Straightforward, reliable digital document signing at an unbeatable price

Kommentare: We've been using Digisigner for all of our document signing needs, from NDAs to contracts. After plenty of real-world use, Digisigner has proven to be a reliable, excellent choice for us.

Vorteile:

Digisigner has a very shallow learning curve but is surprisingly versatile. Digisigner seems suitable for virtually all cases where one would want to make documents digitally signable or fillable--Digisigner isn't purely for signing, you can create all kinds of fields in a document that can be filled by the recipient. In many ways Digisigner is a much better alternative to Adobe Acrobat.

Nachteile:

As we have had zero issues with Digisigner, and the pricing is excellent, I find myself unable to think of any negative aspects to highlight.

API Rocks!

Kommentare: Overall the experience is great. Easy to use templates and API. So far very reliable and gets the job done. It is straight to the point with explanations and no fluff.

Vorteile:

It's API is super accessible and affordable. The optionality with each document is almost exactly what I am looking for.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the fields pull in a different order and I have to go through each template and make sure they are ordered the same so the API is able to read them. Also I really wish the presentation to the end signer was a little more polished (rounded corners versus square, etc) silly things but does give me pause before sending official documents to clients.

Ups My Productivity

Kommentare: I prefer this signing service over the last 5 I have tried. It is so east to use.

Vorteile:

It was very user friendly, I have used many electronic signature services, this by far has the least fuss and easy to navigate, very efficient. I can finish signing documents in under a minute.

Nachteile:

I would have to used it again but nothing stuck out to me.

Great value for money for easy to use platform

Kommentare: Overall, I feel Digisigner is a great solution for anyone who doesn't want to complicate their lives with digital signature software solutions. I found Digisigner real easy to understand, edited documents fast and sent and signed a couple of them during the trial period.
I tired several solutions that were filled with options that are unnecessary, expensive but in the end do the same (or worse) than Digisigner.

Vorteile:

I like the simplicity of the platform, the options to use links indstead of sending the document via e-mail. The pricing is fair and that is great but you also have a good trial period where you can experience the solution, cudos for that.

Nachteile:

I miss the option to export the data in a document to .csv for example, or any other editable format (.xls) beacuse that option would save me a lot of time when extracting data from certain forms we need to be filled and signed. It's a big factor in my use case scenario and that is why the review is one star less than perfect.

My Review on use of DigiSigner

Kommentare: Very Good. It is easy to use, and the GUI is self-explained.

Amazing for a Small Business Owner!

Kommentare: Overall, I think this website is amazing and straightforward. It has helped me in creating contracts to send to my clients, and the options for free membership are better than many out there.

Vorteile:

I love that the Free version of this site allows me to have full capability in sending documents for my clients to sign, and the site itself is intuitive and super easy to learn.

Nachteile:

To be very honest I have not experienced a con of Digisigner. It does exactly what I need it to do. I only wish the free version allowed for 4 documents a month.

Loving Digisign 5/5 ratinf

Kommentare: I was using Docusign and they wanted to charge me $900/year. For what I need DigiSigner is less than $150/year. Way better price and easier to navigate honestly. I couldn’t never get the template correct for Docusign and I got it right away with Digi!

So far nothing, seems all pretty standard and self explanatory

BEST DIGITAL SIGNATURE SERVICE ON THE MARKET

I love that Digisigner doesn't stamp their logo, time, and date onto the documents like DocuSign does. That is the specific reason I use Digisigner - it's the most discreet digital signature service on the market!

Nachteile:

I have zero complaints, I love this software!

Great Alernative to DocuSign. You Will Love The Pricing and Ease of Use

Vorteile:

DigiSigner is about as user friendly as it gets. I have used it hundreds of times over the past 6 or 7 months and have only had 1 client have any issies signing their documents. You get real value from DigiSIgner and it is about a 1/3 of the price you will pay for DocuSign...it is just as efficient and might even be easier to use than DocuSign,.

Nachteile:

It has limited features and abililty to customize, however, for a small Company that needs an simple Electronic Signature Software, it has all of the main features you will need.

Best bang for your buck

Kommentare: I have been very impressed so far. I'm sure that I will like it even more as I learn more of the user-friendly features.

Vorteile:

Digisigner offers more customization than other programs out there. The setup is very user-friendly or, at least intuitive. The ability to create links that can be texted is a great feature, and Digisigner does not charge extra for it like other software available. So many of our clients don't have email. This has been a lifesaver!

Nachteile:

I haven't come across anything that I do not like as of now.

TRUE HIPAA COMPLIANCE! (No upcharge for BAA)

Kommentare: Our wait time for receiving signed paperwork back from physicians and patients has greatly decreased. Usually a sent document comes back same day which is a huge improvement from 1-2 weeks.

Vorteile:

I use this software to send documents between patients and physicians. They have all stated it was straight forward and easy to use. It is also the best for small businesses since there is no mark-up for the BAA. Many e-sign companies claim HIPAA compliance at all levels, but they wont include the BAA until you spend thousands of dollars. That is not really an option for single practitioners who only need a couple accounts. DIGISIGNER makes it possible for small businesses to have e-sign capabilities at an incredible cost. Highly recommend.

Nachteile:

No add-on for g-suite, but I can upload directly from my google drive so it is not a big deal.

Compared to DocuSign, DigiSigner is a better value for our company needs! The customization is great; we like the ability to separate the transaction page and our clients easily converted over from DocuSign.

Nachteile:

Sending multiple documents is a bit more cumbersome but we figured it out!

DigiSigner Review from HR Point of View

Kommentare: I love DigiSigner! I have referred several friends to the program who now use it daily and love it as well!

Vorteile:

DigiSigner helps me to stay organized, efficient and effective as the audit trail allows me to have proof if they received the document(s) or if I need to request an updated email address from the person(s). I appreciate the time limit on the documents, in my line of work, either they want the job or they do not!

Nachteile:

Filling out each line is very time consuming however that is difficult to have a program auto fill and want customization available; while it is a complaint I very much so understand the limited availability to fix it without taking away from other positive features.

DIGISIGNER BEATS DOCUSIGN!

Kommentare: I think it's good enough for it's price and is a helpful tool indeed which really solves most of our signing problems very easily.

I think it is pretty good product and comes in really handy particularly in these pandemic times. The layout of website (desktop version) is quite easy to understand which makes not so complicated to use.

Nachteile:

No digital stamp option unlike DocuSign.

Better than Docusign

Kommentare: Overall still better of an experience than DOCUSIGN

its more reasonable priced, for digital documents. User-friendly. Very straightforward to know how to sign and how to set up a multi-user signature process.

Nachteile:

The only thing that would improve this more would be when I dont have to leave document to send out signatures. I have yet to figure out how to view document and set up signatures then send it out to signers' emails all in the same page. So far I've been setting up the signature for email, then i have to go back to dashboard and find the document i set up then click "send out signatures"

We couldn't survive without Digisigner!

Vorteile:

We love the ease of use for both the creator of the document and the signer. The audit trail has come in handy multiple times for compliance purposes. We are very pleased with the product!

Nachteile:

The only trouble we have experienced was in relation to the page orientation (landscape vs portrait) and the ability to flip signatures.

Leading Digital Signature Tool

Kommentare: We've been using it for 3 years now and no other tools can beat the experience I had with DigiSigner. It makes document signatues more efficient and convenient.

Vorteile:

When the pandemic started, as an IT professional, I felt the need to find a solution that would help my colleagues and company sign their documents without the need to go to the office and expose themselves during the COVID outbreak. So I tried several digital signatures platform to see for myself what is the most, CONVENIENT, USER-FRIENDLY and CHEAPEST among all of them, and that's when I found DigiSigner. I've tried implementing it in our department so they can provide feedbacks too, and lo and behold other departments noticed and wanted to use it as well. They even asked me if I was the one who created the tool 😅 Later on, I found out that they already purchased a premium account and used it as our main digital signature for all the important documents in the company.

Nachteile:

A preview of the document that you are about to upload. I've tried uploading and excel file but didn't notice that it doesn't fit well on the screen. It appears too small to read.
