Horrid support and queuing system! Frustrating when you need support
It does the job not much better than most software on the market. Stable solution for taxi industry and down time is minimal which is important to a 24/7/365 busy taxi office. Manages our 100+ taxi fleet and Drivers Smart devices and customers App without or very little breakdowns since we had this system.Very important as it governs and Rules our business and our previous software couldn't do that as well.The screen Set out is quite easy to follow once you work it out via the U tube tutorials, so this is mostly DIY and your own common sense.
No personal help to set system up! DIY basically or phone calls, very frustrating purchase! Sales man promised everything that we asked for but...!!?? No Vias on Customer App. Entering addresses could be easier and lots faster. Time consuming as we need speed. We pay for support but just not there! Instead we are passed around and kept hanging on phones for many many minutes, just not what we pay monthly fees for! You pay...you find out for yourself! Disgusting behaviour Autocabs, especially for such a large business and fees!
Ruthless ,complacent and greedy
Kommentare: After 25 years with Autocab, and having invested well over 140,000 pounds with them, they still treated us with shear complacent. Yes they sell a good product, do other suppliers. But their tech support and customer service is dire. Do not be mislead by their smarmy sales team and multi milion pound headquarters. Your business is your life's work. Their business is to sell you as much as they possibly can. We have changed suppliers now, autocab didn't think we had the bottle as it's a stressful operation, but we were desperate to get away from these legalised thieves. They do NOT CARE about your business once they have you hooked, only what else they can sell you. By then your investment is so great that economics dictate that you ride out your decision for years, as was the case with Cooper's Taxis.
It does the job
At huge expense, financially and morally.
Pretty good product, zero back up, stay away
I've had the Autocab ghost system for a year now and overall the product is not bad, it does what you want a dispatch system to do, the accounts package it comes with is basic and awkward to use, half the system I have no idea on how to use and neither do the customer support team.
The thing about Autocab is they tell you how great the product is to get you to buy, you get it run it, then you realise whats its missing then there is a charge to add the missing services, there is always an upgrade to another system for some extra cash, still thats not the main problem with Autocab, if you dont want the upgrade dont pay for it, it runs ok without the upgrades its just a dated system if you dont. The main MASSIVE problem with Autocab is the truly appalling customer service / training / back up, if you think BT are bad you have not experienced anything until you have the misfortune of trying to get any problems sorted with Autocab, there is not a good enough word that describes just how bad they are. Autocab roll out all sorts of excuses you would expect from a back street store, your on hold waiting for an operator 20/30 mins minimum to answer the call, whilst on hold you get an automated voice saying send an email instead of waiting, my last email is a week and counting and still no reply.
So you hold on and on and on, and finally when support answers the phone, you get someone cocky note taker who wants to know what your problem is, writes it down and then..... says someone will call you back as there all busy... they rarely do. It doesnt end there they then get cute with that, you tell them you will be out the office so ask them to call you on your mobile as its urgent, so what do they do every time... they ring your office and leave a message, that they called and can you ring them back when your ready, then the whole process starts again. Would i buy again.... No The hassle, lack of training, support and knowledge of Autoccabs customer support makes it far to much hassle running your business. Its a shame if they got the support, training, back up to a good level i would suggest the product as a pretty good buy, but stay away, you will be buying yourself a lost of frustration and hassle if you go with Autocab, dont believe anything they say when it comes to service, support, training, back up.
Straight out the box, it has what you need, it dispatches has accounts package and get you serving your customers straight away
without the upgrades its a dated product, the customer support, back up, training it awful, its on a par if not worse than BT customer support
Stay away! Technical support is non-existent - only interested in getting your money
Kommentare: Since purchasing this software we have come to realise that there are far superior products (and companies) out there. Would not recommend at all, if anything look at Icabby.
The dispatch side to this is very good, it is easy to use and perfectly suited to what we need it for. But that it's as far as the Pro's go!
Accounts software is awful. Very basic and does not do what we need it for. We have had nothing but problems with Autocab from day one. Paying monthly just for Tech support which is non-existent - DO NOT PURCHASE.
