There is value in this software but I didn't fully getmy way around it.It can do with more tutorials
Vorteile: It captured my interest as it promised to unpack insight on exit-intent behaviour among my customers, with the ability to track mouse movements and velocity on the users' end and counteract it with a relevant pop-up-call-to-action-window which you can design yourself through their software and embed it into your website. The creative (pop-up) was easy to edit and tailor. It provides neat statistics and results.
Nachteile: Simplicity is a valued attribute when it comes to softwares and to the way the company websites present their product. But I really struggled at first to learn more about how the software works, and I browsed and browsed their website being close to exiting on them. Therefore it left me wanting more; it did whet my appetite to use their services and having stuck with them was worthwhile. Customer service is good. I find the monthly subscription cost steep considering that on the lowest tier you can only run 1 campaign and that's up to a maximum of 5000 pageviews, while the next tier jumps to more than double in price.

Vorteile: ExitMonitor is an innovative software with an excellent segmentation and testing design, in charge of monitoring customer exits, this is a key tool for different companies.
Nachteile: It takes several weeks to adapt and handle it completely, a bit expensive, but I suppose it is due to the software quality.

Get back your abandoned users
Vorteile: Exit Monitor is cart abandonment app that lets you show popups to visitors who are about to leave your website. The best thing about Exit Monitor is its ability to integrate with leading marketing tools such as MailChimp and other third party tools like Shopify and HubSpot. Additionally, it works with Zapier.
Nachteile: It is way too expensive when compared to other similar tools.
