Initially I had a problem of using xoxoday. I called the customer service desk and got the inputs how to use.

Outstanding Site
Kommentare: My overall experience was very great and positive because of their fast and proactive actions to their customer and users. I would say that this site deserves a very good ratings.
Vorteile:
Xoxoday is very active and one of the best site for gift cards, my experience with this site are extremely exceptional their customer support are very helpful and accomodating. I will recommend this site because it is very user friendly and helpful site.
Nachteile:
Nothing I can say about the Cons just a positive of Xoxoday.

Vorteile:
Xoxoday is very easy to use / navigate. It offers a variety of options to choose from through several online platforms.
Nachteile:
Some survey times take time to complete. It would be beneficial to have unlimited time to complete them without restraint.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EVERT

I have a gift voucher that I need replaced, as that store brand only has 5 branches where you can use the voucher.
Unfortunately, only one of those branches is near my area. I went there and discovered that that branch is actually closed already. I first reached out to Giftaway, who was nice enough to attempt to assist me, and advised they can assist me if I still want to try to use that voucher on a branch they can locate.
They also gave me the option to reach out to Xoxoday - which has been the WORST experience I have received. Their excuses:
a) I cannot open the voucher (even though I gave them the link, a screenshot containing the code)
b) They want me to reach out to my company's support team instead BECAUSE they cannot do anything for me (which is such an amateurish response).
c) When I asked why EXACTLY do I need to reach out to my company's support team, and what INFO they NEED to finally assist me - THEY DONT RESPOND
d) They then spammed me with multiple automated emails, saying "Here is your ticket link for the concern" - which I CANNOT ACCESS.
Seriously, DONT USE THIS COMPANY, very unprofessional customer service

They respond FAST (even on weekends) - but their responses are scripted and does not help me resolve my concern AT ALL
Nachteile:
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT I have ever dealt with. Gives me automated responses for a turnaround, and does not attempt to assist me AT ALL

I've really only used Xoxoday once. to claim my reward at Lowes. Once Customer support helped me out, I was able to successfully redeem my points. However, I'm not terribly IT savvy and the app wasn't very intuitive (at least my experience).
Nachteile:
The flip side of above. Also, it seemed that the support team was reluctant to have a face to face discussion. Everything was electronic. It was very frustrating to not have a human being to whom I could describe my problem.

A Xoxoday Consumer, 365 Days/Year
Kommentare: Our company's overall experience with them has been a positive one. The relationship has always been good, Xoxoday's customer service and management team are always quick to respond and handle any inquiries.
Vorteile:
Their online platform is relatively simple to use when placing orders, especially when you take into consideration that our systems aren't integrated. Only the tools you need are there -- no endless and useless navigational links or buttons. It's clean, simple and effortless.
Nachteile:
From my point of view there aren't many cons. If anything, just the ability to change customer email addresses on a completed order is the only thing missing. Right now, you can only click a "Resend Voucher: button and it's sent to the same email address.

Best feature is the - wide range of brand associations, really gives a free hand to employees to chose from. Next best feature is the platform in itself. Very easy to use & user-friendly !
Nachteile:

It is easy to select the vendors from the list. Various ranges of products can be viewed and picked before selection. It is user friendly. Even a layman can use by going thru the software with or without others assistance. Customer service executives are polite in answering; albeit the questions are irritable.Customer centricity is the main focus.

Nice Product with ease of doing

Vorteile:
Ease of handling, customer support service. Whenever we stuck anywhere we get the required help from XOXO team.
Nachteile:
Need to have bifurcations in budget that we newly recharge with. For eg; if we have recharged plum with 1 lac and after few days we put some more amount say 1.5 lacs then it should have two different trackers showing utilization of each recharge which will be really helpful.

Nice and easy to use product
Kommentare: overall good, I think you provide a service which is better than other companies we've tried. A bit more focus on customer service and not only on sales and upselling would be appreciated

discount % on gift cards - we had a few issues with the API that took some time to be resolved and a few level of escalation

Highly suggested for International rewards and gift management
Vorteile:
We primarily use it for rewarding customer advocates in 30+ different countries. The best part of Xoxo Plum is that the end user can receive the gift card for any of the services listed in his country. This will eliminate the regional currency problem that companies face while running a high scale reward program
Nachteile:
Customisation options are decent enough but needs improvement. Reply-to email should be customized by the end-user.
