Kommentare: Eine enttäuschende Erfahrung Nach mehreren Monaten der Nutzung von VISME muss ich leider feststellen, dass meine Erfahrungen weit hinter meinen Erwartungen zurückgeblieben sind. Trotz der vielversprechenden Features und der anfänglichen Begeisterung für das Tool, stieß ich schnell auf signifikante Hindernisse, die meine Arbeit nicht nur erschwerten, sondern auch verzögerten. Erstens war der Export längerer Videos ein ständiger Kampf gegen Fehler und Unterbrechungen. Für ein Tool, das sich an professionelle Nutzer richtet, erwarte ich eine zuverlässige Performance, die VISME in diesem Bereich leider nicht bieten konnte. Die Unfähigkeit, zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse zu liefern, führte zu Frustration und vergeblichem Zeitaufwand. Noch enttäuschender war der Kundensupport. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen und der Hoffnung auf Unterstützung, ließ die Antwortqualität und -geschwindigkeit stark zu wünschen übrig. Monatelanges Warten ohne zufriedenstellende Rückmeldung oder Lösungsvorschläge ist für mich inakzeptabel, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass wir geschäftlich auf die Ergebnisse angewiesen waren. Angesichts dieser Umstände sah ich mich gezwungen, eine Rückerstattung zu beantragen – ein Schritt, den ich nicht leichtfertig gehe. Doch angesichts der vergeudeten Zeit und der zusätzlichen Kosten, die durch die Verzögerungen entstanden sind, erschien mir dies als der einzige Weg. Die Entscheidung, möglicherweise rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, kommt nicht aus der Luft gegriffen, sondern ist das Ergebnis anhaltender Frustration und dem Gefühl, im Stich gelassen zu werden. Ich hatte gehofft, dass ein menschlicher und verständnisvoller Umgang mit meinem Anliegen eine Lösung möglich gemacht hätte. Leider führte die Erfahrung mit automatisierten Antworten und mangelnder persönlicher Betreuung zu dem Entschluss, dass ich und mein Team uns nach alternativen Lösungen umsehen müssen. Es ist bedauerlich, dass es zu dieser Bewertung kommen muss. Ich möchte andere potenzielle Nutzer ermutigen, sorgfältig zu prüfen und Alternativen in Betracht zu ziehen, bevor sie sich für VISME entscheiden. Es gibt andere Tools auf dem Markt, die ähnliche Funktionen zu einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und mit zuverlässigerem Support bieten. --- Bitte bedenken Sie, dass direkte Kommunikation mit dem Dienstleister oft der effektivste Weg ist, um Probleme zu lösen. Vorteile:

Die Einfachheit, wenn es funktioniert. Das beste Programm ist erschwerend, wenn es nicht funktioniert.

Nachteile:

Würde es funktionieren, wäre es wahrscheinlich eine sehr gute Software, aber das ist nicht von Bedeutung, wenn mit den Ergebnissen nicht gearbeitet werden kann und der Support einen ständig hängen lässt.

Perfect for any graphic design experience level - even complete beginners!

Kommentare: I am a volunteer for a non-profit animal rescue organization. We had a very successful past year and had been looking for a way to visually show all of the data from it, but didn't quite know how. Before working with Visme, we had no idea how beneficial it would be to have this data visually represented in a beautiful infographic. The results were eye-catching, easy to read/interpret and perfect to share on both social media and in print. We were able to take a closer look at our metrics and determine specific data we should be keeping track of- and we will be able to use these findings as a benchmark for years to come. Thank you Visme, for providing a tool to not only create an aesthetically pleasing infographic, but a tool that opened our eyes to our own various analytics that we can monitor and share with our supporters.

Vorteile:

Visme is very easy to use, even for someone with no graphic design/technical experience. I created a stunning infographic to display all of my organization's "year in review statistics" without any frustration or confusion. I was able to create a proof of the design and export it to a JPEG file for review. When layout/aesthetic decisions were finalized, I purchased a membership to have access to down a PDF version of the design. I ended up sending the same PDF file to a local print shop where it was printed on a 24x36 foam board - which still appeared in the highest quality that was displayed in my browser. You can't have a high quality print without a high quality file to print from. The first of many great experiences!

Nachteile:

Although it was nice to be able to size the canvas based on a ratio of pixels, it would have been nice to have an additional or alternative a way to size the canvas based on inches/centimeters for easy printing. If there is in fact already a way to do this, I would recommend having the options associated with the 'canvas size' feature.

Paycheck to Wealth Content Creating with Visme

Kommentare: My experience with Visme has been very rewarding. I am able to create content on a regular basis and have the content added to my Social Media sites to help strengthen my brand.

Vorteile:

Visme is easy to use, and it is constantly introducing new features that help enhance the projects that you are creating. Visme also has several templates to choose from to help get you started with your project. Finally, there is a large library of media content that can easily be added to your project.

Nachteile:

Often I create the content using my original ideas and materials, but because music audio is used from the Visme library, the overall project is subject to Visme's use policy.

Great Promise, Disappointing Execution: Buyer Beware

Kommentare: This experience left us genuinely concerned about Visme's misrepresentation of their system's capabilities and their lack of willingness to provide a reasonable refund when their software failed to work as advertised, despite our best efforts.While Visme may have garnered positive reviews from other users, my own experience was far from pleasant. The lack of functionality, the unsatisfactory support, and the strict enforcement of a no-refund policy left a sour taste in my mouth. I urge potential buyers to approach with caution, as the system's capabilities may not live up to the enticing promises made by Visme's marketing materials.

I recently had the opportunity to try out Visme, a software that promised to simplify my marketing efforts with its turnkey approach and compelling features in the Pro package. Initially, I was enticed by the great marketing and the impressive array of tools, such as the 'Brand Kit,' video and GIF creation, and a wide selection of templates for infographics, brochures, presentations, and more.The software did an excellent job of showcasing branded templates being effortlessly created, and the variety of templates available seemed endless. This gave me high hopes for the Pro package, as it appeared to be well worth the investment.

Nachteile:

my enthusiasm quickly turned into great disappointment after I purchased the non-refundable Pro package. To my surprise, it was essentially identical to the free version, with the all-important 'Brand Kit' section non-functional. Despite being advertised as a feature of the Pro package, it simply did not work as expected.In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to the support team. Their initial suggestion was to log out, clear my cache, and try using multiple browsers, including Chrome. Oddly enough, Chrome was already my preferred browser, so this advice seemed redundant.When the issue persisted, I informed support that the branded templates were not being generated, even though they had already been created during the conversion to the Pro account. Their response was unexpected: I was informed that the templates could only be generated by running an automatic branding tool based on a website URL. We followed this process, but Visme only correctly identified our logo while getting the brand colors and fonts completely wrong. Despite this incorrect information, the branded templates still failed to populate.Frustratingly, after spending two hours troubleshooting in Visme, it became apparent that the Pro account, for which we had prepaid for a year, simply did not work. Upon requesting a refund, we were met with a disappointing response: there were no refunds, regardless of the software's functionality or lack thereof.

Top tool you cannot work without

Kommentare: Visme is great, it's an all-around tool that gives me complete control over my designs. The stock images, videos and audio are a win in themselves without all the other great features. It is easy to use and I do not know what I would do without it now.

Vorteile:

I love the AI features to help enhance your projects. Visme are always improving and adding new helpful features to make creation time faster. The editing tools are also very helpful in creating images for projects outside of visme.

Nachteile:

I do not dislike anything about Visme so i'll share some of my wishes for future improvements instead. I would like to see more detail on the activity dashboard and exporting to other formats to edit offline. I would also like to be able to create animated videos where I can create a scenario and the mouths of the charter nove based on my prompts.

Most used tool for our business

Kommentare: Great product I will be using for the foreseeable future.

Vorteile:

innovative design tools that flow logically. I can have my employees use it with ease and very little learning curve.

Nachteile:

there seem to be some occasional glitches that can make working take longer than expected

Visme is a fairly easy tool to use

Kommentare: Fairly easy and produces a decent presentation or graphic. Not to complicated to figure out. Better than using PowerPoint, providing a more polished, professional look.

Vorteile:

Intuitive for the most part, Visme offers templates and designs to help you get started or implement into your own designs.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I think there are bugs that make it difficult to maneuver in a document you are working in.

Visme for business presentations

Kommentare: good experience, should be improved with tools for visual descriptions of processes / sequences / activities I know these templates can be found or built, but a smartart-like tool would be ideal

Ease to compose text blocks and images in the page, good overall aspect of the presentations

No auto function to generate flowcharts (ms ppt smartart) Control bar that appears over the text you're editing Not always stable (crash)

It's worth the money

Kommentare: I like it, I consider visme an important part of our business brand and deliverables.

Vorteile:

I really like Visme because it offers really nice templates, both online and downloadable projects, and the selection of typography meets our expectations.

Nachteile:

Sometimes there are bugs that can be annoying but it's not major.

Visme is a game-changer!

Vorteile:

Visme goes well-beyond what other infographic/graphic design platforms offer. We have been able to build resources that function similar to a microsite and place a quick link within our main company website that is utilized by both internal and external people to conduct daily business. These resources were not available prior to bringing Visme into our tech stack and now serve thousands and thousands of people, providing precious resources in a convenient manner. The best part of all... it was easy to do, looks FANTASTIC, and is a great user experience for our audiences being served.

Nachteile:

There are random "glitches" that occur which provide minor disruptions, but in the same respect, the Customer Support team has been very responsive.

Pros & Cons

Visme, an awesome platform for making presentations and publishing them easily.

Kommentare: With Visme, the results of a creative design are consistent, and its ability to integrate pre-developed content saves us a lot of work. Its ease of incorporating elements with the Drag & Drop functions strengthens the user experience and incorporating external data is really a simple process, considering the options that Visme offers.I think that Visme has been growing consistently and every day it becomes more popular and used in environments that request creativity and ease of content publication.

Vorteile:

One of the most interesting features of Visme is precisely its agility to adapt to the needs of each project, in addition to the fact that it has multiple templates to speed up our work.On the other hand, it interacts perfectly in the Web environment, where we make our updates online, and there are safeguards as we make changes to our project, and it also works perfectly in a local environment, to manipulate our designs offline. Additionally, we can interact with a web environment, for example, and if we want to switch to local mode, Visme makes sure that there are no referential integrity issues and produce some kind of inconsistency. This guarantees continuous and successful work on our projects.

Nachteile:

Visme is undoubtedly an excellent product to generate successful presentations and disseminate our content in a new and fresh way, which often makes the difference, as opposed to organizations that are pigeonholed in traditional tools that are widely used in corporate environments; however, it may be that some other applications on the market have strengthened the collaborative environment even more, and additionally there is a greater number of options to handle multiple formats that are practically considered standards today. Finally, Visme is excellent at what it does and without a doubt is a great application to generate live and impactful content.

A great tool

Collaboration tool and the support from the Visme team if needed is always second to none

Some stability issues, and minor bugs which are being addressed and acknowledged by customer service

Very user friendly

Kommentare: Used this for a few presentations and creating a one-pager. Generally pretty easy to use and people are amazed by the quality/graphics of some of the templates.

Vorteile:

Probably the easiest SAS presentation software I've used. The user interface is intuitive and allows you to click+drag to create pretty professional looking graphics and presentations. Very convenient to use especially how it allows you to save and access your presentations from anywhere. It also allows you to access thousands of images to use for your presentation.

Nachteile:

This is probably an issue with all other SAS which requires a constant internet connection to use. Slightly annoying making small/minor changes quickly since you gotta find internet -->log in -> make change-> save-> re-export as your powerpoint presentation, etc... Specifically, the visme presentations can't be modified in a MS powerpoint presentation and cant be modified offline. It exports as a graphic/single image in powerpoint so it forces you to only use visme to modify your presentation. Requires online connection and sometimes it lags when you're working on your browser if you have a slow connection. Charges you in USD so it sucks for you Canadians out there.

Flexibility and Fast Editing

Kommentare: 100% prefer Visme to any other graphics/editing software I have used.

Vorteile:

Ease of use - Cutting, pasting, resizing, image edits...Everything is intuitive and quick to change

Nachteile:

Occasional resizing glitches - Liked it better before the "AI" version of custom resizing was implemented

My experience with Visme

Kommentare: I was trying to represent my fieldwork questionnaire data analysis using something more creative than excel. I also wanted to easily add small icons and play around with the overall structure in a way similar to PowerPoint but not for the sake of a slide. If you are going to use Visme for more than 2/3 days and need decent graphs out of it, I highly recommend you buy the monthly subscription which you can cancel after as the perks were really good !

Vorteile:

The ease of creating multivariate data representations and being able to make boring data look appealing

Nachteile:

I didn’t face any major issues with the software. The only thing I have to say is that Visme still has a lot of potential

Content Creation, No Graphic Design Experience Needed

I have found sometimes it is buggy - slow to load or features do not work at times.

Nachteile:

While I have not encountered any difficulties using Visme, I believe that incorporating additional pre-designed elements would facilitate greater creativity in designing publications and presentations.

Better alternatives exist, but good for some use cases

Kommentare: Unfortunately, I had paid the year in advance, so I've lost my money. I no longer use them and instead use software from a couple other tools. I particularly like Crello and Pixelied. However for infographics, Visme is still the best. It's just a shame they don't care about their users privacy requirements, or applying the law outside of the US.

I first loved this software for their unique tools to create infographics.

Nachteile:

Unfortunately, I also care out privacy and was not allowed to participate in the offered free training without agreeing to their terms of service that included adding me to marketing lists. Since I know this is illegal in the EU, I politely asked them to change it so that I could attend their webinars. Their response was initial denial, then basically to ignore. I tried several times in the future. In the end I gave up using them and switched to Crello and Pixelied.

Big Big fan of Visme!

Vorteile:

It's user-friendly and the quality of the images and everything looks fantastic! We've used it for all kinds of projects from presentations, printable training packets, logo design, infographics, and several others as well. The CX experience has been the best part! The team at Visme is on top of their customer service and always​ very helpful. I also would​ say the price point​ is more than fair considering everything that can be accomplished​ through Visme.

Nachteile:

The learning curve has been tough for me. I have zero experience with anything graphic design related so that is to be expected. With is being web-based I feel like sometimes I experience latency when moving from project to project. However, ​more than likely​ is an internet connection speed on our end.

It gives us a lot of options to make amazing presentations

Kommentare: Finding the appropriate design for presentations was a stressful process, but Visme solved this problem and simplified the settings for us, so that we can choose the appropriate design and start entering and formatting data with ease.

Vorteile:

Visme gives us creative ideas to prepare the best presentations, as we can format slides in an innovative way, and ready-made creative templates help us a lot. Visme is perfect for setting up and formatting charts of all kinds, as it gives us a lot of options, which makes the charts incredibly special. It's also great that Visme is available in the cloud, which allows us to save all the presentations and designs we've done in an accessible, organized way.

Nachteile:

I can't hate anything about Visme, it makes the task of creating presentations very easy, and it offers a very affordable subscription which I really appreciate.

I LOVE VISME!!! I can use one program for so many things!

It's SO SIMPLE!!

Vorteile:

I love how EASY it is to do almost anything! I use it almost everyday for website graphics, emails, print. I used to jump around from program to program but now I do a majority of my design work in Visme. You don't need to know any other graphic programs to use Visme, it's for everyone. I love showing people in the office how they can look like a design professional in a matter of minutes. If you have any experience with Paint, Photoshop, Illustrator, you won't even have to read instructions, it's so intuitive.

Nachteile:

There isn't much I don't like, except I wish we could store more projects. 15 isn't enough. I would also like to download my own fonts in the standard package, I think that's important for all levels. You can't do branding without consistent fonts. Maybe allowing up to 5 fonts for the standard package? That's all I really need.

Visme is a very useful tool

Kommentare: Visme is a very useful program I suggest it for sure as an alternative and if you want to try something different by using the ''big name'' programs.
It take a little time for me to learn all the features of this program but since then I'm very satisfied.
I can complete several tasks with very big success.

Vorteile:

It is very useful for presentations. Have a big library and you can customize many features as you like. If you don't have any designs and templates you can find it here.

Nachteile:

Is not a very friendly for use program. Have unique designs to make your projects but comparing to other programs is a little bit poor the library.

Create your Presentation with a modern touch with Visme

Kommentare: My overall experience with Visme was great. I was fascinated by how good the presentation templates look and how well presentations can be designed with the use of this tool. However, as I used the free version I was not able to get my presentations as .ppt files which was slightly inconvenient to me.

Vorteile:

Visme is a web-based Presentation and Infographic tool. What I liked the most is that Visme has some great looking, modern templates that can be used to create amazing presentations. This vast template library makes the process of making a slideshow very interesting rather than making one with a conventional tool like Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint. The modern look on these templates is fascinating. Moreover, there are a lot of icons, shapes and logos to be chosen to include in your presentation. Furthermore, smooth and modern animations can also be included in the presentation.

Nachteile:

There are few cons in this tool as well. The free version gives only a small amount of icons, shapes and templates to be used in your presentations. Also, the free version doesn't allow the user to download a presentation in PDF format or .ppt format. Free version only allows the users to download the presentation as a bunch of JPEG files which is a huge drawback (not applicable for Premium/paid version). So in free version, if you want all the fancy animations and effects to be on your presentation you should connect to the internet and present the slideshow via the website.

Great Software for building infographics

Kommentare: I used Visme to build my online portfolio of infographics to assist me during the interview process while i searched for a new role Visme was great and helped me land a new Director of Communications role at a company that needs more visual communications. I will be recommending that my new employees get up to speed and use visme.

Vorteile:

I found the software intuitive and feature rich. I was able to easily import individual elements I had created in illustrator and have them appear and get arranged exactly as I had imagined. The templates provided are strong as well and I could easily apply my own branding. I also found it very easy to make them interactive.

Nachteile:

I think that the presentation builder (ie slide shows) could allow more flexibility. right now, you need to create individual duplicated slides with an element or 2 added or removed to simulate a slide
