Smart Trial for Clinical Studies

Vorteile:

This software is very user friendly, it's easy on the eyes and very simple to navigate. It runs really smoothly. I have only been using it for about 5 months so I haven't ventured into certain aspects.

Nachteile:

There are a few features that are wanting. Seeing/sorting screen fails, separating new submissions of imaging from ones that have already been downloaded, quick buttons to visit forms.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of building, and the support received. The response time from the help desk is second to none.

Nachteile:

It would be nice to have another table set up option.

Vorteile:

I do not like it at all. I have used many different electronic data capture form programs. This is one of the very worst. It is not user friendly; it is cumbersome to use. I hate it.

Nachteile:

Not user friendly.Cumbersome.Fields have incorrect decimal places or choices.

Good Platform with minor improvements still needed

Kommentare: Overall I would say customer service support was very good and I was easily able to pull out important data. I would only say that during set-up, I would spend extra time to ensure all the forms are accurate and create individual forms

Vorteile:

I enjoyed how user friendly the platform was and the ease of creating reports was an excellent feature

Nachteile:

I did not like that forms were not individually created. This created a lot of issues for us in the long run, as when you want to edit a single form at a certain timepoint, it ends up changing all the timepoints that use this same form

Greenlight Guru Clinical experiences

Kommentare: It has been very easy to learn how to create forms in Greenlight Guru Clinical. The staff involved in training us were very helpful not only during organised training sessions but also via email where they were very quick to answer any questions we had. They have been key in making sure everything has been done efficiently when time is valuable.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to design Electronic Case Report Forms using Greenlight Guru Clinical. The variety of question and answer types has made it very quick and efficient to tailor forms to how we want them to be presented. Other features such as adding validation rules are also very easily implemented making the process very straightforward.

Nachteile:

Reminders for participants to complete forms are currently sent automatically, it would be ideal if reminders could be sent manually too.

Positive experience using Greenlight Guru

Kommentare: Positive experience overall due to ease of use.

Vorteile:

Platform is easy to navigate. Simple but comprehensive sections available. Linked Con-Meds and AE sections.

Nachteile:

Not linked to IRT. Difficult to rectify if recorded off study and future visit sections impacted.

I am quite satisfied with GGC EDC.

Kommentare: Very positive and I would recommend it to any other non-commercial organisation.

Vorteile:

Easy to use for set up of studies and really quick and efficient system support team.

Nachteile:

We can raise only one query per question and if we want to edit the query, we have to close it first and open a new one.

Efficient and Effective

Kommentare: My overall experience with Greenlight Guru Clinical is a positive one. Out of many data capture platforms I have used, it certainly ranks highly amongst the most efficient and effective.

Vorteile:

The user-friendly nature of the platform makes training sites easier. From a CRA perspective, I have received less queries from sites regarding navigating the eCRF.

Nachteile:

The lack of in-depth monitoring reports makes it difficult to generate detailed overview of data points.

Would definitely recommend

Vorteile:

Extremely intuitive and user friendly design which meant very minimal training for sites staff and no time spent answering questions about use of database after SIV. Several sites praised how easy it was to use compared to usual EDCs. The customer service team has always been very quick and helpful when answering our queries about potential changes to study forms.

Nachteile:

At the time I used the EDC review of live data without extraction on the website was quite minimal, more tools to review and summarise data without having to download it would be helpful.

Greenlight Guru is the best!

Kommentare: Greenlight guru is very efficient and easy to use. Compared to other EDC platform, Greenlight Guru does well in terms of speed and design interface causing significantly improved work efficiency.

Vorteile:

The interface is user-friendly and easy to add and find data. The user can easily navigate to the tabs and panes so one is able to see if data is missing or incorrect. It's also easy to toggle between panes when looking for information.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the website is slow and just loading for a while.

Kommentare: The tool is friendly to use and provides a lot of options for different study needs. It is also a plus that the support is always willing to help.

Vorteile:

Quick and easy set up and user friendliness.

Sometimes that you cannot customize solutions based on your study needs.

A great product with room to grow

Kommentare: i use Greenlight guru for multiple clinical trial studies and for the most part the system is sturdy, quick and easy to train others in. it some have some hic-cups occasionally but its great for most trials and I would recommend it.

Vorteile:

the robustness of the program and the general accessibility of the application, the ease of use and the customisability

Nachteile:

it can be difficult to update queries on Greenlight at times as sometime the build is stuck in a catch22 situation where a query cant be answered,

Kommentare: Overall good experience with greenlight guru. Data entry has been smooth overall as well as communication for query resolution.

Vorteile:

Many features for data entry. Depending on the design of the eCRF, there are many ways to match source data based on the available features. The symbols are clear in the way that it shows when a form is incomplete, complete, etc.

Nachteile:

View for visits and navigation ease is bad. You cannot navigate between visits without leaving page and entering participant view again.

Why SMART-TRIAL

Kommentare: It is an essential tool for maintaining clinical trial data and communication with the clinical sites. It saves significant time and brings accuracy to the study.

Vorteile:

User-friendliness and good services are the best characteristics to be addressed.

Nachteile:

The high cost of ownership is the only downside to be addressed.

Highly user-friendly EDC for novice and experts alike

Kommentare: overall one of the best EDC available. the different sections are clearly marked and signposted, which made it easy to navigate.

Vorteile:

Easy to navigate, clearly marked sections, the colour-coded layout is also helpful

Nachteile:

data entry information, especially when correcting/double checking for accuracy, can take time as users need to scroll up and down several times. maybe it can be more condensed (e.gl left questions, right answer)

GG Clinical Review

Kommentare: Good, the UI/UX I enjoy and support is responsive. As described previously I do encounter technical issues, but the overall experience is still positive.

Vorteile:

I like the overview of the data events per participant, show if rules, and the ease of use.

Nachteile:

I dislike how only 1 eConsent module can be used per process, I would like the ability to have the signature in select spots for sub consent portions. Also wish there was a way to apply show if rules in batches.

Great useful research tool

Kommentare: It is a great tool for data gathering and the ease of use help researchers to lighten the load of their job.

Vorteile:

Easy to use! It is also my first electronic data capture and I am surprised to learn it quick and easy!

Nachteile:

The notification is a repetition of the queries so I usually mark it read all.

Intuitive and user friendly

Kommentare: It has been pretty good thus far! We've had simple and smaller studies and have found some limitations with what we've wanted to build. We've worked around them but would like to see more updates and changes overtime.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use for a small company that does not have a full data management team. The support has been great from the team and resources are helpful.

Nachteile:

There are limitations with process and data rules for building out complex studies.

Amazing eCRF!

Kommentare: I have a really good experience with GGC. It's my first time setting up and working with this type of eCRF and it's been amazing.

Vorteile:

It's straightforward to set up all the modules and rules, based on the clinical study you are conducting.

Nachteile:

Protocol deviations are not well defined and sometimes I would like to have more rule options.
