Kommentare: From day one, I have been very impressed and extremely happy with wi stamp. I have been using the software for five years now. I constantly get compliments on my signature and it is also worked many times to help promote campaigns or events that I have going on so it is an absolute win-win win for me!

Vorteile:

Simply put, my brand and brand image are very important to me… Being able to customize my signature so that my brand is translated, as well as being able to maximize the opportunity within my messaging is ideal

Nachteile:

Honestly, I love the software… I don’t have any complaints

WiseStamp professionalizes my signature

Kommentare: My overall experience is so far so good. I haven't seen other tools like this.

Vorteile:

I have never used a site for a professional signature and WiseStamp makes my life easier. It automatically pops up as you create a new email draft. You can also select from a drop-down which signature you would like to use. Overall my emails look professional and I get comments every time from prospects about my signature.

Nachteile:

The least is that the signature automatically shows up instead of me having the option to select which signature I want. Not a deal breaker.

Looks good, stay away

Kommentare: As of four weeks ago our entire Wisestamp paid version started not working - without any changes on our end. Employee after employee reaching out saying it stopped working or was using old signatures. I’ve been back and forth without any support from the Wisestamp. There is not even love chat or an option for some to look at our system outside of 9pm EST. It’s all email with days in between responses and lackluster support that provides no understanding of the issue or help. I’ve been with this for two years on a paid plan but need to look at replacement options as there appears to be no US support. Very disappointing for a paid service.

Vorteile:

The presentation appears to be good and there is flexibility with adding things.

Nachteile:

Zero support and the system kicks our signatures and stops working sporadically for users. Been a nightmare.

Mid-Tier Email Signature

Kommentare: I would describe my overall experience as neutral.
Wisestamp is more advanced than free email signatures, it has more content and features.
The malfunctions and subscription are two things to be taken into consideration. I would advise starting with the free trial if it's still offered.
Problems solved: The need to use email signatures in both Outlook and Gmail. The need for more features and options.

Vorteile:

- Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, and iCloud implementation. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. - Signature creation and implementation are reasonably simple. - Freedom to choose content and arrangement. - Email Signature banner. - GIF, video, image. - Formal or written signature. - Disclaimer - Links. - Branding. - Signature for organizations to use collectively.

Nachteile:

- Not as affordable or practical. Subscription or contract required for full - Time and learning investment. - Malfunctions that are disruptive. - Support response time. - Performance was poor in Gmail and chrome.

Good product, CRM connectivity could improve

Kommentare: Experience was good but pricing and CRM connectivity features caused me to go to another product

Great templates and template options within system

Nachteile:

The product got a little pricey as more licences purchased. Didnt seem to offer discounts. Limited on CRM connectivity

AWFUL Customer Service!

TERRIBLE customer service! I'm still waiting for a reply to my email I sent 4 days ago. The signature also had big gaps between each line once plugged into Outlook Web App settings. It therefore made the signature take up far more space than it needed to. Between these 2 reasons was major reason why I went with another provider

Warum WiseStamp gewählt wurde: Tried Exclaimer for a couple hours and hated it. They only allow 150KB for banner file size which is NOTHING. Their website was also stuck in the 90's. Very old school. As a result their signature templates were very old school.

Mistake to purchase

Vorteile:

I was able to get my logo to the right specs without it blurring

Nachteile:

The price, for one. I misread the price and was given a horrible surprise when I was charged for the full year. Ie the price I thought I was paying multiplied by 12.Also, I'm not able to centre the logo with the copy, so I have no control over where the copy is positioned in relation to my logo. I would have been better off paying a graphic designer to do this, financially and practically.

A decent signature app that leaves a few things to be desired

Vorteile:

I find Wisetamp fairly intuitive and enjoyable to use, and since I purchased it through a Lifetime deal, I find it offers decent value.

Nachteile:

I feel the template options are quite limited, and they're starting to look and feel a bit dated. I want designs that are more modern and cutting-edge. The most frustrating thing for me has been the limited font selection. Most modern SaaS solutions integrate with Google Fonts at a minimum, even if they do not offer custom typography to be used. This is a must to keep branding consistent across various platforms.

If you aren't utilizing Wisestamps product you are definitely missing out on the best marketing tool

The amazing design quality and just crisp clean look. Other so called competitors don't leave the same impression.

Nachteile:

That you need one for each mail platform.

Easy & Great Email Signature Manager and Creator

Kommentare: It's wonderful to brand a closing signature. Used this product with Apple Mac Mail, Outlook and Gmail. All work fine, although there were some issues with Outlook for Windows. Found a work around, so as long as the work around is implemented, this is a wonderful product to grow from.

Vorteile:

This product really fits into my line of business. Being a business owner and not a graphics designer, I really didn't have the resources nor the bandwidth to redo my email signatures. Having the responsibility to support various lines of business as well as more than one company, this product allowed me to quickly design and deploy email signatures that look professional, provide information to respond and act as well look attractive to those that support the business. It's a really great product that is very inexpensive for what it can do and provide to a small to a medium size business.

Nachteile:

There is a limited number of templates that cannot be customized. Wish there were more templates, but there is enough to get started.

Wise Signatures

Kommentare: I didn’t have a professional-looking email signature until I discovered Wise Stamp. My emails took a step up now!

Vorteile:

What I like most about this software is it is easy to navigate. I am fully guided as to what information I can add in my signature and there’s a ready template I can use too.

Nachteile:

What I least like about this is I have to pay to take out the Wise Stamp logo in my free trial signature. I hope there’s a way to compensate for this. Perhaps I could watch an ad that would pay for it’s use for a few days and then more ads. Just some wild ideas I guess.

Horrible Customer Support

Kommentare: Anytime we have had a tech support issue the experience was poor. Takes days before they reply to your email. When they reply they don’t actually read the info you supply them. So you waste your time back and forth for days trying to get them to properly read the tech ticket before you get a solution to your problem.

Vorteile:

Nice User Interface. Low price. Cloud based

Nachteile:

Tech support is simply horrible. When you have multiple emails connected to your gmail account not easy to use

I love Wisestamp!

Vorteile:

Wisestamp is awesome and it really makes our emails pop and look professional. One of my favorite features is the ability to add latest blog posts or social updates right into the email.

Nachteile:

Hard to complain about this software, as I love it. However, if there was something to mention, I did have the software/chrome widget disconnect a few times from Gmail for whatever reason. I wouldn't even mention it, but something is required here.

An easy way to add a professional sheen

Kommentare: WiseStamp gives a more professional look to emails with little work on the part of administrators or users. The picture helps at our agency when there is a mix of face to face meetings and electronic communication. It was really simple to add on and makes the agency look cohesive to outside people.

Vorteile:

I loved the profile picture that gets added, the universality of a stamp across the agency, and the ability for users to add relevant information to their own page.

Nachteile:

I dislike the scrolling images that can be added at the bottom of the signature - it feels tacky and too much like an unasked for ad.

Leave Your Mark

Vorteile:

- easy, simple and straightforward signatures creation. - comes with ready made templates cater for different professions. For example: showcasing your profile photos if you are a photographer, or displaying a banner if you are a real estate agent etc... - you can add your social media profiles, a recycle message as well as legal disclaimer in your signature. - they have other services like Business Listing, Webpage and so on that I didn't use.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the signature you created might 'go off' a bit after you pasted it on your page... the line looks different or the shape changed. So you need to test it out on your page before you can finalize.

Great app to manage multiple pro signature from Gmail

Kommentare: a nice pro and humanized signature for all my business.

Vorteile:

I like to be abble to customize all my signature, with image, links and even call to action. It is very nice if you have like me severall business to manage

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app disconnect itself from Gmail and I have to relink it in Firefox. I don't know how to fix this.

Better Email Signature

Kommentare: Great company and product. Customer service is helpful and responsive.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and setup. We have multiple signatures set up for different people, organizations, and situations. This makes it easy to have consistent contact info and a small call to action.

Nachteile:

A bit time-consuming at first getting everything set up, working properly and not feel overwhelming. There is a ton of options to have and choosing to keep it simple and straight forward can take some tweaking.

A Nightmare

Kommentare: A complete nightmare. From the sales process to the support process this has been a disaster.

Vorteile:

While they have a neat user interface, the templates are not at all editable and any minor thing like moving something to a different line or adding additional spacing is not supported without a special custom template. When you try to contact them to create a custom template, no one responds. We are an MSP and were assigned a "customer success manager" who never responded to emails. We sent 7. No replies. We then emailed the sales manager. No reply. We then emailed the CEO of the company. No reply. A joke and a waste of our time and our customer's time.

Nachteile:

There is NO, ZERO, ZIP support. Don't bother contacting them. They won't reply to you. We are an MSP and were assigned a "customer success manager" who never responded to emails. We sent 7. Nice templates but not really needed anymore.

Vorteile:

Nice templates and easy to add social media buttons to your signature. Creating your signature is easy to do.

Nachteile:

There are not as many templates as I hoped thee would be. You can probally just copy and paste your finished template into your email app and not pay for it. I keep on having problems having my email signature to attach to Gmail via the android app. I had it working but now it has stopped. I might stop paying for this app soon.

Helps rovide a free signature that makes my emails look professional

Wisestamp is very easy to use and has great features that have helped me look like a professional when sending emails.

Nachteile:

An improvement can be made on the appearance of users name and job title for FREE users anyways. It looks too plain and without style.

Disappointing

Kommentare: I would not use this service. It not of value due to software issues. I recommend holding off until these recurrent issues are addressed. I am in the process of researching alternative products.

Vorteile:

It creates beautiful signatures when it works. However, it does not reliably work.

Nachteile:

Requires tremendous customer support for troubleshooting. However, the support is only via email, and is very limited and frustrating.

Good software at a good price.

Kommentare: Overall I'd recommend WiseStamp. If they integrated into Zoho CRM I would migrate back.

We eventually went with another software option that integrated to our Zoho CRM signatures also which made things even easier.

Beware customer support is not good

Kommentare: When it's working its a nice product, however, support for questions and fixes I would rate very low

Nachteile:

Occasionally they have bugs and customer service sometimes takes days to get back to you. I asked for a demo on the new team platform. It's broken so can't make an appointment and no one has reached out to me after I notified them. You think to get new business you would at least get support for that! crazy

Love Wise Stamp

Vorteile:

I really liked using Wisestamp, it is easy to use, free mostly, and works great with email signatures for all of my outlook and gmail accounts.

Nachteile:

It strangely has some issues with Incognito tabs and VPN's as it send me notifications of needing to redo my signature. It might have been fixed with a recent update, but the repeated prompts became annoying quickly

Excellent Professional Resource

Kommentare: All our staff uses WiseStamp for email signature. Some opted for the paid version, and some did not. It a great tool that is easy to set up, and keep uniform throughout your business. Once you set it up, you can forget about it!

It has a lots of options and is very easy to use.

Nachteile:

You have to pay for the service to get some of the best options.
