Vorteile:

Making menus, links and buttons is extremely simple and is all done with a couple of clicks. There are remarkable bonus like making a slider or carousel picture gallery with the click of a button.

Nachteile:

The failure to crop images straight in app and the have to guarantee my picture is cropped well prior to hand, there is the capability to move to bottom or leading or center etc

What you see is what you get

Kommentare: PageCloud is a joy to work with. I've used Dreamweaver and CSS in the past, but this is so much easier and straightforward. Customer service is great and there seems to be someone in the chat waiting for me if I have a question. Web design became a drag after a while but PageCloud has changed that. I am in and out quickly and maintenance is easy now.

Vorteile:

This software works like a good quality desktop publishing suite. It is easy to manipulate websites and create the vision that the mind's eye conjures. HTML code is an option but not needed for anything I am doing. New features are being added, but ultimately this is a package that does what you want in the way you want to see it, quickly and easily. A little care and the website is optimised for desktop and mobile.

Nachteile:

I'm still trying to find the flaws. the big one for me was spamming through form filling but the introduction of Captcha has ended that.

This solves problems for me in easy website maintenance that is of great value.

Vorteile:

I like that the design is drag and drop for all the common things and is instantly live. Removing the barriers to outcomes is a huge win. I have no desire to concern myself with file storage management, ftp servers, separate design and hosting, etc.

Nachteile:

Not everything is intuitive and when you need to go off script, it's definitely much harder and intimidating. Continuing to build out widgets for common ideas like a hamburger menu vs making everyone build it from scratch would be on the list.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to use and how creative it allows you to be. The freedom PageCloud allows you with designing your website is hands down the best. I no longer need to be anywhere near a computer programmer or website genius to be able to create a beautiful website for my company.

Nachteile:

As amazing as I believe this software is, I do wish it was a bit more comparable in price. I sometimes struggle to justify spending that much. Also, I usually end up having difficulty convincing friends and family to pay so much to try it. I just wish I could share PageCloud with the world for a better price.

Customer service is great, but needs a few more updates.

Kommentare: I was able to easily update our company website without having to use developer time! Would recommend if you're looking for a simple solution.

Vorteile:

This software is easy to use. You can drag and drop items easily, making it simple to update your web pages.

Nachteile:

Lacking features and functionality. It is a rather new application, but will likely get there in time.

Easy to use - Easy to understand

Kommentare: I was an original backer when the project launched back in September of 2015. We've used it to keep our websites up to date, refreshed and adding new features! We like how it's still growing, and how there are always new features being added!

Vorteile:

We like how easy it is, and how helpful the staff are when we need help to solve something! The easy of not needing to know how to write script makes a huge difference!! The drag and drop along with image resolution conversion/optimization is amazing!

Nachteile:

There are sometimes headaches with the layouts and formatting between mobile and desktop. If one thing is messed up, it can carry forward to the other pages within the site, and can take a LOT of time to fix one small error.

I never give 5 stars. But these people really do deserve it.

Vorteile:

It's so easy to use. I've spent on websites and never really got what I want. I spent a few hours one night and built a new website I loved. Then I built another one after they rolled out templates. It seems like every few weeks there's new features that make building great websites easier.

Nachteile:

While there are shopping cart integrations I would love to see a comprehensive template available for stores.

My favorite website creator ever

Vorteile:

It was so simple and easy to use. I also have a graphic design background, so I have an understanding of where to place things. But PageCloud makes everything so easy to place. It's seriously so much simpler than any other website creator I've used and gives me the flexibility that I've always wanted without having to understand a ton of code. Any of my friends that are looking to built a website, I recommend this. It's so great.

Nachteile:

I wish they have some more fun functions

Powerful Visual Editor

Vorteile:

Pagecloud’s visual editor is second to none. For “prosumers” in the website building world, there are plenty of tools to help you play around with your website’s UI and preview them on every screen imaginable.

Nachteile:

I was an early adopter into Pagecloud (user since 2015) and had special pricing for it. After I cancelled it and resubscribed under an organisation I now work for, the price really was a stark difference.

Overall Fresh, Useful New Tech

Vorteile:

WYSIWYG to the max. You have the ability to build a site that does not look like a template. You can start from a blank page, which is what makes this great.

Nachteile:

Still in its infancy, and the real challenge will be adding functionality while maintaining its accessibility for idiot users like me. Here are the three things that annoy me the most: 1) the editing pane isn't easily moved out of the way and often covers up the space where I'm trying to work; 2) there is no light box functionality for simple text - the only only way to have changing or rotating text/quotes is to load image files and that's dumb; 3) There is not sideways navigation - so "swipe left" and "swipe right" to access a new page or pane isn't possible, but is becoming more and more expected in mobile UI; Finally, there needs to be a way to make changes that don't publish immediately. Pagecloud needs to have an option to "publish now" or "publish as you go," so I can work on the page any time of day w/o fear of others viewing my work in progress. In addition, the ability to add a stroke to a text would be great; and bring back the glow and shadow text attributes would be nice (dearly missed.) There are some other buggy things, but these are the major wants/issues.

Pagecloud for your Website

Kommentare: Amazing service and a really great product.

Vorteile:

I signed up to Pagecloud before their full launch and have never looked back. I wanted something that I (no design or coding experience) could use. I have since gone on to create sites for others too!

Nachteile:

The mobile view changes - though this has improved and is so much better.

Great concept, Fantastic UX, Limited API and 3PA ability.

Vorteile:

Pageclouds ability to clone an existing webpage is one of the biggest draws, it allows you to take an existing concept that you like and use it as a baseline for your project.

Nachteile:

The lack of third-party applications and integrations made it difficult to create fully featured pages without excessive coding.

Good quality but very limiting

Kommentare: Ease of use and easy to learn.

Vorteile:

Drag and Drop feature makes work flow easy and fast for editing. Easy learning curve and familiarity with other products.

Nachteile:

Not enough choices in the features provided. I would like to see more form types and database implementation. I would like to be able to save the customer's form inputs and display products based on the type of car, for example. Currently, we only have contact form and newsletter forms.

Easy w/ Great Support

Kommentare: I am using pagecloud exclusively for all existing and new restaurant clients. It's easy for them to learn and edit sheet I'm done and ther templates work well in that industry. Great CS, the live chat feature is extremely helpful.

Vorteile:

Easy for my clients to use secret I handle the initial build. I can train, even ther most un-savvy client to exit in pagecloud in about 30 min.

Nachteile:

It would be great to be able to upload more than just images.

Compared to Webbly and the like, PageCloud feels like cheating.

Kommentare: PageCloud allows me to quickly publish material in almost exactly the way I desire and without dealing with code. It frees me to focus on my writing and avoid spinning my wheels troubleshooting website basics.

Vorteile:

I can do almost anything I want with text and boxes without having to switch between sections in an interface or troubleshoot code. Dragging and dropping items, resizing text, and a sufficient and well-thought-out toolbox on an interface that almost always matches what comes out in the browser is something I can't do without now.

Nachteile:

As the software is in development, some features, in particular creating links simplified and lost a feature or two. For example, I created links that opened in a new window without the browser features. I wasn't able to do this after the new version came out. There were some other features, such as creating a hamburger menu that didn't seem to work with the same ease.

PageCloud Awesome Experience

Kommentare: The overall experience was awesome. Like I said, I was doing a Golf Course Website and when I had questions they make sure that the customer service agent was passionate about Golf. I unfortunately did not finish completely the website as the whole golf course project went away but I'll definitely reuse PageCloud for another project.

Vorteile:

Customer service was perfect. Even thought sometimes I was speaking to different agent I always add a good service. I was doing a Golf course website and when I had questions they even give me a customer service agent that was passionate about Golf. They really care. I also liked the ease of use of the platform and the feeling using it.

Nachteile:

Honestly I don't see big cons about this service. I have to say that I did not try lots of competitors.

PageCloud Gives You Flexibility That Other Platforms Don't Provide

Kommentare: PageCloud is genuinely easy to use. Your imagination is nearly the only limitation when designing a website. PageCloud's customer support is second to none.

Vorteile:

Flexibly. The fluid layout and ability to transition between full screen layout and mobile layout significantly cuts the time required to do work on the design instead of having to recreate a version of a page that is mobile friendly.

Nachteile:

Lack of database features, ability to create subdomains compared to other products within similar price range, lack of ability to create a login for a page (like a subscription page) to restrict content to certain people or groups.

I signed up to Pagecloud before it had launched and have been more than satisfied with the platform!

Kommentare: Ease of use and easy delivery of my website!

Vorteile:

It enables me to maintain my website in a very user friendly way. The tech support has been excellent and the platform is always improving!

Nachteile:

There is very little lacking from the platform and many features that I have wanted are coming online. One feature that would be excellent would be the ability to edit on my iPad or even iPhone!

For the most part great! Easy to use! Professional look!

Vorteile:

I really like the software. Easy to access and easy to use. Drop and Drag for the most part. Easy to edit Text and change our pictures the change/replace.

Nachteile:

When line button and graphics up on the screen in edit mode does not always see what true the viewer on live page. If I have to manually shift stuff or off set the to make it look correct on the screen for the view. Second, there is no way to protect my website contact form from spam Lots of other sites to confirm that I'm a real person and not a robot or computer trying to just send unwanted emails that require to type a code from what you see to make sure before sending email... I have been getting spam lately.

Amazing for eCommerce

Kommentare: Great platform overall. PageCloud makes websites made easy for anyone from a beginner or pro.

Vorteile:

- Being able to change the style and content in a matter of seconds - Having access to designer tools within the platform to modify images and shapes - Easily dragging designs from my desktop right into the page (no uploading required)

Nachteile:

- Needs a few more features however they aren't features I would use every day necessarily so not that the lack of them are are a show stopper

User friendly and powerful apps!

Kommentare: Beautifully designed website without pulling my hair out, and I can do it all on my own!

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to design beautiful pages without having to worry about the engineering behind it. With all the compatible apps, I can do it all on my own.

Nachteile:

Only thing I have been waiting since day 1 since PageCloud launched is the blog portion. Also the contact form, or just forms in general (questionnaire) , is a bit hard to customize, but it's workable.

One of the best online platforms out there

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

- Some bugs in the user interface, but not many - Some of the more mundane things (such as pop up boxes) are difficult to achieve - Sometimes difficult to re-code the page when re-doing certain aspects of page design

Complete freedom in terms of design. You know for a fact that anything you make and publish on PageCloud will be completely unique which feels great. Anything that you picture in your head you can create on PageCloud.

Nachteile:

Tiny bugs here and there (Hard time dragging objects occasionally). But nothing major at all.
