Vorteile:

Set up was painless. Getting same day data into Salesforce allows us to follow up with customers and filter effectively.

Nachteile:

There were a couple issues getting data into the right buckets when setting up the sync. Fixed quickly.

Duplication errors between CRM and ERP

Sync Stripe with Sage 100 and stop data entry.

Positive experience with Commercient

Kommentare: Overall, our experience has been very positive. The process has been somewhat smooth and the team has been there to hold our hands throughout. They are quick to respond to emails and have always found solutions and work arounds to any hiccups.

Vorteile:

I love that there is a tool available to sync ERP data into CRMs. It's a very unique service offering and a useful one for our particular industry.

Nachteile:

Nothing that I disliked, the only downside is how long it can take and the various hiccups that happen, but this is typical with any sort of high-level data integration projects.

Effortless dependable Sync

Vorteile:

Our implementation runs in the background, essentially it synchronizes our Syspro warehouse data, with our Salesforce CRM.This allows my sales staff to have up to date stock and pricing information at their finger tips at all times.It is a real time saver and helps our organization to come across as more professional and efficient than our competitors.

Nachteile:

I feel the service is not necessarily priced right for the amount of data we need to Sync, but I understand that there are features that we are not using.

Update 3 years after using Commercient for GP -> Zoho sync.

Vorteile:

UPD: 3 years later, we are giving our sales people tools to better quote products, find opportunities via sales data and answer customer historical sales questions, all in the field. This is all due to our ability to sync our ERP data with our CRM.

Nachteile:

Just wish I could do more with the tool.

Integration with Salesforce

Vorteile:

Purchased the integration for our company with multiple sites over the globe. The integration worked well and allowed geographically distant members of staff access to information without having to access the ERP or to take the time of administration staff by requesting reports.

Nachteile:

The notice period to exit the contract was not clear to me.

Great help and service from Commercient

Kommentare: We use Commercient to sync our SalesForce and Sage application. The support we receive is always excellent. As a small business we don’t have our own IT team so rely strongly on Commercient for any technical queries we have. We’ve had a few issues but the support team are always on hand with a prompt and efficient service.

Since installing this software we have always found it easy to use

Sometimes we have technical issues, but we always have good support.

Did the job we needed it to do

Kommentare: [sensitive content hidden] on the Phase 1 Application team made all of the difference for our integration success. He was very helpful and made sure all of my questions and requests were answered and met.

Vorteile:

I came into this not knowing much about integrating an ERP to CRM. The process was pretty difficult to understand in the beginning, but once I was paired with the Phase 1 Application team ([sensitive content hidden] ) he explained everything in a clear, helpful way. The software syncs all of our Sage 100 information over to HubSpot which is extremely helpful for our marketing, sales, and reporting purposes.

Nachteile:

The integration process was not easy, rather long and tedious. But we were able to get it all done.

Instrumental Sync for Sage X3 and Salesforce users!

Kommentare: We migrated from Sage 100 to X3 in 2018. Sage X3 can be very complex and difficult to build reports to get the sales data we need. I initially stumbled on Commercient when looking for a solution to integrate our ERP with Salesforce. Safe to say, we have no regrets. Commercient has been instrumental to merging data from X3 to Salesforce. We've built detailed sales reports and living dashboards so our sales team can keep track of order entry, purchase orders to our suppliers, invoices, payments, and commissions on a day to day basis. Using Salesforce standard reports, we've been able to track historical data and better monitor historical sales trends for each salesperson, region, and companywide on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. We are currently working to sync X3 Projects and build out a custom project management & budget tracking tools in Salesforce by leveraging the near real time data captured from X3. We've had a few minor issues along the way, but nothing that couldn't be address and/or resolve timely. For an integration software company, Commercient's rates are very reasonable, their support is phenomenal, and the results achieved through their sync have well surpassed our initial expectations.

Vorteile:

We were most attracted to the idea of leveraging near real time data to build custom dashboards and reports to monitor business development and growth. Commercient was one of the first companies I found and the initial integration/deployment was handled very professionally and timely.

Nachteile:

There wasn't (and still isn't) anything that comes to mind for cons. Their product and support have been superb!

Affordable and Reliable Way to Connect CRM and ERP Data

Kommentare: We have enjoyed our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Sage) integration thus far. It has saved time for our customer service and sales team while giving our executive management the ability to see comprehensive reports for nearly all functions of the business inside one system.

Vorteile:

Commercient is very affordable and can accomodate any and all tables/objects passing back and forth between a CRM and ERP. They have many different possibilities when it comes to sync time and how to pass information (one-to-one, one-to-many, etc.)

Nachteile:

The estimated development/implementation time is vastly understated. Our project took far longer than it was supposed to, but in the end, all turned out well.

Perfect Solution to Sync Sage X3 with Salesforce

Vorteile:

We use the Commercient app to Sync Sage X3 to Salesforce. With a highly customized ERP system we were uncertain if we could realize the full potential of Salesforce. The Commercient team proved us wrong. Whilst there have been some challenges in the initial setup, the Commercient team have been responsive, solutions focused and their attention to detail is second to none. From syncing custom fields and creating custom objects in Salesforce the Commercient team have been able to provide the perfect solutions for data transfer. As we increase our use of Salesforce, we will continue to rely on Commercient for our integration needs.

Have experienced any negativity in relation to the software

Salesforce Integration with NetSuite

Vorteile:

We are now synchronizing our ERP (Netsuite) data regularly with Salesforce allowing our senior managers to have real-time data to make key strategic decisions. It has also saved our time to generate comprehensive reports for nearly all the functions of the business. We are already in the discussion to roll out another project with Commercient shortly. Their customer service is great with a quick response. Any issues that came up were solved quickly

Nachteile:

Our project took just little bit longer than it was supposed to, but in the end, all turned out well.

Kommentare: Very good contact with their team, I was always able to reach someone when needed. I wish they had a local team in Quebec though.

Vorteile:

Allows our reps and teams on the road to have a 360degree view of the customers, they can report on forecasts and quotas vs YTD now thanks to the sync agent from Commercient to Salesforce. This has been a game changer in data management and data accessibility.

Nachteile:

It requires a good knowledge of both the ERP and the CRM.

Exactly what we needed

Vorteile:

Commercient provided the exact needs we were looking for while remianing both cost effective and user-friendly. I cannot highly enough of the excellent customer service we receive.

Kommentare: The sync has matched all of the data to be the same in our ERP and CRM. It has cut out data entry that we previously had to do making the process smoother and faster.

Vorteile:

It makes data entry synchronization seamless across our CRM and ERM system.

Nachteile:

It took a bit long to get the sync configured and operational to our liking. It only syncs unpaid invoices to our CRM from our ERP currently and it would be great if paid invoices also synced.
