Real estate focused solution with easy-to-use web interface in Top Producer X version

Kommentare: The sales and support interactions were all excellent, at every step of the way, from initial sales contact to following up to make sure I continue to be successful. Their sales and support people know their product roadmap and have input to product developments. This shows their product management is on point. Good product management is the key to having a system which will support their users continued success.

Vorteile:

The contacts are easy to import and easy to set up in the Top Producer X web version. I enjoy seeing my email conversations within the contacts. It is a good addition to my normal work environment, using Win10 touchscreen laptop. I keep Top Producer X as one tab open in a Chrome web browser alongside social media and property information throughout my working day. The layout makes it easy to update information and next steps for multiple clients and contacts.

Nachteile:

The web version doesn't have all the features of their legacy 8i product. They have an active development team working on porting features from an older system (which is still functional) into the newer system I started on, Top Producer X. Mobile version still needs updates to newer interface. Text messages sent from the TPX CRM are hard to view and act on responses on my mobile device. It's not perfect, but I have trust that they will incrementally provide updates that solve these issues and more.

Why I love TP!

Kommentare: Great customer care for years. After shopping and working with many other platforms it felt great to have people at customer care that I literally know by name and can trust. I was being passed along from one intern to the next with the other platforms. Listen, at the end of the day I want the best for my clients. Top Producer is the best I have found and gets the job done!

Vorteile:

Customer care is the best! Easy to use. And the best "team" compatability that I have found in a crm. I'm fresh out of shopping all the top brands and systems out there too! Literally invested over 10k trying other systems in 2023 and have found Top Producer is the best for my team. Team task sharing, and seaching and sorting lists for my database is so easy!

Nachteile:

It didn't seem to be as cool looking as some of the new products out there. I did fall for the idx feature within the crm being awesome...and I still think that is a cool feature that other programs do have. But if the basic functionality of a crm cannot happen as well as Top Producer, I can't fall for the fluff and risk giving up top producer features.

Top Producer/Smart Targeting

Kommentare: Terrible. I am trying to cancel, but they want me to pay additional money to do so.

Vorteile:

Seemed like easy setup, but ended up being not so easy due to system changes that have glitches.

Nachteile:

Customer service is poor. They promise fixes and updates, but fail to provide either. Yet, they still charge full price every month.

Great Value for the Money.

Kommentare: I give it a 9/10 so far. I know I am not utilzing all of the features but I am sure I will as I become more familair with the software.

Customer support has been fantastic so far. My rep, [sensitive content hidden] was very organized & helpful.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far but as I dig into it more I might have some objections.

Lead management & CRM

Kommentare: It has only been a couple weeks, not as impressed as I had hoped to be, but I am still learning.

Vorteile:

Very trusted name in real estate, lots of benefits, lead management, goal tracking & CRM.

Nachteile:

The email/drip campaigns seem very generic & boring, was hoping for much better content from a company who has been in the real estate game for ever...

New to Top Producer

Kommentare: So far, it's been great. I'm just beginning the set up, but it has so far been smooth.

Vorteile:

Pretty intuitive & helpful onboarding. Account exec was very helpful in answering questions before making my decision.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far. I have just begun to get my account set up.

Growing CRM

Vorteile:

For as long as I have been using it, it functions and helps me maintain my clients. I am growing each time I use it and learning more about the functions it has to help me grow my business

Nachteile:

I wish you could change the contact status of multiple clients at the same time instead of 1 by 1.

TopProducer for Top Agents!

Website templates and "wow" factor isn't as high as some.

The BEST CRM ever!

Vorteile:

Top Producer is easy to use - and you can't "lose" clients when you have input their date correctly. I have been using this for 23 plus years. They continue to make improvements and their support has ALWAYS been the best. I love the chat box - very quick and efficient.

Nachteile:

During the changeover from TP8i to TPX, I lost a lot of data - lost a huge library of letters and emails. However I did not lose any contacts or any of the info pertaining to sales. As far as emails, since I use gmail, those emails could still be retrieved if needed. The library of letters lost were the ones I was not consistently using.

New to Market SnapShot

Kommentare: Top Producer has been my contact management for many years, now with Market Snapshot I do believe my past and new clients are going to love having more information about their homes/investments. Being their go-to whenever they have real estate questions is my number one goal.

Vorteile:

Having everything in one place: contacts, market snapshot, social connect. Using the mobile app when on the road, keeping notes.

Nachteile:

Our board would not allow Top Producer access to our data for many years. That is not the case anymore. I am looking forward to working with Market Snapshot and Social Connect.

Keep track of your business

Kommentare: Very good. It has stayed around without extreme changes to make its use manageable at any time.

Vorteile:

I've used Top Producer for 25 years and found it to be a great access point. I'm always able to go back and look up clients, vendors, etc. that I used for years. The market update is good to alert your potential seller of their property's value. People always need a nudge to them in the market.

Nachteile:

You are offering classes now, but previously, they weren't offered, and trying to reach support is not always easy. Companies need to realize that personal contact is essential to making your clients free; they're top of mind.

Top Producer

Kommentare: Good- if not retiring, would not have left. It has gotten expensive like everything else.

Vorteile:

Contact database- critical to have one phone and see notes, etc..

Nachteile:

Never learned all the uses- my fault that his did not happen

Client Management

Vorteile:

Great CRM system to keep in touch with my clients.

Nachteile:

System is a bit slow sometimes, and laggy when I try to send emails to too many contacts.

Longtime user

Kommentare: Good overall, with some of the best customer support response for basic issues. Just not the issues referred to above.

Vorteile:

I liked the possibility of all of the features available.

Nachteile:

It took a long time to upgrade the product, and when it finally happened many of the features were no longer available. When I would call on them I'd be told they were either working on them or that I should put in a request to have them work on them. It took a long time to get TP to integrate with my MLS, and when they finally did it was wiped out with the switch to TPX and the answer that they were working on restoring it. That never happened.

I cannot do my job without it!

Kommentare: I have been using it for 17 years, since we synchronized with floppy discs. I have tried others, but keep coming back to Top Producer.

Vorteile:

Love that it keeps me organized, easily apply automated plans to transactions and to clients. Top Producer makes me look good.

Nachteile:

I don't like that they have removed the function to print letters (we have some clients with no computers and/or email), and I am not fond of the feature that creates "relationships" as it does not work well for printing lists. I have had to go in and remove all the relationships that I created, so that my lists are accurate.

Chat review

Vorteile:

Chat rep was patient and knowledgeable. My chat was answered in a timely fashion.

Nachteile:

using 8i and x is a bit much. Features should be available in each. x has a very light display on cell phones almost unreadable and is also too light on pc. I wish they would correct this. *** Connect program needs to be made available to use all office listings with Realcomp II in Michigan. Please let me know. Market Leader a sister company does it. Please keep me posted.

The best platform ever!

Nothing I liked it all. There was nothing I would change as it was perfect for what I needed.

It is easy for the agents to use. The customer service is really good and easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

The only problem that I have encountered is when I am adding an agent to the system. The customer support has been very helpful but it would be a more effective use of my time if I could get through the process through my account.

Befuddled by the tech issues that can pop up, like getting a domain name or a SSL certificate? Luckily, the patient and skilled Top Producer support team has your back. Rapid response to chat questions and senior tech support will call you if need be when something is really vexingl Great experience overall!

Nachteile:

Not really a con, but know that you still have to do your own copy writing, image selection/cropping/formatting, and SEO keyword strategy.

Constant problems with my email integration validation; and, not accepting a secondary email address in conjuction with my primary email address.
