would only recommend use of this software if [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] can be your account rep.

Nachteile:

It does not have the expected capability (to create a template and generate contracts from this template within Contract Sate).

Contract Management Quicker and Easier!

Vorteile:

The OCR recognition coupled with full text search is a top feature. The AI module continues to learn and becomes more and more accurate overtime, which saves time with initial load and setup of documents. Setting up and viewing based upon easy to build custom fields and tags is flexible and fast. Overall, extremely easy to adapt to our existing business processes and easily modified once set when requirements change

Nachteile:

Any software can be improved. Native API level integration with reporting tool suites is my number one request as an add on to the product. They are working on an API and we are anxious to get that deployed so we can easily integrate with our enterprise wide reporting.

Checks all the Boxes without Adding Distracting or Unnecessary Features

Kommentare: Overall, I've had a positive experience as I've been implementing. There are lots of trainings available and the support team is very responsive if I ever have a question. I'll be interested to see how the rest of the team feels after rolling out, but I anticipate a smooth transition as the product is fairly intuitive.

Vorteile:

What attracts me most to this system is the intuitive user interface for each individual user. In addition to providing a user-friendly and logical contract storage system, it is easy as an admin to control what any given user can see and do in the system. It’s also really easy to track all key dates/contract terms and to send out customizable reminders for specific individuals of your choosing. On top of all that, it has features for sending out contracts for signature and UNLIMITED storage for related documents (like redlines) among other things. The other systems I looked at were either way more robust (and thus more complicated) than we needed or alternatively they provided most of what we needed but were much less intuitive for the way we process things. I could go on, but at the end of the day it has everything we are looking for (plus a little bit more) in a system that seems very user-friendly and easy to use.

Nachteile:

Like any software, it is not without certain flaws. The [AI]ssistant has it's limits and there is a bit of a learning curve to use it most effectively. Probably what annoys me the most is the contract list, but that is probably a learning curve issue as well. The system works as deigned and not necessary as you might hope sometimes, but the team at ContractSafe seems to be very receptive to input for future builds and/or will help you find the best way to navigate your issue within their current build.

The Best Solution for our Company's Needs

Kommentare: Document management and reporting to meet the specific needs for each of our stakeholders.

Vorteile:

The ability for customization to meet our company needs for reporting. ContractSafe allows for easier tagging of contracts and the ability to pull exact language from individual contracts by using the OCR feature. Immediately we saw a major improvement in our reporting capabilities with ContractSafe vs. our past contract management software provider.

Nachteile:

As we have only been using ContractSafe for a short period, we really have not experienced a feature we are missing. The only small complaint we have at the moment is the platform does run slow and this can be frustrating at times.

ContractSafe Review

Kommentare: It's been a very good experience so far. The first contracts are in and the user adoption seems to be going smoothly.

Vorteile:

The UX is very good. ContractSafe was easy to set up and customize, even for lawyers. We got amazing support from the team. We were able to configure approvals, forms, intake, signatures, and reports very easily. ContractSafe is a robust CLM solution and supports key integrations for only a fraction of the price that other vendors charge. It is so basic yet so powerful! We love it so far!

Nachteile:

As an out-of-the-box solution, we had to think about how to adapt to ContractSafe and not vise versa. Further, the folders and views system is a bit unusual. We would suggest a few features such as user groups, a more direct eSign integration, and a Box integration.

Stay Organized. Stay Compliant.

Kommentare: ContractSafe staff have been very helpful with start-up and transition from our old system. They are always available when I need them, either via email, phone call or online chats. They have also made an edit that I requested, which is nice to have them be so flexible.

Vorteile:

VERY User Friendly. Great Report Features. Extremely Customizable. Reliable Automatic Email Notifications. PDF Search Feature.

Nachteile:

We often have more than one active contract document at a time, so it would be nicer to have all of them together, rather than one on the main page and the others put on the Related Docs page, but it just takes some getting used to. Our old system was free of charge, so hopefully the Exec Members see the value in ContractSafe and do not halt the use of the program.

Outstanding Contract Management System!

Kommentare: Our main goal was to find a contract management system that was easy to configure and implement, easy use across all departments within our organization with little training and allow us to confidently manage our contracts without the need for additional resources and ContractSafe provided us with exactly that.

Vorteile:

Very user-friendly system which was easy to implement, all at a reasonable price. The product has all of the features we need to manage contracts, it is easily customizable, and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the customer support team are outstanding! They are very responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure their customers are set-up for success.

Nachteile:

The only thing I can think of is having the ability to control which documents flow into ContractSafe from DocuSign, other than by user. It would be great if there was a flag or other filter based on other criteria, even if it was more manual.

Everything & More!

Kommentare: ContractSafe has allowed us to centralized a variety of agreements organization-wide. Having one central location for all of this information is critical for sound business operation.

Vorteile:

ContractSafe has addressed and alleviated all of our pain points and beyond that will enhance/replace existing operational processes and procedures for the better.

Nachteile:

As long as there is thought and intention in the set up of folders and tags, you can't go wrong!

Game Changer

Kommentare: ContractSafe is going to streamline our contract sharing process and make all the necessary information available even when you are not in the office due to the information on a web-based platform. This will make completing projects and closing deals much easier in the long run!

Vorteile:

Very user friendly, easy to navigate, and customization was a breeze!

Nachteile:

There are a couple of fields that I was not able to set up exactly how I would have liked, but in the grand scheme of things, it was no big deal.

ContractSafe is user-friendly and offers a lot for your money

Kommentare: Our team enjoys using ContractSafe to manage our company contracts, and we have received positive feedback that users are able to quickly find documents they're looking for in the system, or in contract reports.

Vorteile:

The product is super easy to implement and use. The two-way DocuSign integration and customizability of data, scheduled reporting, and automated reminders are invaluable features. Documents are automatically OCR'ed and the search features are also very user friendly, reliable and accurate. We also appreciate the always friendly, informed, and responsive support team, and the resources made available for troubleshooting questions.

Nachteile:

There is a lot of manual updating and tracking involved in using ContractSafe as a full CLM tool vs. as a basic repository. There are lots of manual steps required to update contract status, add and update custom fields, capture attachments and approvals, etc. This leaves more room for human error than is ideal. We'd love to see a workflow option where some stages of contract approvals and status can be automated.

Excellent Contract Storage Solution

Kommentare: ContractSafe was implemented because our agreements were spread out across every part of our organization and it was near impossible to track them down in a pinch. ContractSafe has solved that problem for us and now it's extremely rare that our legal team has to resort to asking around for a contract.

Vorteile:

We have been very pleased with ContractSafe and have watched it grow and improve over time. The customer service has been great and any time we encounter a bug or spot an area for potential improvement we can tell our feedback is heard. ContractSafe is clearly designed for legal teams. The fields that are mapped to metadata are exactly what legal teams want to know and track. The ability to search anywhere within a document is excellent. It integrates well with DocuSign. The permissions and reminder functions are well set up.

Nachteile:

ContractSafe is rapidly trying to roll out an AI feature that will read your contracts for you and pull out some of the metadata reducing the need for manual entry. While a laudable goal, right now the feature is still weak. Also a con is the fact that this is not a full lifecycle contract management solution, but it never pretends to be and doesn't charge as if it is.

Easy comprehensive solution

Vorteile:

This was very easy to implement and integrate with other systems we use. It’s also very easy to maintain. I use the document search feature a lot and find it really useful. The software is intuitive and I can add users who benefit immediately - without having to onboard them and train them on the software. It’s amazingly versatile and has exceeded my expectations all the way around.

Nachteile:

The AI has improved a lot over the time I’ve been using ContractSafe. In the beginning there were a few misses. It’s much better now.

So useful! We use it daily

Kommentare: Does everything I need in an easy way, I use it daily and those that don't can dip in and out to get what they need without a degree in rocket science.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, manages all the keys things such as autorenewals, date reminders, versions. Has all the important bits such as user specific permissions and reporting. Huge benefit is the customisable elements such as forms, folders and reports.

Nachteile:

The AI is good but slightly slow at the moment but I understand it is improving and I very much believe that given the responsiveness developers have had to feedback and improvements over the last year.

I really liked that the Contract Safe team would answer any and all of my questions. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was so helpful guiding our team as we were navigating what Contract Safe could do for us. In the end and after looking at other systems, ContractSafe was the best and easiest software for our needs.

Nachteile:

I cannot think of any. I think it is easy to use and has great support.

TRC ContractSafe

Subcontract and Related Documents access and their respective status'.

Nachteile:

Flags/Alerts or Tracking of Related Documents would be helpful, e.g. expiration dates of Certificates of Insurance.

Great Product

Kommentare: The purchase process was easy, the pricing was great, and the product was extremely easy to use and setup. We started with 330 client contracts and had a good framework for analysis and reporting on contract terms within 30 days. Every question we had as we went (there weren't many) was answered quickly and completely by the support team. Knowledge is power and ContractSafe has given us the ability to know our customer base and the terms of our agreements. This knowledge has equipped us to make decisions around investing in our software and upselling opportunities. We finally have reminders for termination dates so we can renegotiate contracts and connect with our existing customers. Next steps- Salesforce Integration!

Great Service and Value

Kommentare: 23andMe has been a client of ContracSafe for three years and during that time, we have seen first hand how invested ContractSafe's team is in their users, the growth and ease of use of their site and continually making ContractSafe one of the best ways to store, search and organize your contracts as well as a to set reminders, print reports and manage user settings. This will be a game changer for your company!

Vorteile:

Constantly improving, easy to use settings, multiple ways to manage contracts as well as connect related contracts.

Nachteile:

The "Dashboard" page had a "key dates" section at the bottom that we didn't find useful. The only other field that would have been helpful is one to indicate the internal business owner to contact.

Vorteile:

The software is intuitively structured, from the dashboard to the rest of the content. It provides everything we need as a company to be able to easily upload legal documents, track key dates and actions, and to have a place to find all documents. The ability to grant different user permission levels was critical for our needs. Great product!

Nachteile:

Can’t think of anything at this point. I’ve used the software long enough to know that it serves all of the needs in my department.

Robust But Simple to Use

ContractSafe provides a straightforward way to manage our corporate-level contracts. It notifies the appropriate individuals in the organization when an important deadline is approaching (e.g., to avoid unintended auto-renewals). It provides a robust but easy-to-use "one stop shopping" location for contract management. The tagging and notification features are particularly helpful.

Nachteile:

Can't think of any negatives. Very happy with the platform so far.
