Clockit Review

Kommentare: My overall experience with ClockIt has been great, we have been able to activate users and deactivate as needed. Its easy to use just an overall great product.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and simplicity is the thing I like most regarding Clockit

Nachteile:

I have no qualms regarding Clockit. I totally love it

Easy to use, hard to complain when it's free

Vorteile:

That I can accurately and easily determine the amount of time that I spend working without paying for a service.

Nachteile:

That if I forget to check how many hours I worked in a day, there's no report (at least that I can find) that I can look at later on.

Kommentare: This is the best experience that gave me the ability to control my costs and not overpay people at a time when they put me more hours than necessary, with this program I was comfortable counting hours

Vorteile:

This app is easy to work with conveniently to organize work schedules and monitor everything carefully

Nachteile:

The fact that there is already no schedule in which you can not put working hours for two weeks that calculates because of this I stopped using it

Simplicity in Efficiency

Kommentare: I give Clockit 5 stars out of 5 and I highly recommend for small to mid size business to try.

Vorteile:

Clockit is simple and straight to the point. Less is More!!!

Nachteile:

I think what can be improved is basically when an employee forgets to clock out it should either send them text or email saying they forgot to clock out

great to track time for employees, and know when punching in and out thru chat

cant think of any. we use regularly to clock in and out.

Clockit puts money in your pocket

Kommentare: I love Clockit. Super convenient, saves me so much time, easy to navigate. I definitely recommend.

Vorteile:

So easy use, guided tour, i can always check what hours i have worked by just a couple of clicks of my mouse. Assures i get paid for every minute i worked.

Nachteile:

Nothing, Clockit is the best! Simple to navigate, quick and easy peasy to use

Clockit Usage

Vorteile:

The cost is within reason and once learned the clock in and out features work well for our employees.

Nachteile:

The inability to assign more than one manager to review select groups of employees such as our retail store employees.

Good, for 14 days

Kommentare: Good, but the free trial is a little short, and no option for a basic free plan with some limitations, for example.

Vorteile:

Simple, easy, has what any manager may need.

Nachteile:

The process of adding an employee, it would be better to be able to send invitations.

Great price and covers primary needs

Kommentare: I think ClockIt has so much potential to be the perfect platform for any business, small or large. They are constantly working to improve the functionality by obtaining input from their customers. If they continue to make improvements, we will no doubt be a lifetime customer!

Vorteile:

How easy it is for employees to clock in and out each day and track their time.

Nachteile:

Missing some key functions that would be beneficial to the employee as well as payroll processing.

ClockIt Review with Gsuite

Vorteile:

The Google Workspace app right inside of our system along with employees being able to clock in from any device and network

Nachteile:

There is nothing i did not like about ClockIT

Feature rich and extremely useful

Kommentare: While it can be initially confusing to navigate, its integration with Google Calendar and robust feature set make it worth the learning curve. Once mastered, it becomes an invaluable asset for enhancing productivity and task management

Vorteile:

I liked the ability to track my employees hours without having to be at the office. I also liked that it would tell me when someone who was supposed to be there wasn't.

Nachteile:

It took me a long time to figure everything out.

Vorteile:

My company is downsizing and our team has gone hybrid in order to save on company resources. This is app is so cool! Its easy to use, simple integration with Google hangout chats. I am thoroughly impressed and cant wait to add the rest of my team in order to start tracking our hours.

Nachteile:

Nothing I see just yet. I just started using this and i already see the effectiveness of it.

Clockit is a great value!

Vorteile:

It's hard to find programs that have both time & attendance functions as well as PTO management that are as inexpensive as ClockIt.

Nachteile:

It can feel slow and glitchy at times, but not in any way that's influenced how we needed it to function so far.

I started using clock it to manage my small team of employee's time sheets.

Vorteile:

I like that it the app is intuitive and connected to the site. It's very simple to use and the geotagging on punches helps mitigate time-theft.

Nachteile:

Some of the charts offer too much extraneous data. The back end could be streamlined or made a little more user-friendly.

Interesting App, needs more devlopment

Kommentare: Attendance Management.

Vorteile:

brilliant interface, flexible platform, great in attendance management, easy to use, perfect permissions control.

Nachteile:

this was designed for small companies, Very weak electronic forms, No forms auto fill, other apps are much more established in documenting the HR Records, No electronic Signatures, No flexibility in calculating the Leaves as per companies needs (example: no possibilities for calendar days leave calculation, only working days). No multi layers reporting (only one manager), No multiple approvals available (only the reported manager can approve). the approvals are not properly reflected with signatures on the final created form.

Exactly what we were looking for for our small business!

Kommentare: Increased accuracy in tracking employee hours.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use! It makes tracking employee hours very user friendly and accurate. We used self reporting and our employees were shorting themselves on hours!

Nachteile:

The Dynamic Reports don't default to Monday-Friday and there's no way to change the date structure from D/M/Y to M/D/Y which means I have to go in after I've exported the report to Excel and change those by hand.

Accurate and fairly intuitive. Great option for online clock-in software

Kommentare: When we started as a small office, we needed a simple solution to keep track of employee time. ClockIt has made employee time keeping easy, and has helped the payroll process immensely.

Vorteile:

The interface is attractive and easy to learn. We needed a good option for an online clock-in system for our small office, and this is by far the best.

Nachteile:

The time correction request system is a little clunky. It is difficult to understand, and as an administrator it doesn't seem to be possible to submit a correction for an employee without him/her requesting it first.

It is really easy to use. Good graphics. Not so good reports. O would like to know how check in late

Nachteile:

Not customizable. I would like to know who check in late and who check out early. It is complicated to see

Not what we had hoped

Vorteile:

As a painting company, our location for work changes daily and the GPS software was what attracted us to the software in the first place. I think you had the right idea but the execution was not there

Nachteile:

The GPS would not always work and so it made questions about the integrity of the program as a hole. Also there were times the guys forgot to check in so when the GPS did not work, we had no reliability to challenge them.

We love it because it is simple and performs exactly the function desired

Vorteile:

I like that it doesn't force me to use another CRM. I just needed a clock in out option and this is perfect.

Nachteile:

no negatives I've experienced. At first it was difficult to see a quick view of hours worked in a week or month. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make it more readily available to pull that quick report on hours logged by the team. It might be there, but I can't find it.

Great Software

Kommentare: ClockIt is the only software that was able to take care of all our needs. We wanted a solution that integrated into our current biometric device and ClockIt did exactly that.

Vorteile:

Seamless integration of your existing biometric device.

Nachteile:

Configuration can be a little difficult, but online support was there to support until we had out account fully operational.

Great for time-keeping

Vorteile:

Very easy to use we have a few employees and none of them have any trouble clocking in and our using the app. The Geo-fencing feature is especially useful.

Nachteile:

No integration with Gusto we love ClockIt, but may be switching to another service soon, since it does not have an integration with Gusto.
