I finally found what I was searching for!

Vorteile:

The features are great and they actually work! After trying every software on capterra and more, FieldPulse allowed me to stop looking and get back to business. As an owner/operator I'm able to access the features I need in the field as well as the desktop. All the features are there in addition to many customization options. And the support is second to none. I've been able to get a human at all hours of the day and they are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Getting set up was a breeze and the support team guided me every step of the way (when needed). A slick gui AND good functionality? I'll take it.

Nachteile:

It could be more customizable, but isn't too limited. There are certain features that I'd like to see that aren't currently present, but then again no one does it all. And any software that had these features certainly lacked in most others. The team is also very responsive and interested in user feature requests. Sure, it's got it's bugs here and there. But when I mention one, the team usually knows about it and are on it already. That, or it was user malfunction.

Excellent Data Management Program

Kommentare: Tremendous, in any relationship there are ups and downs especially when you change systems (there is always the negative what did we lose/what's different approach). The Fieldpulse team has worked diligently with our management team to mitigate the feeling of loss, which has allowed for the teams to focus on all the things we have gained. This has made the change management side of things much easier.

Vorteile:

The ease of data entry and communication with the customers is exceptional, our admin team loves how much time they save over our previous system.

Nachteile:

If I am being hyper critical, I find the reporting could use a few more field options to increase the data points you can compare. That being said the team at Fieldpulse has been exceptional at working with our organization to provide corrections and adjustments where necessary to make the program work more effectively for us. I am sure this is already on their radar, and will be enhanced.

Great value but misses the mark on some aspects

Kommentare: FieldPulse allows our electrical contracting business to operate smoothly, communicate effectively and schedule customers and employees.

Vorteile:

Great financial value, easy to use, has the ability to maintain the team on the same page by using customer and job notes as well as pictures.

Nachteile:

App can be very slow, does not work without internet connection, and can be glitchy. Address auto population sometimes works and other times doesn’t. Search fields for materials are not very intuitive. Pictures take a very long time to upload to app extended the time it takes for estimates. Phone notifications will display improperly when changing the status of jobs.

Kommentare: It is a well rounded field management software that isn't as popular as it should be. There was a time the Pricebook didn't work right, you couldn't add multiple quantities of a service which made it unusable, but they have since updated that and is the biggest reason I made the switch from HCP.

Vorteile:

I like how it can do so much and you have the option to run your business how you would like. I like the Pricebook and creating options. There is a lot of customization. I love the pipeline and statuses of jobs, quotes, invoices, etc it's really helpful and of course all customizable.

Nachteile:

I was a little skeptical that I had to sign up for a year, something I wouldn't normally do, but having used it for a few months now, I'm really glad I did. With that said, I wish reporting was better and wish it looked more modern, it's definitely dated looking. I wish I felt like there was a bigger group of people using the software, like HCP, their Facebook group is large and very active. Always just relying on customer support is only one way to look at things. Overall I'm happy I'm with Fieldpulse, after having used Jobber and HCP for many years.

Kommentare: I give it a 10 out of 10. Customer service along with the onboarding process and the continued follow up after becoming a customer, I give them a 11 out of 10. They have made the switch over to them seamless. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone has been with Field Pulse.

Vorteile:

The team environment that customer service has with us. I like the ability to customize the forms to show what is needed and even to create our own forms to suit our needs. The ability to sent out contracts and take payments is another big aspect with Field Pulse. Once you understand how the Jobs and Invoices are tailored it makes keeping everything in place, nice and neat.

Nachteile:

When I have found something that did not work as efficient as it could the team at Field Pulse always has found a way to fix it. The ability to pull reports could be done better. The software is so detailed that sometimes pulling a simple report can be cumbersome.

Great software for contractors

Kommentare: Fieldpulse has been an overall great experience, and the team has taken great care of me over the years. Would definitely recommend them to any other contractors. As it is, I've gotten 2-3 other contractors to sign up in the past.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, intuitive software and a great team behind it that is always ready to help.

Nachteile:

The mobile app is slightly less intuitive than working at a computer, but I feel like that's just a problem for me. The app itself is really good, just has a few less features than the web version.

I like the fact that I can use it on my PC, my laptop, my telephone, and all the information is the same. I am a one person owner/office worker and it makes my job much easier.

Nachteile:

I would have to say some of the fees that are associated with some of the add-ons.

Kommentare: I was able to use all relevant features immediately.
My favorite features include knowing when the customers open the estimate or invoice, being able to send via email and text to the customers.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use. It lets you capture the photos(evidence) of your work and to easily document the issues left unresolved and why. My customers love getting professional invoicrs with lots of notes and explanations.

Nachteile:

With poor internet connections it can take a while to upload pictures on the invoice.

An upgrade from our previous CRM program

Kommentare: My experience overall with FieldPulse has been mostly positive. I think the software is a good fit for the company as it has improved productivity and is definitely an upgrade from our previous software. There are some small issues we run into here and there, but I have faith that the FieldPulse team will address and fix them, as they have done for us before.

Vorteile:

I like the automation and customer communication features. I also like that the software is relatively easy to use with no learning curve.

Nachteile:

I think the reporting feature could use a little improvement. I like the wide-range of reports you are able to pull, but it takes a little long to load larger reports.

Outstanding Customer Support and Easy to Use

Vorteile:

For starters, FieldPulse customer support is outstanding! My Customer Success Specialist, [sensitive content hidden], promptly responds to all my inquiries. To me, great customer support is a priority, especially regarding the software I use to run my business. I've had bad experiences with companies who don't care much about their customers. So, seeing how attentive [sensitive content hidden] is to my needs is very refreshing. Secondly, the software is very easy to use. I was offered an onboarding/training call that I haven't done yet. But even without the training, I was able to hop in and start creating customers, estimates, and invoices in minutes. The very intuitive interface makes even a novice comfortable about using the system. I look forward to scheduling my training call to use all the features offered to help grow and manage my business.

Nachteile:

I guess one negative would be having to purchase add-ons to utilize the system fully. Having a business phone number tied into the system is a necessity. For that to happen with FieldPulse, you must purchase the Engage add-on, increasing the monthly cost. But with that said, they give you 5 new phone numbers and unlimited minutes and texts. Every correspondence is attached to the client dashboard. So now I use only one phone number to communicate with my clients instead of using FB Messenger, Instagram DMs, and personal text messages. It is much easier to keep track of everything this way. You can also port your existing phone number into the system if needed. Even with the extra monthly cost of the Engage add-on, FieldPulse is still cheaper than most other field management/CRM services available. So I guess the small increase in cost really isn't a negative after all.

Kommentare: We are an electrical service business and Fieldpulse has a been a huge deal in helping us manage our business activities on a daily basis. We are able to track all customers, projects, jobs, money. We are able to create estimates and invoice.

Vorteile:

Fieldpulse is a robust CRM that has many useful functions and the team continues to add to it. I have used other CRM's including jobber and none are as good as Fieldpulse. The Fieldpulse team also has great support that listens to you and actually supports you. They also have a feature called engage that integrates VOIP into their software. I believe this is something I have not seen in any other CRM.

Nachteile:

It can be quicker at loading pages. Would like to see estimate function be stronger such as integrating an estimate program or create one internally that would streamline for anybody to be able to use in the field and not just experienced users. Would like to see Fieldpulse integrate with many other apps like other softwares such as Zapier, Waveapps, Mailchimp.

An easy to use software for technicians on the field

Kommentare: We have been able to solve multiple communication issues between the office and technicians and make sure no one slides through the cracks.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to use for people of any age. We have technicians who hardly ever use their cell phones and they find it very convenient! It saves on paper and time so they don't have to come back to the shop and hand me paperwork. I can process payments quickly and I like having all the information of where my techs are at any point in the day and get updates easily.

Nachteile:

The biggest challenge is scheduling. It is difficult to see at a glance what the schedule is for multiple techs. The second biggest complaint is how slow it can be. If I want to print something it can take a couple minutes to process.

Vorteile:

It had several features. Integrated billing, schedule, customer database, etc. All the basic core features one could expect from a SAS model service software.

Nachteile:

All of the below are of my and my teams opinion. With over 30 years in construction and engineering we feel like some additional tweaking would make huge improvements in the usability of this product. The human interface and workflow was lacking, tremendously. The needed features are available, but the workflow to use the features are not intuitive, therefore confusing. The grouping of menu items are not logical and the use of projects and jobs are convoluted. The use of jobs is more like task's, as you can have multiple task (jobs) on one project. Currently the dashboard list on the left are: Customers Schedule Schedule Projects Jobs Subtask Sales Management Company Settings Looking at this from managing sales and managing projects point of view, a more logical list is as follows: Customers (should be filtered for current user, with a toggle for all, with permissions) Customer Details (add Create Project button and remove the Create Job button) (add Open Project button, with a list of projects for that customer. this takes you to the Project Management features below) Sales (all of the below should be filtered for current user, with a toggle for all, with permissions) Customers (goes to the customers page, filtered to only the current users customers) Estimates (Estimates get converted to projects "not jobs") Project Management (all of the below should be filtered for current user, with a toggle for all, with permissions)

I love that FieldPulse is cloud based. I also love how easy they make it to keep in touch with customers via Engage!

There are small kinks like any program (glitches with invoices and whatnot) but the support team is quick, responsive and always ready to help.

Kommentare: It has been great. I'm a newer, smaller company, and the amount they offer for the price that I am paying is extremely competitive. Their customer service, easy to use software, and price point have made it easy to run 90% of my company's administrative needs on just their application. I will be using them for the foreseeable future.

Vorteile:

Easy setup. Amazing software for everything from invoicing, customer contact management, bookkeeping, and all organizational features that I need to run my heating and air company. Also haven't had any sort of bugs or anything on the software which I had with other similar applications.

Nachteile:

This isn't a huge deal, but I would like to see more customization options for their forms. That is a big thing to be able to have and use on certain jobs, like estimates or tune-ups, and would be nice to be able to send to the customer as well. I would like to have the ability to have options on certain questions of the form, as well as being able to attach a file or picture to specific form questions. Similar to other software systems that I have used in the past.

Kommentare: Was never able to use the software and took over 6 months for the data migration to be completed. Management is very dishonest. They are more concerned with locking you into contracts than having a good product.

Nice in the beginning stages until you need customer service.

Very hard to use software and terrible customer service. Company is very deceitful and dishonest.
