Powertrak 3D Product Configurator enables our internal sales reps, external dealer network, and customers to visually and interactively custom-design single rooms to entire facilities with our modular RIG and RACK products and accessories. Adding Powertrak allows our business to take the customer value-added service to a completely new level.

"Very Stable and somewhat easy to administrate."

Kommentare: Powertrak software offers a wide range of MSCRM augmentation capabilities. Our organization only utilizes the product configurator which allows our reps to have directed selling capabilities which reduce order variances. However, there's a host of reporting capabilities and pipeline management tools as well. The staff is adequately available for assistance and extremely flexible in regards to project management. One of the drawbacks we've experienced is a difficulty customizing the platform to include functions like up sell recommendations or line item discounts. Some other platforms have shown an easier administration which means we can do more in house. Overall, the product is a cost effective solution for our business needs in a high tech manufacturing capacity.

"CRM 2011 with Powertrak from Axonom"

Kommentare: In our environment Powertrak has expanded our automated processes beyond MS CRM workflow. We have enabled automatic record creation and updates in a controlled and efficient way. Allowing the sales force to embed CRM into their daily routine without being bogged down with data entry tasks. With Axonom becoming a team member and not just an external contractor, we have been able to accomplish all our data processing goals. Thank you Axonom

"Powertrak Product Configurator - integrated with MS Dynamics CRM - Great Customer Service"

Kommentare: We use both the Powertrak Partner Portal and the Product Configurator. The configurator is a great tool based on rules that allow our partners to configure valid products only, thus saving us a bunch of re-work when the quotes/configurations come in unbuildable. The tool is easy to use by both our product managers and partners. Very solid! I cannot say enough positive things about Axonom's customer and technical support. They have been great at supporting us during several MS Dynamics CRM upgrade and migration cycles. They even stepped up when we asked them at the last minute to be available for a data center migration over a week-end. Thank you Axonom!

Kommentare: When we decided to replace our quoting and design apps, we placed a major emphasis on how to improve the user experience. Our next CPQ solution had to incorporate enhanced visualization, interactivity, mobility, and a user-friendly, intuitive interface.
Our evaluation team interviewed a number of configurator vendors but found that Axonom had a platform that would transform our digital catalog into a highly interactive selling tool.

Right from the start, Axonom understood our industry, coached our team on best practices, and had a highly customizable CPQ solution. In addition, they proved to be lower in cost and offered maintenance-free hardware and software management by hosting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Powertrak at NetPRM, its cloud-based hosting environment.
