Vorteile:

Really love the ease-of-use - employees do as well. Switching over from a manual system was not difficult at all and great support was provided from the start. AssessTeam has all the features needed to deliver thorough performance management for staff for a great price.

Nachteile:

Upgrades to the software are done to keep it relevant and user-friendly.

Vorteile:

What I liked most about AssessTEAM is the seamless communication, the wide array of features, and the responsive support team. The platform has made it significantly easier for us to track and evaluate performance across our team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our company's goals.

Nachteile:

We are good here. There’s really nothing that stands out as a drawback.

Awesome service but a few glitches (but awesome service).

Kommentare: Generally the support team at AssessTEAM has been great with setup and implementation and ongoing support.

Vorteile:

We were not looking for a traditional Team Management Software we were looking for an existing system to manage and assess our core competencies and develop them. We found that AssessTEAM was a good start. The support team was able to create features that we wanted. We like that the reviewees can view their reviews in totality, other software is very much managment-facing. We needed something employee-facing.

Nachteile:

We had a few glitches that made it seem like we were Beta testing the software. It was a bit of a hassle. Luckily, the awesome support team was able to fix the problem in short order. I wish the system was a bit more configurable in terms of goal setting.

Vorteile:

The ability to customize evaluations to assess performance for all types of business needs; performance reviews, key performance indicators, training assessments, monthly report updates and more. What allows AssessTEAM to stand apart from competitors: their business consulting support and assistance. They are around the world, yet assessment and attentive to assist with development or problem solving. They are great listeners as well and do their best to incorporate suggestions and or address issues quickly. Love working with [sensitive content hidden]!!

Nachteile:

We would like to move data into a report format. Now we are able to pull KPI data via excel. Would be great if the data could feed into a reporting tool -- so AssessTEAM would be the one stop for update reports.

Reports are looks fine. All other are okay.

Nachteile:

i wouldnt say con but a little draw back is that it does take some time to get to know the site and learn the ins and outs of the features.

Excellent, Affordable Performance review Platform

Kommentare: Overall AssessTEAM experience has been great. from the sales and intro process, to usage, to conducting performance reviews, and especially reporting. Love it!

Vorteile:

UX and UI are simple to use. The platform is laid out so you can get up and running within no time, without requiring a lot of help menu and support. However, when needed, it is easy to find solutions to questions.

Nachteile:

Too many performance review questions to chose from.

Simple, efficient, and solid

Kommentare: The product and all associated services have exceeded expectations for everyone at our company, from the top executives through the folks who rarely touch computers in their daily lives.

Vorteile:

We love the interface because it is friendly at every level. We love the customer service because they are responsive and comprehensive. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend both the product and the services!

Nachteile:

We have had only one bug appear during our first round of performance evaluations. [sensitive content hidden] jumped on the case and provided an interim solution while their IT partners fixed the bug. Again, we are 100% satisfied.

Excellent customer support

Vorteile:

While the system is a bit clunky and lacks some flexibility I am used to, we have had excellent support from [sensitive content hidden]. He has been instrumental is our desire to continue leveraging the tool going forward.

Nachteile:

Self review process is not-intuitive. We had to work around it but I can't specify right now. My admin is more familiar with those hurdles we encountered.

Extremely Good Value

Kommentare: Very good, any issues have been able to be resolved with a short phone call. The value is extremely good for the price point and ultimately why we choose it. Huge win for a small business.

Vorteile:

Has all of the features that I my company needs to streamline this part of HR, for a fraction of the cost of competitors. Literally 1/12 of the cost.

Nachteile:

It's easy enough to use, but still going through software improvements. The software is not pretty or clean looking.

Set up Goals for 2024

Flexibility with some options as example VP can't generate a separate team with all managers.

Vorteile:

Certainly the availability and the agility of the team. I work in Portugal and i never had a problem to get an answer to my queries on time, or to book a meeting, which always happened on the same day.

Nachteile:

I think reporting could be done in more detail.

I really haven't been able to use it much. I did think that sending out the evaluations was a pretty easy process.

Again I haven't used it very much yet.

Vorteile:

When you set up the persons, result areas and teams, it is quite easy to prepare evaluation templates. And with all the help and support from the AssessTEAM team everything is moving smoothly, so thank you AssessTEAM team!

Nachteile:

It took some time for me to figure out how to manoeuvre the page but maybe that is just me, because I am not very "technical" person.

Great Program for Tracking your Team

Vorteile:

Easy to customize. Customer Service is excellent - they are always there to help and answer questions.

Nachteile:

I can't see the evaluation template before it's sent out.

How efficient are the performance reviews, in terms of creating profiles, sending the reviews, gathering data and generating final reports and comparison.

Nachteile:

The complexity of the steps at first however the support team is amazing and helpful. I reached out many times throughout the process and [sensitive content hidden] was there to help at every step and always ready to jump on a call when needed.

Vorteile:

Quality, paperless, performance management tool, Consultant Support is professional and accommodating. High quality for the cost. It is a tremendous timesaver -- we moved from 100% paper to 100% paperless, online Performance Review and Employee Goal Management system/process.

Nachteile:

Ability to expand use to include customized reporting.

A KPI management system that focuses on the quintessential nature of a successful business

Kommentare: Not only is AssessTeam is particularly easy to use, but its lists of KPIs linked together in the Results area are critical to the successful running of my business. By implementing this system to monitor employee performance, I can keep a handle on the progress of all the current projects and deal with any employee issues that arise before they cause a problem.

Vorteile:

The work-from-home KPIs are superb. It allows me to keep track of my staff’s progress, especially when working from home. One unintended benefit is that I can monitor my employee’s physical and mental health and wellbeing via these KPIs. There is no doubt that these tough times are starting to affect everyone. Thus, if I can help improve employee quality of life, then it’s a win-win both for the employee and the business.

Nachteile:

There are a few niggles with the software. However, the customer support team is incredibly willing to step in and resolve these niggles. Small issues are “situation normal” with any software package. However, what makes AssessTeam different, it is the customer service staff and their willingness to go the extra mile to resolve these issues.

Best Evaluation Software

Nachteile:

I would like to see the employee goals transferable automatically from a year to another. At this moment I have to manage this manually (copy and paste each goal for all employees) every year when we do the employee performance evaluations.
