I can't say enough about ClearPathGPS!!! It has been so helpful knowing where an employee is!

Kommentare: Being able to dispatch service guys to a location close to where they are.

Vorteile:

Knowing where our employees are for emergency calls. The weekly report I get to help with time cards.

Nachteile:

Haven't found anything yet that I have disliked about the software. The weekly report I get is alittle hard to read. The time from when they left a job to when they get to the next job is a little hard to understand.

Clear PathGPS

Kommentare: Excellent. No complaints [sensitive content hidden] our CSM has done an excellent job taking care of us. The support Team has always been their for me if I have had any Issues with a device with no complaints always very friendly.

Vorteile:

The easy use of the Product from setting up new devices and adding new drivers to the system. I think we get a fair price on the equipment and it does a lot of cool stuff. you can see OBD codes, Fuel Gauge reading along with the % of fuel. Integrates with Wex Fuel Cards , Fleetio shop integration that we use and probably a bunch more you can add if you use something different.

Nachteile:

Can't really say I have never had any bad experiences with it and I have been working with them for the last 2 + years now.

Great management tool, cuts privacy

Vorteile:

Great software to keep track of company's vehicles, suitable for small-business application. Live and reliable data analysis.

Nachteile:

The software and business model bases on data acquisition and therefore cuts employee's privacy.

Kommentare: It's been a great experience. Anytime I have question and call, the team is very nice and helpful.

I like that everything is user friendly and the team is friendly anytime I call with a question.

I do not have any complaints. Great experience so far.

Great Trackers

Kommentare: We have been very pleased with everything from the tracking ability and the all the staff at ClearPath. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with any of our concerns.

Vorteile:

It gives us the ability to see and watch drivers in real time and we can efficiently monitor our drivers for better work production

Nachteile:

We live in a mountain area, and we do lose tracking in certain areas for a short amount of time

Kommentare: Good product, good service, easy to order more hardware, easy to cancel. Competitive pricing.

good software. good customer support. hardware has held up over time.

the service titan integration didn't work very well

Solid platform and support

Kommentare: Great experience with service, support and the website

Vorteile:

We have many different divisions and managers. The ability to track, assign and follow up with the team is like hitting the easy button.

Nachteile:

There are not 'CONS" with this program and the support. Works well enough for our purposes.

A Review from a Trades Business

Kommentare: Whenever I have an issue they are always available to assist and correct in the quickest way possible. Everyone I have spoken with is always kind and helpful.

Vorteile:

The ease of using ClearPath from the beginning has been wonderful. It was easy to set up, installation into the vehicles was quick, and they checked in every step of the way to ensure everything was running smoothly.

Nachteile:

I am not sure if it is an issue with our trucks or the trackers, but occasionally the techs vehicles will go into an idle mode and remain there.

Vorteile:

I appreciate the technology , features, accessibility, reporting and new features that have been added since I have been in our transportation program which is about 1-2 years. So it tells me that , ClearPathGPS is very innovative and forward-thinking which is awesome.

Nachteile:

There is nothing that I do not like least about ClearPathGPS. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. I'm still learning more about it's features and how it can improve our transportation program / reporting.

Gudajtes Family Farm

Kommentare: Overall, having 32 units on GPS has helped a lot with harvest. Knowing where each piece of equipment is, is a plus. Even in the winter. When equipment is parked on different farms. Not having to guess where they are parked is awesome as well.

Vorteile:

Technical support team is always easy to work with.

Nachteile:

Least like would be the app crashing once in awhile.

Best GPS by Far!

Kommentare: When we have bumps in the road we reach out and they respond and assist. We are 2 years in and service is consistent.

Vorteile:

No contracts and the program actually works. We have used GPS for 10 years, at least 5 different systems and most had the issue of reports not working properly or stop working. ClearPath is not the cheapest, though the last time we tried a cheaper company we got what we paid for. The reports work and the map and geozones are great! The set up was easy, time is money so this was important.

Nachteile:

Nothing really, they do not have a way to build customer alerts but they took the time and made the alert for us. Customer service is definitely present.

ClearPath GPS Review

Kommentare: Overall I have had a good experience with using ClearPathGPS. It is easy to learn and quick to setup.

Vorteile:

I believe the Geo Zones are what I like most about using ClearPathGPS. It allows us to easily track the delivery stops of our vehicles.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to view our account and billing history through the portal.

Great Vehicle Tracking, Exceptional Customer Service

Vorteile:

Vehicle tracking is the most important. Knowing driving speed and being alerted when the OBD tracker is disconnected is also critical. Customer Service is fantastic, quick and helpful.

Nachteile:

Incorporating a quick view when toggling over vehicles to display various info would be nice, such as odometer, service indicator for oil life %. How often the odometer reading for each vehicle has to be updated manually often. Engine / Warning light notifications and reading require the 'pro' account.
