Kommentare: My overall experience was very great and positive because of their fast and proactive actions to their customer and users. I would say that this site deserves a very good ratings.

Vorteile:

Xoxoday is very active and one of the best site for gift cards, my experience with this site are extremely exceptional their customer support are very helpful and accomodating. I will recommend this site because it is very user friendly and helpful site.

Nachteile:

Nothing I can say about the Cons just a positive of Xoxoday.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EVERT

Kommentare: I have a gift voucher that I need replaced, as that store brand only has 5 branches where you can use the voucher. Unfortunately, only one of those branches is near my area. I went there and discovered that that branch is actually closed already. I first reached out to Giftaway, who was nice enough to attempt to assist me, and advised they can assist me if I still want to try to use that voucher on a branch they can locate. They also gave me the option to reach out to Xoxoday - which has been the WORST experience I have received. Their excuses:
a) I cannot open the voucher (even though I gave them the link, a screenshot containing the code)
b) They want me to reach out to my company's support team instead BECAUSE they cannot do anything for me (which is such an amateurish response).
c) When I asked why EXACTLY do I need to reach out to my company's support team, and what INFO they NEED to finally assist me - THEY DONT RESPOND
d) They then spammed me with multiple automated emails, saying "Here is your ticket link for the concern" - which I CANNOT ACCESS. Seriously, DONT USE THIS COMPANY, very unprofessional customer service

Vorteile:

They respond FAST (even on weekends) - but their responses are scripted and does not help me resolve my concern AT ALL

Nachteile:

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT I have ever dealt with. Gives me automated responses for a turnaround, and does not attempt to assist me AT ALL

Convenience paired with Xoxo

allows me to redeem points in good brands which are really helpful

Vorteile:

the convenience is what makes me use it again and again the customer support is excellent

Nachteile:

i have been using it for the last 3 years and have not faced any issues there are no disadvantages

A must try for budding corporates to incentivize their employees

Kommentare: Very good experience overall. It makes me shop for myself since it is in the form of shopping voucher. I would have saved the reward money had it been in my account otherwise

I like how it allows us to redeem points on various apps and mostly it has its own products as well .

Fast, easy and efficient. Wide range of denomination.

Nachteile:

Whenever number of vouchers are less we receive vouchers within the emails. We would recommend to send the vouchers within the excel format only. It would be great to have a voucher final status report. We would like to know how many of our users are actually redeeming ther vouchers before it gets expired.

Engaging Software

Kommentare: Great! The team is prompt and helpful

Vorteile:

The software is very engaging. It has brought transparency to our Reward & Recognition which motivates employees to perform better in order to view their names on the page.

Nachteile:

We can only reward points. Would appreciate if a service of rewarding with gifts is introduced i.e. instead of giving 1000 points to someone if I can give them a movie voucher.

We have integrated Xoxoday with our HRMS tool. Due to this, gifting and claiming gifts is seamless. They also have a wide range of gifts to be chosen from which can be claimed via the points which we assign.

Nachteile:

None. There were some additional features which we wanted. This was available in their other product - Empuls

Xoxoday: very useful website

Kommentare: The overall experience is really great as there is a huge variety of options to choose from and the website is easy to access as well.

Vorteile:

The most useful feature was to be able to buy coupons for a variety of online platforms like amazon, flipkart, paytm, udemy, uber, etc. The website interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

There are no vouchers that can be claimed for gaming platforms like epic games, steam. The delivery of some coupons could be done faster.

Best gifting option for your employees

Vorteile:

It's easy to use and useful for your employees. Xoxoday has plethora of vouchers/ gifts to choose from, which enables employees to use the gifts as per their needs and not as per your choice. Easy to redeem and has a good customer support service.

Nachteile:

None so far. Interestingly this form is not allowing me to submit the above text alone, its compelling me to write more in this field! Honestly, I have no cons to write!
