One of the best CRM solutions.
Kommentare: Very intuitive. Could be modified to adapt into the different solutions even by knowledgeable users. Price competitive solution. Easy to implement.
Vorteile:
It is integrated with the Outlook - no other application needed. Integration with the MS Office completely. Mobile application available and works.
Nachteile:
Sometimes slowing down or reducing performance of Outlook.

Kommentare: My experience is good. I just need more experience to take advantage of the potential of eWay. Such as quotes and their records, order records, invoice records, etc.
Vorteile:
I like creating of a new contact via AI, New dates, occasions and marketing campaign.
Nachteile:
It's a shame that only the desktop version is possible for marketing campaigns. It's also not clear whether I'm logging into the desktop or online version.

Kommentare: I think the system should have more possibilities, and if it does, there should be materials available to help you get to know all of them

i like that you can easily add new project, deal etc

the system layout is not very clear, I don't know all the functionalities of the system and they are not clear to me, I don't know if it's possible to download reports

Kommentare: Have been a consistent user of ewaycrm platform from 4 years my experience has been always improving. with ease of acess on app and online webpage.
Vorteile:
it can be managed and updated from any area we are present.
Nachteile:
little difficulties in using the online web page. In ourlook the deals and contact entry is easy
Review - preference of old design
Kommentare: I am satisfied with eWay, but I would be more with old design.
Vorteile:
I like flexibility of eWay. I can change colomns, filters et.c
Nachteile:
I don´t like new design. I use old, because it is more practical for me. I like more lines when I am in the cart - Project. I can check, if i don´t have duplicity, forgotten category etc.

Overall, it's fine.
Forcing a respondent to write at least XY characters in a voluntary questionnaire seems silly to me
Vorteile:
The system is logical; if users use it as intended, it is completely clear and easy to navigate.
Nachteile:
Data searching is problematic. For example: If the column with the document ID is not displayed, but I need to search by document ID, the system will not find the document.
E-way review
Kommentare: Does what the business needs, although we have customized some information flows to meet our needs.
Vorteile:
- Good customer support - Excelent integration on outlook - Good customization options - Frequent updates and new features release

- Issue with recuring login screen pop up, losing focus of current task. - No native integration on powerbi link feature.
Easy and useful
Kommentare: I am a single sales professional. I am messy and hasty by nature and eWay-CRM is helping me a lot in managing customer contacts and sales, putting order and saving me time.
Vorteile:
Easy and simple to use, the automatic linking of emails to various projects or deals is very valid.
Nachteile:
The integration of the tasks of the Online version with the New Outlook is not ready yet. I've been told that it should arrive soon.

Great useful CRM
Kommentare: Happy with it, we don't feel need to change.
Vorteile:
Functionality: it just does what it says it does. For us it's a customizable CRM where we have tens of custom fields suited for our needs. Layout of fields is also customizable. We have all information about our customers in one place. And I also appreciate that it is (also) a desktop app which integrates to Outlook - I am not a fan of Online Outlook.
Nachteile:
Although it is currently understandable possibly due to technical impossibilities, I don't like, that the most useful new features are available only in online version of the app. I like, I want and I need the desktop version.
eway review
Kommentare: generally better at the start of the contract, jiri was excellent and very helpful. the support team is also very helpful, however not very flexible when it comes to the charges for things in the system i/e mistakes etc. i understand that there are busienss costs etc, however if thats the case that peopel can make mistakes, it should also be the case that the systme should allow a user to rectify those mistakes i/e restoring a deleted field.
Vorteile:
easy to use system as long as you dont make any mistakes.
Nachteile:
accidentally removed a field from the system and to have it restored would cost us a support fee..

Kommentare: I am very satisfied with eWay. It's an easy-to-use Outlook add-in that's very smart and helpful when you need to save emails, files, and keep track of deadlines. Great when multiple people need to work with one file - there is a versioning option.

It is easy to use. It is easy to implemented and it is very user friendly. eWay - CRM is oriented on customer. The support is very helpfull.

The necessity of frequent updating of the entire eWay, sometimes it gets stuck in the work.

It is possible to filter - trace old orders, record insurance claims, etc.

Kommentare: Implementation of eWay-CRM was the right choice for our company. It made order in all active and possible projects, internal projects included. Everyone in company uses it daily.

- For correct work you need to set rights for every user, kategory (group of users) without mistake (its not that hard and then it works nice) - none
eWay Review
Kommentare: The bad - the web interface has no integration with emails, Outlook for Mac is unfamiliar and I can't use it, nor can current modern Outlook for Windows. Moreover, I find the philosophy of the whole system unclear.
Vorteile:
Probably nothing worth mentioning (and minimum of 40 charactest here - are you crazy?)
Nachteile:
It forces me to use the outdated, unfashionable and ugly classic Outlook or the web interface, which in turn lacks integration with email. In addition, when one would be willing to use the old Outlook (why, for God's sake!) and has a modern Copilot+ laptop with AArch64 architecture, everything is disgustingly slow and by the time Outlook boots up, I can make coffee. It's 2024, not the noughties where x86 is the only platform in the world. So I use eWay out of necessity, not pleasure...

Kommentare: in our company we use e-Way as an operational database for sales representatives on the go. we have here all the important information about the customer, which we can change and add. traders write down their information from meetings here, which can be well reported.
Vorteile:
Communication with IT support is excellent. we can solve many things immediately by phone or remote management
Nachteile:
each software has its own logic of programming and use and its own nomenclature. at first it was sometimes more difficult to empathize with these words.
