Kommentare: The bad - the web interface has no integration with emails, Outlook for Mac is unfamiliar and I can't use it, nor can current modern Outlook for Windows. Moreover, I find the philosophy of the whole system unclear.

Vorteile:

Probably nothing worth mentioning (and minimum of 40 charactest here - are you crazy?)

Nachteile:

It forces me to use the outdated, unfashionable and ugly classic Outlook or the web interface, which in turn lacks integration with email. In addition, when one would be willing to use the old Outlook (why, for God's sake!) and has a modern Copilot+ laptop with AArch64 architecture, everything is disgustingly slow and by the time Outlook boots up, I can make coffee. It's 2024, not the noughties where x86 is the only platform in the world. So I use eWay out of necessity, not pleasure...

Good experience with eWay

Kommentare: In general the experience is quite positive. It does the job.

Vorteile:

It is integrated in Outlook, which was our main issue with other CRMs.

Nachteile:

It is adapted to the Classic Outlook only, so limits our use of Outlook (most of us use New Outlook version). It would have been a great deal to integrate it in the New Outlook as well.

Kommentare: We have been using eway for about 5 years to keep track of orders from enquiry, to offer, to execution.
It is possible to filter - trace old orders, record insurance claims, etc.

eWay is the only Contact Management Software to Consider for a Law Practice

Kommentare: With the loss of business contact manager via outlook, eWay has been the only software we have found that will do what a small and very busy law practice will need to use!

Vorteile:

The way you can seamlessly sync all contacts, tasks, emails and anything else going on with a specific case. This is really important for a small law firm as I (the paralegal) can keep our clients up to date on the status of their case by seeing what I or the Attorney I work for have completed (tasks) and what has been done as far as communication with clients and opposing parties (emails) all in one easy to use system. Cannot recommend them enough. After dealing with QuickBooks support for 6 months, I truly appreciate the level of customer service eWay provides and does not stop until all issues have been resolved. Even when the issue is on our end they attempt to fix or point out potential problems with our system.

Nachteile:

The only Con I had was knowing when eWay had a new update, but I expressed a desire to be emailed when new updates are released and within a release or two I started getting emails to inform me of a new update! So no more Cons with eWay.

Pain and misery

Kommentare: Honestly, I hate it. For more details please see the field above. I don't know anybody in our company who enjoys working with it and people try finding different workarounds on how NOT to work with it.

Vorteile:

It is integrated with Microsoft Outlook.

Nachteile:

It looks like something out of the 90s. Super-complicated, slow, endless updates slowing down the rest of the system, not user-friendly at all. Maybe it's great for accounting, but it is the worst as a CRM. When I compare it to Pipedrive I used before in a previous company, it was so much better. Also, working with data is pain in the ass. I would like to but I can´t be bothered with this system. In Pipedrive, I could see visualizations of my targets, revenues, etc. at 1 click.

Kommentare: eWay is CRM system which we integrated few years ago. We are really satisfied with it. It can provide data you apriciate to have like a manager. There are many ways how to work and look to data. You are able to modifie many fields and customize it to your needs. Like a benefit is an mobile phone app. Great tool for company of our size.

Integration in Outlook. Could be modified from our side. Mobile phone app. Imports and exports of data.

Nachteile:

Some modifications need to be done by creator and you have to pay fees.

Nice add on into MS Outlook

Nice integration to MS Outlook, there is no request for more activity, you easily work in MS Outlook and add all importatnt info´s into eWay CRM. Also nice connectivity with our accountant database

We adopted EWAY in 2014 and it is now a critical part of our businesses forecasting for all our sales team. This allow us to keep track of every opportunity month in month out. Kommentare: We use eWay since 2009, mostly as a contact database, to track attendance and few customized reports. Overall we are satisfied, switching to Enterprice licence now so as a strategic plan for the future I personaly value that we can use our current licences. Thus the dislike as the monthly fee to rent the licence is expensive.

Vorteile:

We value our customized reports which compare our data from attendance to profits on each client. The use of eWay is not difficult, only time consuming to some employees working on different agendas.

Nachteile:

The posibility to buy a licence have been disabled. Also since we use eWay for many years, our database is big and we noticed the start of outlook is slow, often outlook blocks eWay and sometimes it takes time to load report or open an module.
